Abstract

Abstract — Heart disease is still the number one killer in the world, the latest discovery, this disease is the trigger of one third of all deaths in the world from year to year is always increasing. This study aims to help make predictions for heart disease early as well as create a model of prediction analysis (outcome prediction) obtained from health data (Healthcare). The method proposed in this study with deep learning techniques that apply artificial neural network algorithms with hidden layer techniques in making predictions of heart disease. In this stage of research, problems were found in improving the accuracy of datasets used by handling problems in pre-processing data such as missing data and determining the form of data correlation. The model that was then tested through a heart disease dataset resulted in 90 % accuracy and with Random Forest result in 85% accuracy. With the creation of this prediction model is expected in addition to helping to make predictions of diseases can also provide the next innovation in data science in the field of health

Abstract

This study aims to design and implement a web-based online attendance information system at the Nagrak Village Hall. The research method uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are used by observing, documenting and completing a literature review that is relevant to the problem. In the study, there was a problem of attendance using a manual system that was less effective and efficient. Therefore, it is necessary to design a web-based online attendance information system using UML (Unifiend Modeling Laguage) modeling language, implemented with a laravel framework ogramming language and data storage using MySQL. With this system as a web-based online attendance data processing can run effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Al-Ihsan Regional General Hospital is a health facility in West Java that seeks to control HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) in the form of voluntary test counseling for people who feel infected, and provide recommendations to patients with a history of TB, heart disease, cancer, hemodialysis, pregnant women to do an HIV test. This study aims to provide an overview of an information system application that can make it easier to collect identity data and history of patient test results directly, without the need to manually collect such as by looking for patient data first at SIMRS then looking for test results history in VANSLAB View then in input into Microsoft Excel. The design method uses the Waterfall model, the stages are requirement, design, implementation, testing, maintenance. This application can generate patient data as well as test history directly without having to collect it manually. With this application, it can provide convenience for officers who will send reports.

Abstract

This Web Based Analysis and Design of the Extracurricular System at SMP NU Al Ma'ruf Kudus discusses the data collection system for extracurricular students, extracurricular attendance, extracurricular assessments and extracurricular reports. Where the admin will input student data according to the NIS they have, so that students can register for extracurricular activities and the supervisor coordinator can conduct assessments and produce reports that are received by the principal. This system also provides an SMS Gateway for information via cellular. With this system, the supervisor coordinator can record extracurricular assessments and produce printable extracurricular report output. The final result of the design resulted in an Extracurricular System Application at SMP NU Al Ma'ruf Kudus Web-Based and SMS Gateway.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis, merancang dan membangun implementasi sistem informasi pelaporan data keluarga berencana dengan studi kasus di Kabupaten Sukabumi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan cara melakukan wawancara, observasi dan dilengkapi dengan kajian pustaka yang memiliki relevansi dengan pokok permasalahan. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah prototype. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, proses pengolahan data peserta Program Keluarga Berencana (KB) yang mana prosesnya menggunakan sistem lama, dimana seluruh persyaratan untuk mendapatakan bantuan harus diserahkan langsung kepada seperti pendamping dan pengurus sehingga persyaratan tersebut bisa hilang, sehingga banyak ditemui kesalahan-kesalahan dalam pengolahan data peserta Program Berencana yang berulang-ulang dan memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama dan penyimpanan data belum memakai database. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini dibuat suatu perancangan sistem informasi pelaporan data keluarga berencana menggunakan Unified Modelling Languange (UML) dan diimplementasikan dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta My SQL sebagai database. Pengujian aplikasi menggunakan blackbox. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini sebagai sarana pengolahan data keluarga berencana maka diharapkan proses pengolahan data tersebut dapat berjalan cepat dan optimal.

Abstract

Kantor kelurahan merupakan tugas penyelenggarakan urusan pemerintahan,pemberdayaan dan pelayanan masyarakat serta ketentraman dan ketertiban umum serta lingkungan hidup dalam satu wilayah. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk membantu mempermudahkan pekerjaan pencatatan serta mengamankan data surat masuk dan surat keluar agar pada saat pemeriksaan datanya masih ada serta mampu menyajikan informasi secara tepat. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi yang terkait dengan kendala atau hambatan yang ada pada sistem Pencatatan di Kelurahan Tan- jungpura. Selain itu penulis juga melakukan studi pustaka untuk mendukung teori yang dibutuhkan dalam penyusunan . Perancangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan dengan bahasa pemograman Visual Basic.NET 2010 dan Micrososft Access 2010 sebagai basis datanya. Saran yang diberikan untuk memperbaiki sistem informasi Pencatatan Surat masuk surat keluar pada kelurahan tanjungpura adalah dengan mengganti sistem lama menjadi sistem baru. Agar dapat menyimpan data secara lengkap dan akurat.

Abstract

Technological developments in 2022 are increasing rapidly in various institutions and the wider community, this can improve the performance of employees in terms of time and efficiency, especially in the use of a computer device. At the Karyasari village office, Rengasdengklok district, Karawang district, who is in charge of making outgoing letters, already using a computerized system, but it is still done by typing manually so that it often experiences errors in inputting words and inefficient processing time. In addition, the management of outgoing mail reports is also less than optimal. From the occurrence of these errors lead to wastage. Therefore, from all these problems, a Visual Basic .NET and Microsoft Access-based system will be designed that will facilitate employees in making outgoing letters and a system that can manage citizen’s data properly. The research method that will be used is the Waterfall method in order to make the system simple and work sequentially, so that the system can be well organized. With the application for making outgoing letters, it is hoped that it can help reduce the existing risks

Abstract

The world of education is currently competing to implement technology in the processing of information and communication technology systems to create effectiveness and efficiency. The increasing and developing information and communication technology in educational institutions, the school information system in an elementary school needs to be improved. standardized steps and methods that must be followed to produce a reliable information system. The curriculum information system of schools in primary schools themselves is still using manuals, but the current school information system data processing is still simple, that is still using microsof office computer facilities so that the data is still not neatly arranged and causes delayed report writing because of the difficulty in obtaining information in fast time. Therefore, in this study a school curriculum information system will be built using the service oriented architecture in the elaboration, revealing the output data of this study is the realization of an application that will facilitate the principal, teachers and other staff to carry out the teaching and learning process and report making. which is expected to improve the effectiveness, productivity and improve the quality of the primary school attendance monitoring information system.

Abstract

Car rental is a business engaged in car rental services. Every year the market of hot-selling car rental is hunted by consumers especially in the west and on holidays and certainly the prices for rent are certainly various in accordance with rental prices distance or different days different. But often the difficulties in the field of management bookkeeping or data collection of consumer queues with a manual system, both in the field of bookings and bookkeeping data needed. So the author conducts research using fuzzy logic method which method is very helpful in taking decisions when consumers need a vehicle and are very helpful to the management of the company. This method is accurate with 90% accuracy, this method uses the mamdani method that is using a min-max operation or max-product. To get output, it is expected that this research will provide a solution in arranging ordering data, time of departure and selection of vehicles on the car's interior so that data management can be optimized.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a solution by designing and applying an employee attendance system workflow based on an existing manual attendance and payroll system at PT. Tunas Utama Computer Bandung, which is still less effective and efficient, and computerized attendance applications with both the database system, user interface, and the user itself. The research method used is descriptive method, which is a method that only describes and summarizes various conditions, situations or various variables. The development or approach to information systems used in this Final Project uses the Waterfall development method. While the tools used in the analysis of system design are Flowmaps, context diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams & UML, while the implementation of system design is the PHP programming language and MySQL Server as a database. The creation of an employee payroll information system is integrated with an employee attendance system that can help the performance of PT Tunas Utama Computer especially in the field of HR management and financial management to be more organized, computerized and Web-based. Research results employee payroll system that is integrated with a web-based attendance system can overcome problems that often arise in the previous system. For example, data duplication, damage and data recap errors, so that the implementation of a web-based payroll system from MySQL as a place to store data or documents so that existing data will not be lost. Financial management has become more effective and efficient.
