Flooding becomes a problem when the rainy season arrives. The impact caused not only by a pool of water, damage to infrastructure, and interrupted access to land transportation, to fatalities caused by electric shocks, flood currents, even post-flood diseases. With the impact caused by flooding, we need a device for monitoring the level of water leveling the river and can work optimally in every weather condition, environmental conditions. So the research was made with a field specification that is able to answer all the problems that occur with the previous tool, namely the Design of Android-Based Integrated Flood Monitoring System and Website with the HTTP Request communication protocol. This research is a device development by applying Fussion Sensor which combines several sensors such as ultrasonic sensors, BME280 sensors and rain sensors with the incorporation of these sensors with the aim of increasing accuracy in reading data by comparing water level data with weather conditions with reference to sensor comparison data from BMKG, BPS Bandung as data validation. Application of the MQTT communication protocol to support data transmission from the Fussion Sensor. With this renewal research, it is hoped that it will be beneficial for the people and government in dealing with flood preparedness, especially in the city of Bandung.

This study aims to create a single tuition design using Activity Based Costing (ABC) based on business process in “XYZ” Higher Education Institute Of Health Science to find out the tuition fee per student per semester. This research was done STIKes “XYZ”, one of the health colleges in Bandung. The research method used in this research is using comparative descriptive method, which is comparing traditional tuition design with costing design using Activity Based Costing, then create a design to calculate the tuition cost using Activity Based Costing method. In the data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation. Calculation of tuition cost using Traditional Costing and Activity Based Costing method to get the result of tuition fee per student per semester as follows: 1) Tuition of Diploma III Program Nursing with traditional method is lower 1,21% than ABC method; 2) Tuition fee of Diploma III Midwifery with traditional method is higher 5,74% than ABC method; 3) Tuition of Undergraduate Program of Nursing with traditional method is lower 24,37% than ABC method; And 4) Tuition of Professional Ners with traditional method is 12,53% less than ABC method.

Berdasarkan survey KPK, Kementerian Agama merupakan institusi terkorup dan belum mendukung e-transparansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat framework e-transparansi dan menetapkan aturan desain desain interface agar mampu mendukung kualitas peningkatan transparansi dari pemerintah kepada publik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan studi literatur dan observasi online. Setelah melakukan studi literatur dengan fokus pada korelasi antara e-government, e-transparansi dan web, penelitian dilanjutkan pada penetapan aturan teknis desain interaktif berdasarkan delapan golden rules desain interface interaktif dan komponen-komponen usability. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa e-demokrasi merupakan salah satu tujuan e-government. Dalam tataran praktis, dapat direpresentasikan dengan website interaktif. Website interaktif dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu media pencegahan korupsi. Adapun strategi pencegahan korupsi dapat berupa penguatan transparansi yang mana strategi ini harus melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat, di antaranya melalui website. Dengan kata lain, website merupakan salah satu perwujudan dari e-transparansi. E-transparansi merupakan strategi untuk e-demokrasi. Website dapat digunakan sebagai media e-transparansi. Sebuah web transparansi dapat dibangun berdasarkan fitur-fitur interaktif.

This study aims to analyze, design and build the implementation of the Human Resource Development information system at PT. NURO INTELIA PROSPERA JAKARTA. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique used is literature study, field study. The method used in system development is waterfall. From the research conducted, it was found that there are problems in the management of Human Resource Development. The integration data management process is still not global, so it is still not effective in terms of data input procedures, data storage, data retrieval and report generation. Therefore, a Human Resource Development information system was created using the Python programming language and PostgreSQL as a database.The suggestions given to deal with existing problems include: 1) Optimizing the Human Resource Development system using a system that has been designed, 2) Developing and updating the system to improve the quality of the system so that it can be used further.

Abstract At this time, where the development of technology and information developed quickly. This has an impact on the ease in various field of work, including the field of grant verification. The use of computer technology makes the grant verification process more effective and efficient. The bureau of basic sosial service in the religious section is one of the institution in the local government system, occupying an important and strategic sequence in relation to the implementation of regional development, especially in the field of religion. In the grant verification system that runs, there are still some obstacles both in the data recording that is still using Microsoft Excel and also Microsoft Word and its data storage, so it is possible mistakes happen in recording and searching data. Based on this background of the problem, the author are encourage to create a grant verification program that is expected to help the process of grant verification become more effective and efficient. The grant verification program is created using PHP and with MySql database. The use of a grant verification program to be the right solution to simplify the process of input institutions data and input verification agencies data, easy in searching data and reports produced will be more accurate. The provision of data processing, a grocery store still employs the conventional recording method upon which the entire data is written in a book or archive. A computerized system for handling data processing has not been provided, causing the needed information and report creation to be late, so as to the lack of a integrated document between each transaction and the purchase part and the storage and the problem in which excess and shortage of supplies impede the production process. The design of this system using Microsoft visual basic 2010 was selected to be the software of supply information systems using the 2010 Microsoft acces database. It is hoped that this system makes it easier for the wearer to control the supply of the goods, to calculate the inventory in the storehouses correctly, and to produce precise and accurate reports. Inventory Information system is a system for storing goods to achieve a goal in decision making by receiving input and producing output using a simple transformation. The inventory system usually consists of a system for receiving incoming goods, outgoing goods, and a warehouse or inventory system. Over time, an inventory Information system is needed to manage data precisely and efficiently.Therefore, the author designed an inventory Information system to help the work at PT. ABC Kogen Dairy.The design of this inventory Information system uses the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 programming language with MySql database.Data collection techniques used are through observation, interviews and literature studies related to the subject matter. The development method used is the Waterfall Model. The goal is to make the inventory system newer, more responsive in managing data and Information in and out of goods, simplifying the performance of users who work, and being able to follow technological developments.

The hospital has made arrangements for the supplies stored in its operational activities. However, hospitals are still experiencing difficulties in improving inventory management so that they can run optimally. This happens because the hospital is still implementing a manual inventory recording system, causing inventory information carried out at the hospital in inaccurate inventory recording. The purpose of this research is to create an information system to overcome these problems. The study began by analyzing qualitative data about the current system at Karisma Cimareme Hospital, the authors used observation and interviews with hospital employees and owners, as well as adding research supporting theories using the waterfall method, and using the Microsoft Visual Studio 10 program as software and Microsoft Access to process the data.

Sistem Informasi Keamanan penyimpanan berkas” Memanfaatkan Mikrokontroler nodemcu dan fingerprint reader serta aplikasi messeger Menggunakan metode prototyping merupakan suatu sistem yang memberikan informasi kepada pengguna. Bertujuan untuk merancang sistem keamanan pada pintu menggunakan mikrokontroler berbasis Arduino uno di dalam rumah.permasalahan dalam penelitian yang di lakukan adalah mengenai keamanan serta informasi mengenai pemakaian pintu berkasa yang memerlukan sistem pengaman pintu menggunakan model pengaman baru menggunakan Fingerprint Reader sebagai alat masukan dan aplikasi messeger sebagai penerima informasi diimplementasikan dengan Bahasa pemrograman C.Pentingnya penelitian ini di lakukan sebab banyaknya kasus pencurian barang-barang penting seperti surat perusahaan,sertifikat rumah,uang,emas , ataupun barang-barang penting yang berharga.dengan adanya keamanan berkas berbasis fingerprint reader ini kita bisa menjaga barang-barang penting di dalam rumah maupun di perusahaan karena yang bisa membuka pintu brangkas hanya sidik jari yang terdaftar pada sensor fingerprint.jika sensor sidik jari tidak terdaftar tidak ada respon membuka pintu pada brangkas di buka secara paksa pun pintu tersebut tidak akan buka.
