Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how well the development of Human Resources and employee work productivity and the influence of Human Resource development on employee work productivity at the Wajo District Samsat Office. The population in this study were 41 people, while the Taro Yamane Formula in Slovin was used to determine the number of samples, so that the sample obtained was 29 people. The data collection techniques were carried out through observation, documentation and distributing questionnaires.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Pitumpanua District Office, Wajo Regency by raising the research problem about the Effect of Work Performance on the Promotion of Civil Servant Positions at the Pitumpanua District Office, Wajo Regency. The population in this study were all civil servants at the Pitumpanua District Office, Wajo Regency, totaling 17 people. This type of research is a census research type with a quantitative research approach, which intends to test the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, namely work performance on the promotion of civil servant positions at the Pitumpanua District Office, Wajo Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how good the Public Service Mechanism is at the Regional Revenue and Financial Management Board of Wajo Regency. The type of research used is a type of survey with a quantitative associative approach, while the data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaire and documentation. The population and sample in this study are some of the employees at the Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency of Wajo Regency. Sampling in this study was using the Taroyamane Formula because the population was relatively large so that the sample in this study was 43 people. The results of this study indicate that the public service mechanism at the Wajo Regency Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency is in very good criteria.

Abstract

Leadership is a person's ability to influence other people, in this case his subordinates, in such a way that other people want to do the leader's will even though he may not like it personally. (Sondang P. Siagian, 2002: If you look closely at the definition, you will see at least three things, namely: 1) A person who occupies a leadership position requires certain abilities that are not possessed by other human resources in the organization. 2) Participation as an important element in carrying out leadership, and 3) The ability to change the 'egocentrism' of subordinates to become 'organization-centric'. Community awareness is the attitude of a person voluntarily complying with all regulations and being aware of duties and responsibilities, according to the Big Indonesian Dictionary, awareness is awareness, a state of understanding, what is felt/experienced by someone.

Abstract

Destination; to find out how the effectiveness of public services at the Regional Secretariat Office of Wajo Regency and to describe the obstacles faced by the effectiveness of public services at the Regional Secretariat Office of Wajo Regency, by using a type of descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, in-depth observation and data analysis interactively through the process of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions and verification, as well as in testing the validity of the data the author uses a data credibility test by extending participation observations, triangulation, discussions with colleagues. Transferability, dependability and confirmability tests.

Abstract

The importance of public awareness in paying land and building taxes (PBB) for state revenues and increasing regional finances. To achieve the intended goal, the government is carrying out various kinds of efforts, one of the efforts made by the government is by socializing how to increase public awareness so that they are active in paying taxes to increase regional income.

Abstract

Rasio keuangan atau rasio finansial merupakan alat analisis keuangan perusahaan untuk menilai kinerja suatu perusahaan berdasarkan perbandingan data keuangan yang terdapat pada pos laporan keuangan. Rasio menggambarkan suatu hubungan atau perimbangan antara suatu jumlah tertentu dengan jumlah yang lain.Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui kinerja keuangan dan melakukan perbandingan dari perusahaan-perusahaan semen yang terdaftar di BEI, periode yang dipilih adalah dari tahun 2019-2021. Populasi perusahaan semen sangat banyak, namun peneliti hanya menggunakan empat perusahaan yang terpilih sebagai sampel penelitian, diantaranya PT. Holcim Indonesia, Tbk., PT. Indocement Tunggal Perkasa, Tbk., PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero), Tbk., dan PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk.

Abstract

Kinerja keuangan merupakan hal yang penting bagi perushaan untuk dilakukan, penilaian ini digunakan untuk mengukur dan mengevaluasi sehingga perusahaa dapat memberikan gambaran posisi keuangan secara menyeluruh. Pada artikel ini kami menggunakan objek laporan keuangan yang berasal dari perusahaan kelapa sawit yaitu PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk, PT Cisadane Sawit dan PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana. Kami menggunakan teknik analisis rasio dengan metode analisis time series dan analisis cross section. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif untuk menjelaskan dan memberikan gambaran mengenai kondisi ataupun situasi yang mnejadi objek dari penelitian. Hasil dari penelitia ini adalah PT Astra Agro Lestari memiliki kinerja perusahaan paling baik diantara kedua perusahaan sawit lainnya, karena dilihat dari laporan keuangan yang dianalisis didapat hasil yang paling sehat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas dan solvabilitas terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sektor transportasi dan logistik periode 2019-2021. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sektor transportasi dan logistik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2021 dengan total 30 perusahaan. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 13 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel likuiditas berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, sedangkan variabel solvabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Dan secara simultan, variabel likuiditas dan solvabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.
