Abstract

The theme of the article is "economy based on the principles of Islam". The research based on the fact that the Gontor Darul Ma'rifat Modern Islamic Boarding School of Modern Islamic Boarding School has been operated the many kind of samll and medium industry. The students Involved in many kind of small and medium industry the which they held. They want to build through the buisness Reviews their selffulfiment that they hold. The aim of the study; (1) to describe the small and medium industry Darul Ma'rifat roomates Modern Islamic Boarding School of Islamic Boarding School Operate. (2) to describe about the character of students who manage the small and medium industry. (3) Correlation between management character and self-fulfillment of students. Then, one hundrad and seventy two students were a population the the study. The sample size count by Slovin formula (n = N / 1 + N.e2). So, the sample of students were only about one hundrad and twenty students. The Data collected by psychological scale, interviews and documentation of data. The Data Analyzed with statistical package of social science (SPSS) Version of 24. The result: (1) There were therty one kind of small and medium industry held by Darul Ma'rifat roomates Modern Islamic Boarding School of Islamic Boarding School. (2) There were three kionds character of students (honesty, decipline and responsible) who manage the small and medium industry. (3) There were correlation between small-medium industry and self-fulfillment students. 3. According To Pearson correlation the research got the coefficient correlation r count> r table (0.275> 0.211). It means rijected H0 and Ha has been recieved. So, there were correlation between small-medium industry and self-fulfillment students.

Abstract

The theme of the article is a business based on the principles of Islamic economics. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence non-Muslim society to save in sharia bank. The population in this study is non-muslin customers in Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Duri is 3,579 people. And the sample amounted to 97 people by using sampling technique that is random sampling. Data analysis was performed by using reliability test, multiple linear regression, R2 test, F test and t test. The test is conducted in order to determine the factors that influence non-Muslim community to save in sharia bank. Based on the result of research that competence with value adjusted R square can be 0,502, meaning factor of facility, promotion and product contributed 50,2% to non customer's decision, facility and product have positive effect while promotion has negative effect. Based on significant level of promotion and product have significant effect but facility not significant to decision of non Muslim customer to save in sharia bank. In the simultaneous test (Test F) that the variables X significantly affect the variable Y with a significance level of 0.000. The conclusion from the research that this research hypothesis can be accepted truth.

Abstract

The research theme is the concept of the bank in accordance with Islamic economics. The research objective is: to analyze murabaha financing in Islamic banking. Research is the study of literature. The object of research is the banking industry in Indonesia. To ensure that the implementation of murabaha financing to fit this concept, it requires strict supervision of the Sharia Supervisory Board or the National Islamic Council, so murabaha financing as financing belle of Islamic banking can be guarded and not tarnish the image and prestige of Islamic banking so that no impression that the bank sharia is the same as conventional banks.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the factors that influence consumer behavior in purchasing halal products at Bagansiapiapi such as understanding the halal label, social factors and purchase intentions. This research is a qualitative research, with a descriptive approach. The sample selection technique used is a purposive sampling technique of 50 informants. The results showed that the public's understanding of halal products in Bagansiapiapi is quite high. Environmental and family factors have an important influence on consuming halal-labeled food. Meanwhile, the purchase intention variable towards the purchase of products, respondents prefer to consume packaged food labeled halal compared to non-halal products. It is expected that the findings of this study is for the business to consider adding halal labels on their products and need support from LPPOM MUI and health experts to educate the public about the importance of healthy and halal food

Abstract

The theme of the research is hajj management. The purpose of research is: to determine the effect of quota on waiting list hajj. This study is a literature study. Place of study is in Padang city, West Sumatera. The results of the study were: the very limited number of quotas had an effect on the Haj waiting list.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the significance of the influence of transformational leadership, and non-physical work environment, on innovative behavior with work motivation as a mediator for employees of tour and travel companies in West Sumatra. This study uses a quantitative approach with a total sample of 110 respondents selected using the proportional random sampling technique. The results of the study prove that: (1) Transformational leadership has no significant effect on innovative behavior; (2) Non-physical work environment has a significant effect on Innovative Behavior; (3) Work motivation becomes a mediator on the effect of transformational leadership on innovative behavior; (4) Work motivation becomes the mediator of the influence of the non-physical work environment on the innovative behavior of employees.

Abstract

The theme of the article is "economy based on the principles of Islam". The studies that prove and explain the mediation role of job stress in the influence of emotional intelligence on the performance of individuals has still limited, especially in private companies. The purpose of this study to examine empirical evidence that job stress mediate the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance. The data used in this study was primary data in the form of a questionnaire in which the research subjects are 53 employees of PT. Adei Plantation & Industry Head Office Pekanbaru Riau. To test the hypothesis using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square. The result of this study concluded that the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance is indirect influence through job stress. In addition, result also concluded that job stress is a variable that full mediates the influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance.

Abstract

Consumer protection against halal food seems to get less attention. Based on the research results YLKI complaints relating to halal food very little. But at least the complaint against kosher food does not mean that Indonesian Muslims do not care about the food and drinks are not permitted to circulate freely without Halal certification. During this Indonesian Muslims believe in the MUI for halal products. In business regulation, consumer protection Muslims for halal products not only in the form of halal labeling contained in food safety laws. However, we must have integrity and other economic laws, so there is no guarantee the implementation of halal labeling. It is strongly associated with things that are businesses, such as trade agreements, distribution, advertising, packaging, negligence and abuse of halal labeling. Muslim consumer protection is likely to be equated with consumer protection in general in Indonesia to enact legislation contains consumer protections contained in Economic Law Indonesia. Due to the halal labeling is closely related to the implementation of Islamic law, the Consumer Protection Law in Indonesia at least absorbing elements, values and norms contained in Islamic law especially were very closely related to consumer protection, labeling halal and business regulasasi Products- halal products in Islamic economics. Based on the description above key issues discussed was how the consumer protection Muslims for halal products in the Islamic Business Ethics Regulation.

Abstract

The research objective is to look at business ethics in Islam in the management of Corporate Social Responsibility at PT. Gersindo Minang Plantation. The subject of this research is the sustanability development of the CSR department at PT. Gersindo Minang Planatation and the people who feel the CSR activities. This research is a type of field research. Data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation methods. Data analysis was carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner. The validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results showed that CSR management at PT. Gersindo Minang Plantation in general, is engaged in education, environment, health and social affairs. There are two types of programs, namely the Patronage and Community Development Program. In terms of Islamic business ethics, of the five axioms that include unity, equilibrium, free will, benevolence and responsibility there is one axiom that is not reflected in the program namely responsibility.

Abstract

The theme of the article is a business based on the principles of Islamic economics. Perception of service quality is reflected in consumer’s assessment of the realities and expectations of the service he felt. Tangibles, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, and empathy are the five dimensions of service quality. Some 100 respondents were selected as the study sample. Factor analysis techniques as data analysis techniques used in testing the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction on Islamic Bank in Batam. Results of testing of physical evidence, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, and empathy as a dimension of service quality on customer satisfaction in a Islamic Bank in Batam showed a significant positive effect. The result of this test indicates that consumer satisfaction visited Islamic Bank in Batam is affected by quality of service offered.
