Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dampak iklim organisasi terhadap stres kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dalam bentuk kuesioner dimana subjek penelitiannya adalah para 45 karyawan PT. Adei Plantation & Industry Head Office Pekanbaru Riau. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, hasil ini juga menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah pengaruh tidak langsung melalui stres kerja.This study aims to examine the impact of organizational climate on job stress and employee performance. The data used in this study was primary data in the form of a questionnaire in which the research subjects are 45 employees of PT. Adei Plantation & Industry Head Office Pekanbaru Riau. To test the hypothesis using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square. The result suggest that organizational climate influence on job stress and employee performance. In addition, result also suggest that the effect of organizational climate on employee performance is indirect influence through job stress.

Abstract

A function in using humor in the workplace is to build relationships between employees involved in such behavior. This study seeks to explain the relationship between leader humor and knowledge-sharing behavior using social exchange theory. Specifically, this study endeavors to explain the mechanism process underlying the relationship between leader humor and knowledge-sharing behavior through the leader-member exchange. To test the hypotheses, the current study collected data from employees working at communication and information company in Pekanbaru City, Riau, Indonesia with utilizing PLS-SEM analysis. The finding shows that leader humor can encourage employee knowledge sharing behavior through the relationship quality between leaders and employees.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to know the effect of distribution of justice,procedural justice, and interactical juastice to organizational trust. Population in this researchis all lecturer at high school of economics. The sample collection of 104 people. Dataprocessing is done by structural equation modeling analysis using WarpPLS 5.0 software. Theresults showed that organizational justice had positive effect on organizational trust. Thisexplains that subordinates who feel justice in their organization will lead them to believe intheir organization.Keywords: Distributive Justice, Procedural Justice, Interactional Justice, OrganizationalTrust

Abstract

Referring to the theory of social exchange, this study examined the direct and indirect relationship between ethical leadership and knowledge hiding behavior through the mechanisms of moral identity. This study uses a quantitative method using 64 respondents permanent lecturers in education institution of Persada Bunda. The results show that ethical leadership is negatively associated with knowledge hiding behavior either directly or through the mechanisms of moral identity. It also shows that ethical leadership has a positive relationship with moral identity, while moral identity has a negative relationship with knowledge hiding behavior. The findings also outline the moral identity mediate the influence of ethical leadership on knowledge hiding behavior. It also explained that ethical leaders with high personality, honesty, morality. and high reliability and understand their impact on employees, can be role models in behavior and form employee moral self-construction such as moral identity.

Abstract

Banyaknya literatur-literatur ilmiah dalam Bahasa Indonesia yang mencoba membahas kepemimpinan yang berpusat pada manusia seperti kepemimpinan autentik, kepemimpinan yang melayani, dan kepemimpinan transformasional tidak sebanding dengan literatur-literatur yang mencoba membahas mengenai kepemimpinan altruistik. Sehingga, studi saat ini berupaya untuk menjelaskan fenomena dari kepemimpinan altruistik. Dengan menggunakan metode tinjauan pustaka, studi saat ini berupaya menjelaskan konsep dari kepemimpinan altruistik, pengukuran instrument dari kepemimpinan altruistic, penelitian-penelitian terdahulunyang telah menjelaskan fenomena kepemimpinan altruistik, dan agenda penelitian yang dibutuhkan dimasa yang akan datang mengenai fenomena kepemimpinan altruistik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan secara ilmiah hubungan sisi gelap kepribadian individu terhadap perilaku sabotase pengetahuan. Lebih khusus, penelitian ini berupaya menjelaskan mekanisme kontrak psikologis transaksional. Dengan memanfaatkan sampel sebanya 288 orang tenaga kependidikan/dosen di perguruan tinggi di indonesia penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dua dari 3 sisi gelap kepribadian individu yaitu Machiavellianisme dan Psikopat berpengaruh positif terhadap Perilaku sabotase pengetahuan. Secara khusus penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Kontrak psikologis transaksional memediasi hubungan antara machiavellianisme dengan sabotase pengetahuan.

Abstract

Penelitian ilmiah mengenai filantropi perusahaan pada saat ini mulai meningkat khususnya di Indonesia. Sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah telaah pustaka yang secara khusus mengidentifikasi informasi sejauh mana penelitian tentang filantropi perusahaan sudah dilakukan dan bagaimana arah para peneliti selanjutnya. Untuk melakukannya, metode telaah pustaka sangat diperlukan untuk mengeidentifikasi lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini memeriksa beberapa literatur ilmiah di bidang manajemen, akuntansi, ekonomi, sosiologi, dan kebijakan publik serta menganalisis isinya secara sistematis. Setelah meninjau temuan utama literatur, penelitian ini memeriksa beberapa peluang untuk arah penelitian selanjutnya tentang filantropi perusahaan untuk memperkuat pemahaman kita mengenai fenomena menarik di konteks bisnis dan masyarakat.

Abstract

A study that tries to explain more deeply the mechanism underlying the relationship between authentic leadership and silence behavior has not been explored. Hence, the study trying to investigate it is still needed. This study endeavor to explain the relationship between authentic leadership and subordinates’ silence behavior. Specifically, this study utilized happiness at work as a psychological mechanism underlying the relationship between the two variables. The current study involved 310 full-time worker who work as government officers in government institutions in a province in Indonesia and used PLS-SEM analysis to test hypotheses. The study finding revealed that authentic leadership has a negative effect on subordinates’ silence behavior. Furthermore, this study also revealed that happiness at work mediates the relationship between authentic leadership and subordinates’ silence behavior. The study finding provides advanced knowledge about the function of authentic leadership in organizations to shapes positive attitudes and prevents negative behaviors, such as silence behavior..
