This paper aims to examine the position of the National Islamic banking in the ASEAN Economic Community. ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) which started in 2015 is a challenge for activists industry sharia economy. Industrial age who are not young, it should be ready to meet the sharia economic industry single market in Southeast Asia in 2015. Islamic banking, which proved resistant to crises, in particular in 1998, became the capital to face free competition in the region. ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) is a certainty that will be faced by the entire people of Indonesia and the need to anticipate that business people Indonesia not just be a spectator but also players who take advantage of the MEA. After going through a SWOT analysis of the current condition of Indonesia is in the Defensive Cells 4. Cell 4 is the most unfavorable situation. Companies facing major environmental threat, interim relatively weak position. This situation clearly requires strategies that fix involvement in product or market that can be studied.

This study aims to analyze the benefits of empowering women program through Islamic microfinance program by focusing on the case of Baitulmal wat Tamwil (BMT) in Beringharjo, Indonesia. It is expected to fill the gap in the literature since most of the current studies have been focusing on conventional microfinance rather than Islamic microfinance. This study used primary data collected by interviewing participants of the Islamic microfinance program offered by the BMT. The Qualitative Content Analysis method has been used to extend the conceptual theoretical framework and give wider results description that could not be captured by the quantitative approach. The result shows that there were improvements in various socio-economic aspects of the participants such as higher income and expenditure, and more involvements in community activities, decision making and children’s education. While the focus of this study is only limited to the case of BMT Beringharjo in Jogjakarta, Indonesia, the findings from this study can be generalized and would contribute towards further improvements of future women empowerment programs throughout the globe.

The theme of the article is a business based on the principles of Islamic economics. The research objective is: to see productive zakat management mechanism at the Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Tanah Datar. The benefits of research are: to develop strategies in collecting funds and distributing zakat. This study used descriptive qualitative approach. Under the management of zakat institution established by the state will be much more effective execution of the function and its impact in building the welfare of the people. One of zakat management institutions in Indonesia is BAZNAS Tanah Datar. Zakat productive is BAZNAS program Tanah Datar, in 2013 the distribution of productive zakat amounting to 33.21% of the total collection. In 2014 the distribution of productive zakat amounting to 28.81% of the total collection. Whereas in 2015 the distribution of zakat earning 13.67% of the total collection. This study aims to determine the mechanism of productive zakat management conducted by BAZNAS Tanah Datar from 2013 to 2015. Of several mechanisms conducted in 2013-2015 tend to use the same mechanism. A striking difference in the allocation of funds to skim the distribution of zakat productive and differences in the element distribution patterns where in 2013 there was no training of entrepreneurs (life skills), while in 2014 and 2015 no such training, but in 2015 the allocation of funds for training of entrepreneurs is very little compared to the year 2014.

The theme of the article is "economy based on the principles of Islam". The purpose of this research is to identify the santri perception toward syaria bank and to analyze the perception of santri between pesantren one with other pesantren. The location of the research was conducted in three locations, namely Darunnajah Pesantren, Pesantren Daar El-Qolam and Pesantren Darul Amanah. The sample of the research is santri of 120 people, taken by simple random sampling from each pesantren counted 40 people by using questioner. The questionnaire contains the profiles and perceptions of santri towards sharia banks. To analyze the santri's perception level in general and to compare the santri perception level between pesantren one with other pesantren using Factor Analysis with Lisrel 8,54. The results showed that: 1) The level of perception of santri against Islamic banks is proportionally equal. The level of perception is almost owned by students (47.5%), perceptions good and very good (44.1%), and less (8.3%). This shows that students in pesantren have a good perception about syariah bank; 2). The perception of santri towards Islamic banks in three different levels of pesantren. The highest levels of students' perceptions are the Darunnajah Pesantren, the Daar El-Qolam Pesantren, and the Darul Amanah Pesantren. For the future, sharia banks should conduct socialization to pesantren because pesantren is a big potential for the development efforts of sharia banks in Indonesia.

The purpose of this study is to examine small Islamic financial institutions in assisting traders in traditional markets of loan shark practices. This research uses descriptive explorative approach. The object of research is traditional traders in Aceh. The conclusions of the study are: 1) Islamic Micro Finance Baitul Qiradh Baiturrahman is easy to provide capital financing and overcome the practice of loan shark. 2) Working capital is channeled using a system of cooperation, where the trader is obliged to return the principal and profit share of the profit. 3) Uncomplicated organizational structure and management pattern will make Islamic Micro Finance BQ Baiturrahman easy to realize. 4) The existence of Islamic Micro Finance BQ Baiturrahman can be an example for other sharia micro finance institutions in strategy management, so that sharia micro finance institution can be the main choice for micro business actors.

This study aims to explain the implementation practices of the distribution of zakat funds by Baznas for poor families in the city of Padang and also to determine the level of significance of the role of the distribution of zakat funds by Baznas to improve the welfare of poor families in the city of Padang. This research was carried out in BAZNAS Padang City. Therefore the author conducted a study to determine the extent of the implementation of information and communication technology used in the collection and distribution of zakat funds by BAZNAS Padang City. The study time is May-October 2018. This research is quantitative descriptive. The results of the study are: to support the operational activities of BAZNAS in Padang City, supported by information and communication technology (simple technology and using internet technology).

The company's goals depend not only on modern equipment, good facilities, and infrastructure but also on the people who carry out this work. A company's success is strongly influenced by human resources, which are the company's driving force. Quality human resources can be seen from how the output is displayed. Therefore, companies must pay attention to the actions and needs of their workers to provide work results that are in line with company expectations. This study aims to see how the effect of compensation and leadership style on turnover is moderated by job satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample size for this study was 107 employees of PT. Locco Mandiri Indonesia by collecting data through a questionnaire. SPSS or PASW (Predictive Analytics Software) is used to analyze the data in this report. The findings of this study are: 1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. 2) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. 3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. 4) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, moderated by job satisfaction. 5) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention moderated by job satisfaction.

This research has a goal, namely to determine the effect of corporate image, perceived value on muzakki's decisions in distributing zakat at LAZ LMI Suamtera Selatan with an associative approach with quantitative research and the data used is in the form of primary and secondary resulting from questions answered by respondents then processed and analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that corporate image and perceived value have a considerable and significant influence on the muzakki's decision to distribute zakat at LAZ LMI, namely 67.7%, and the remaining 32.3% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. This means that if there is an increase in corporate image and perceived value, it will increase the muzakki's decision to pay zakat, and vice versa if there is a decrease in corporate image and perceived value, it will reduce the muzakki's decision to pay zakat. For future researchers, it is hoped that this can be used as a reference to be able to continue and build on variables that are able to condition the state of the population and with mature techniques.
