<![CDATA[Mental health is as important as physical health. Final year students are inclined for mental health disorders associated with finishing their final project. This activity is to increase student’s knowledge and awareness of mental health so it can stimulate a healthy mental of students who are finishing final projects. This activity began with a pretest session to measure participant’s initial knowledge about mental health, presentation using experiental methods, discussion, sharing and Q&A session, and top it off with a posttest session. The results of this activity showed increase participant’s knowledge about mental health, from 57.84% to 95.47%.]]>

<![CDATA[Saat ini di era digital perkembangan teknologi mengambil peran hampir seluruh aktivitas kehidupan manusia dan harus dimanfaatkan dengan sebaik-baiknya. Untuk itu PT Pos Indonesia meluncurkan suatu layanan yang terbaru kepada konsumen yaitu layanan Pospayment. Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini ialah meningkatkan kesadaran dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi keuangan berbasis android. Subjek sasaran adalah mahasiswa Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini ialah edukasi, tanya jawab dan simulasi. Target luaran program ini adalah artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan, modul penggunaab aplikasi artisan, logbook kegiatab pelatihan aplikasi artisan, lapiran kegiagan aplikasi artisan dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari pengabdian ialah strategi yang digunakan untuk mengikuti perkembangan zaman diera revolusi industry 4.0 dengan melakukan inovasi transformasi digital yang mana dengan satu aplikasi dapat digunakan untuk kemudahan dalam berbagai transaksi.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan dari diadakan penelitian ini adalah sebagai penjelasan dan simulasi langsung penggunaan aplikasi Mitra Shopee pada toko Retail, dengan 1 pelaku Toko Retail. Menggunakan metode pelaksanaan: beberapa tahapan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini sebagai berikut: (1). Persiapan awal, 2) Pelaksanaan yang berupa pemaparan materi, sosialisasi dan pembuatan akun shopee , 3) Pendampingan penggunaan Mitra Shopee. Dari pelaku Toko Retail yang sebelumnya menggunakan pembayaran tunai, belum pernah menggunakan Mitra Shopee, atau bahkan tidak mengetahui adanya Mitra Shopee tersebut. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pada Oktober 2022 hingga awal November 2022. Adanya Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dalam penelitian ini pelaku Toko Retail memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap diberikannya sosialisasi penggunaan Mitra Shopee. Dengan menunjukkan hasil penelitian yaitu adanya Mitra Shopee memberikan pengaruh yang baik kepada pelaku Toko Retail berupa efektifitas dan efisiensi terhadap transaksi digital. Dengan menghemat waktu dari terlepasnya mencari uang kembalian sehingga lebih meningkatkan produktivitas pada Toko Retail tersebut, terlebih lagi apabila melakukan transaksi digital yang jumlah besar sehingga tidak terjadinya kesalahan teknis yang tidak diinginkan.]]>

<![CDATA[It is very important as a parent to be able to supervise or accompany their child while playing cellphones because giving a child a mobile phone at any time can change the morals of the child. The goal in studying Islamic Religious Education is to become a human being with noble character, this education aims to be able to form a behavior and character in every child and have a strong stance in himself and to educate the life of this nation, the most important role in educating is in the role of parents who can improve / form a character in children and can shape attitudes that is in these children. In this supervision method it is very functional for the teacher because the teacher can pay attention to every behavior - the behavior of his students in order to comply with applicable school regulations, with this supervision the teacher gives full effort to direct his students in good things. To become a teacher is not easy where he must have a strong stance, have character and personality in himself to become a teacher. The teacher is a role model and becomes a role model for each of his students.]]>

<![CDATA[The duty of a teacher is to provide broad insight to his students. To help and apply Islamic religious knowledge to students, a teacher must have an interesting learning method. Interesting learning methods will help students be enthusiastic and active in studying Islamic religious education. Islamic Religious Education is carried out in schools with the aim of fostering faith, piety, and noble character in students. The purpose and function of Islamic religious education in schools is the realization of the ideals of Islamic teachings. To carry out the mission of human welfare in order to become servants of Allah SWT both physically and spiritually in this world and the hereafter. In the Big Indonesian Dictionary it is said that effective means effect, influence, and impression. Effectiveness is how an organization succeeds in obtaining and utilizing resources in an effort to realize operational goals. Effectiveness is related to the implementation of main tasks, achievement of goals and timeliness as well as the active participation of members. The group investigation method is a method that emphasizes group learning that involves students in the learning process. Slavin said the GI learning method is a learning system that involves students working together in groups, so that students know each other's abilities among group members.]]>

<![CDATA[Parenting merupakan pilar utama orang tua dalam mengasuh dan membimbing anak agar terwujudnya generasi yang berkarakter. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk: 1) meningkatkan pengetahuan parenting yang sesuai dengan perkembangan anak dalam kelompok ibu rumah tangga. 2) membentuk keterampilan parenting pada kelompok ibu rumah tangga. Partisipan adalah kelompok 30 ibu rumah tangga yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Hasil dari kegiatan ini 1) meningkatnya pengetahuan yang baik tentang pola asuh yang sesuai dengan perkembangan anak. 2) terbentuknya keterampilan parenting pada kelompok ibu rumah tangga Sehingga dapat disimpulkan pelatihan parenting pada orang tua sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pembentukan karakter pada anak. ]]>

<![CDATA[. Lack of knowledge and information about sex, as well as wrong perceptions about aspects of sexuality, is one indicator of increased free sex behavior among adolescents. The purpose of this community service is to provide early adolescents with knowledge about reproductive health in adolescents. The method used includes the design and manufacture of community service practice materials as well as material counseling on adolescent reproductive health. The results of the service show that the participants' knowledge is high after being given counseling material, namely 85,4%. In addition, based on oral evaluations, 80% of the participants were able to re-explain the definition of adolescent reproductive health, how to protect the reproductive organs, reproductive organ infections, and HIV-AIDS. It is recommended that schools cooperate with health centers in providing information about adolescent reproductive health]]>

<![CDATA[A disaster is an undesirable event that usually occurs suddenly and causes casualties. Indonesia is one of the countries most prone to disasters in the world, frequent and unpredictable, including earthquakes, tsunamis, landslides, volcanic eruptions, floods and droughts. affected by a disaster if this situation is not carefully anticipated by all elements of government and society. So it is necessary to carry out a Disaster Management Simulation, which is a process or strategy that is implemented before, during or after a type of disaster event occurs. The purpose of the counseling and simulations carried out is expected to increase students' knowledge and readiness in dealing with emergency disasters after appropriate simulations regarding emergency disaster nursing are carried out. The activities carried out are in the form of counseling and simulations using leaflets, teaching aids and simulations. There is an increase in students' knowledge of emergency disaster nursing as well as skills and preparedness for dealing with disasters. Thus, providing counseling and simulations to students at Bawakaraeng High School regarding emergency disaster nursing is very effective in increasing knowledge.]]>

<![CDATA[Cervical cancer is a disorder that often occurs in women. This disease is dangerous because it can affect the cells in the cervix if not treated immediately. Currently, cervical cancer ranks second among cancers that attack women in the world. According to WHO, 490,000 women in the world every year are diagnosed with cervical cancer and 80% are in developing countries, including Indonesia. In Indonesia, it is estimated that every day 40-45 new cases appear, 20-25 people die, meaning that every 1 hour it is estimated that 1 woman dies due to cervical cancer. This means that Indonesia will lose 600-750 women who are still productive every month. Health promotion and early detection are priorities to prevent and treat disease. The aim of the activity is to prevent cervical cancer through increasing WUS knowledge regarding the Acetic Acid Visual Inspection Test using counseling methods as well as pre-tests before and post-tests after counseling. This can be done to prevent the increase in cervical cancer, namely by providing increased knowledge to women of childbearing age through education about VIA tests. The results show that counseling is significant in increasing WUS' knowledge about the IVA test.]]>
