Abstract

In line with world growth in the construction sector, Indonesia is developing and growing very rapidly. In West Sumatra itself, the need for housing as well as office buildings and learning facilities and infrastructure is currently increasing. Such is the case with "Construction of the Bukittinggi City State Madrasah Ibtidaiah (MIN) Classroom Building". Aims to improve educational facilities and infrastructure. All of this requires planning and building construction that must be standard, safe and efficient. With the current development of a more advanced country, calculating and designing high-rise building structures can be done using the help of the SAP2000 program which is specifically for designing high-rise building structures. In this thesis, the author wants to design the Construction of the Public Madrasah Ibtidaiah (MIN) Classroom Building in Bukittinggi City. Using calculations according to SNI Earthquake 03-1726-2012.

Abstract

Jalan Pattimura is one of the roads that has many activity centers, such as shopping centers, sports facilities, schools and places of worship. Besides there are many activity centers, side barriers on Jalan Pattimura are quite high. This study aims to determine the availability of parking spaces, the number of vehicles parked and the utilization of parking spaces on Jalan Pattimura. The research method used in this study is to use quantitative and qualitative data, which were surveyed visually. Based on the results of the study, the percentage of parking space for four-wheeled vehicles on Jalan Pattimura on Saturdays and Sundays exceeds 100%. For two-wheeled vehicles on Jalan Pattimura there is no parking space available on the road, on peak days many two-wheeled vehicles use four-wheeled vehicle parking lots. It can be concluded that if the parking index is more than 100%, the available parking space is less efficient in accommodating parked vehicles. The lack of optimization of parking spaces on Jalan Pattimura is also influenced by the lack of implementation of existing parking policies, so that there are still many people who park their vehicles carelessly when parking capacity is still available. In order for the use of parking spaces to be more effective, drivers should be able to park their vehicles in the parking spaces provided. Keywords :Parking, parking space, optimization, Padang

Abstract

ABSTRACTTransportation is the movement of people or goods from one place to another or from the place of origin to the destination with or without the use of assistive devices. To expedite these activities, it is necessary to increase the capacity of the road structure where adequate planning of transportation modes is needed by prioritizing aspects of speed and also considering aspects of safety, comfort and environmental impact. To optimize the function of the road network, an intersection transportation system is implemented. The Ahmad Yani Street intersection (Padang Panjang – Solok Highway) is one of the main roads in the city of Padang Panjang where the activity in this road area is quite large. The pattern of traffic regulation at this intersection is not yet regular, so vehicles are often found scrambling for space to pass through the intersection and have a higher risk of accidents, this will cause congestion. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of performance of unsignaled intersections in serving traffic based on data obtained from field surveys and to determine the traffic flow at the Ahmad Yani, Street, Padang Panjang City. The research method used in this research is quantitative (field survey). The survey was conducted for 3 days, namely Monday, Friday, and Saturday. Which from the presearch results peak hours occur on Mondays. This intersection has a high side resistance with a degree of saturation (DS) = 1.883, the average delay is -9.52 and the queue probability is also high 160.29% - 379.51%.Keywords : Degree of Saturation, Side Barrier, Unsignalized Intersection, Delay, Queue Opportunity, MKJI

Abstract

Kasus terjadinya kecelakaan kerja di Indonesia umumnya terjadi karena lemahnya pengawasan pada proyek konstruksi. Kurang disiplin nya tenaga kerja dalam mematuhi ketentuan Manajemen Resiko dan kurang memadainya kuantitas dan kualitas alat perlindungan diri di proyek konstruksi.Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui seberapa besar resiko yang terjadi Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Pengadilan Negeri Pulau Punjung Kabupaten Dhamasra. Maka diadakanlah penelitian ini dengan ditinjau 5M yaitu dari aspek Manusia (Man), Aspek Mesin (Machine), Aspek Metode (Method), Aspek Bahan (Material), Aspek Lingkungan (Environmental) Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuisioner. Dengan jumlah responden 35( Tiga puluh Lima Orang ). Terdiri dari 13 orang Tukang, 3 Pengawas Lapangan, 13 orang Pekerja, 5 Orang Penjaga Gudang, 1 Site Manejer. Berdasarkan analisa kriteria yang ada, dengan menggunakan program SPSS 16 maka dapat kita uji validitas, uji reabilitas, analisis korelasi dan analisis kriteria desk. Dari hasil penelitian ini ada lima 5 aspek/factor dengan 22 sub variable, l ternyata Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Pengadilan Negeri Pulau Punjung Kabupaten Dhamasraya sangat berisiko dengan data sebagai berikut. Faktor manusia (Men) memiliki rata-rata persentase 41,2%- 47,8% dengan analisis desk resiko rendah, Faktor Mesin (Machine), Rata-rata persentase 40%- 42,2% dengan analisis desk resiko rendah, Faktor Metode (Method) Rata-rata persentase 78,1%- 80,6%, dengan analisis desk Resiko Sangat Tinggi, Faktor Material, Rata-rata persentase 71,5% - 83%, dengan analisis desk resiko dari tinggi sampai Resiko Sangat Tinggi dan Faktor lingkungan (Environment), Rata-rata persentase 78,1%- 80,6%, dengan analisis desk Resiko Sangat Tinggi. Dari lima factor diatas faktor mesin yang paling tinggi persentase resikonya, dengan persentase 83%. Kata kunci : K3, SPSS(2016), Gedung Bertingkat.

Abstract

The problem of flooding or inundation often occurs on Indonesian roads, including on the Simpang Empat-Air Balam road, West Pasaman Regency. So that it annoys road users and causes damage to the pavement. Stagnant caused by a drainage system that is not optimal due to sedimentation in the curb inlet and in the side channel. So to find out how the drainage system is performing, a hydrological analysis is carried out to calculate the design discharge for a period of 10 years according to the drainage area and typology of the district and then compared with the discharge of the existing channel and culvert. The results of the comparison of the planned discharge and the existing discharge indicate that the side channel cannot accommodate the design discharge, so it is necessary to redesign the dimensions of the side and culvert. Keywords: hydrological analysis, design discharge, side dimension re-planning

Abstract

On the Lintau - Payakumbuh highway, which connects the two areas, which are busy with light vehicles and heavy vehicles, the road surface is damaged. In this study, the authors conducted a survey on the Lintau - Payakumbuh road, Jorong Kalumpang, Nagari Lubuak Jantan, along KM 37 - KM 39, with a road width of 4.8 m. As time goes by, there is an increase in community needs in the mobility of daily activities with an increase in the volume of vehicles, resulting in damage to the pavement on this road segment. The purpose of this study was to determine the type and level of damage to the pavement that occurred on the Lintau – Payakumbuh road, Jorong Kalumpang, Nagari Lubuak Jantan with the PCI and Bina Marga methods and provide suggestions for maintenance and repair efforts. The types of damage found included crocodile cracks, subsidence, patches, longitudinal cracks, holes. In the PCI method the value obtained is 87.3 with excellent road conditions, in the Bina Marga method the priority order value is 10.6 with a routine maintenance program. From the results of the two methods, the values and results are almost the same, namely the road conditions are still in good condition. Handling road repairs by patching potholes, leveling subsidence, patching cracks on damaged roads. Routine maintenance should be carried out on this road segment in order to provide comfort for its users, such as maintenance on the shoulder of the road, drainage channels, and making rainwater barriers to avoid damage. Keywords : Analysis of road damage, PCI, Bina Marga, Demage rate, Routine maintenance.

Abstract

The problem with partners in this community service activity is the lack of knowledge of Karang Taruna members, Meranti Pandak Village, Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City regarding forms of business entities for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on Law Number 20 of 2008 concerning Business. Micro, Small, and Medium. The solution offered in this community service activity is to increase the knowledge of Karang Taruna members, Meranti Pandak Village, Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City regarding forms of business entities for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on Law Number 20 of 2008 concerning Micro Enterprises. , Small, and Medium. The implementation method used in this community service activity is to use the lecture, dialogue, and discussion methods in order to provide legal counseling. Partners' participation in this community service activity is by providing time, providing a place and its supporting facilities, and presenting members as activity participants. The output target of this community service activity is scientific articles published in the Sinta-5 accredited national journal. The conclusion of this community service activity is that this activity has been successfully implemented and the benefits can be felt directly by the participants. Before the activity was carried out, of the 15 participants, only 29.3% answered that they knew about the material to be delivered. Meanwhile, after the activity was carried out, 77.3% of participants answered that they knew the material presented.Keywords: Law; MSMEs; Legal entity.

Abstract

Gempa adalah permasalahan utama di Indonesia, terlebih lagi di Sumatera Barat yang merupakan termasuk daerah rawan gempa. Dimana dampak dari gempa ini berupa kerugian fisik hingga mengancam jiwa manusia. Dalam permasalahan ini dicari solusi dengan membuat bangunan dengan dilatasi. Analisis dilakukan terhadap bangunan berdenah T dimana bangunan berada pada daerah yang beresiko gempa yaitu di Kota Bukittinggi, Sumatera Barat. Analisis bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku struktur yang diberi dilatasi dengan memperhatikan nilai simpangan antar lantai untuk dapat mengetahui jarak dilatasi yang aman digunakan. Analisa dikerjakan menggunakan tiga model bangunan, model pertama adalah bangunan utuh berdenah T sedangkan model dua dan tiga adalah pemisahan dari bangunan utuh yang didilatasi menggunakan dua kolom. Bangunan terdiri dari enam lantai dengan masing-masing tinggi lantainya 4 meter. Dalam perhitungan yang terjadi pada simpangan antar lantainya menggunakan program analisa struktur Etabs versi 2020. Hasil analisa didapatkan jarak dilatasi yang aman yaitu 100 mm dari jarak aman minimalnya yaitu 75 mm.Kata kunci: Gempa, Bangunan Asimetris, Dilatasi, Etabs Versi 2020

Abstract

Daerah Irigasi Batang Timbo Abu mengairi areal persawahan seluas 200 Ha. Sumber air Daerah Irigasi  Batang Timbo Abu berasal dari Sungai Batang Timbo Abu yang mengairi 3  dari Timbo Abu sampai Mudik Simpang. Daerah Irigasi Batang Timbo Abu berjarak  43 km dari pusat Kota Simpang Empat. Pada Perencanaan Jaringan Irigasi mesti dilakukan analisa disain yang meliputi analisa curah hujan, perhitungan debit,dan dimensi saluran. Sehingga sistem irigasi tersebut dapat diartikan sebagai usaha penyedian pemberian air yang optimal dan efisien guna untuk mendapatkan hasil produksi tanaman yang maksimal. Tujuan utama dari Perencanaan Jaringan Irigasi Batang Tingkarang ini adalah untuk mempertahankan swasembada pangan, dengan luas area sawah 200 Ha, dari luas area sawah tersebut diharapkan panen sebesar 6 Ton/Ha setiap kali panen. Dengan melakukan perbaikan jaringan serta pemberian air yang cukup sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Dalam perencanaan didapat dimensi saluran melalui proses curah hujan dengan menggunakan metode Haspers dan metode Gumbel. Data debit diperlukan untuk menentuka perhitungan ketersediaan air pada bangunan pengambilan (intake). Untuk mendapatkan perhitungan debit yang baik diperlukan data pencatatan debit sungai jangka waktu yang panjang, hal ini diperlukan guna mengurangi terjadinya penyimpanan data perhitungan yang terlalu besar. Hasil perhitungan dari analisi gumbel 3855 mm dan hasil perhitungan dari analisi haspers 48,29 m/dt. Hasil besar debit yang di rencanakan sebesar 53,95 m/dt. Untuk perencanaan saluran sekunder di D.I Batang Timbo Abu direncanakan dapat menampung air ketika debit maksimum Kata kunci : , debit, dimensi saluran,curah hujan,gumbel,haspers  ,saluran sekunder

Abstract

The design of the wet coffee peeler machine carried out by Fahrul Rozi Seregar requires specific calculations of the lifting strength both against stress, strain and safety of factors. This analysis determines the performance capability of the machine on the ASTM A36 material used in the frame, which is safe for long-term use. Therefore, calculations were carried out on the framework using the finite element method assisted by the 2014 Solidworks software. In order to facilitate this test, model validation was carried out which aims to get the percentage of manual and theoretical calculations. Then the results obtained, the determination of the x,y and z axis points obtained a difference in calculation of 0%, 015,% and 0% and the determination of the safety factor for the U 450mm profile with a load of 80N obtained a difference of 0.018% then the results of the safety of the factor U profile 420mm with a load 58.666N and 21.333N, the difference in calculation is 0.030%, 0.011%, after that bending testing is carried out and BMD (Bending Moment Diagram) is obtained which is the engineering section that handles problems with the ASTM A36 material structure on the frame, the calculation difference is 4.68%. So from The difference between manual and theoretical calculations is the largest 4.68% in bending testing and at least 0% is obtained in determining the midpoint of the U profile with respect to the x and y axes.
