Abstract

This article was prepared to share insights, perspectives and knowledge through lectures and training for prospective young leaders in organizations, within the framework of Basic Student Leadership Training (LKDM) activities. In the 2023 LDKM setting, students consist of various study programs who will be appointed as candidates to become administrators of HIMA Study Programs and Faculties at Ma'soem University. The material is given in the form of presentations with tutorials to discussions and implementation in cases of leadership within campus organizations. As a result of this service, participants from LDKM 2023 activities gain new insight and knowledge so that in the process they will personalize this in organizational activities and even in their daily lives.

Abstract

Libraries are increasingly developing into institutions that have an important role in collecting or preserving various forms of library materials. The impact of this is of course that every library must carry out the task of preserving or preserving various forms of library materials owned to anticipate the threat of damage which could result in the loss of intellectual content in these library materials. In practice, collection preservation activities are not only the responsibility of librarians. Ideally, it also requires awareness of users who utilize and use the collection. The aim of this activity is to increase understanding regarding the preservation and conservation of library materials and improve skills related to the preservation and conservation of library materials. The results of this activity are a) The implementation of community service went smoothly in accordance with the expectations of the team implementing community service, because almost all preservation actions were carried out, namely including preventive actions by implementing non-formal education for librarians, cleaning dusty library materials , regulating room temperature humidity, carrying out weeding of collections, tutorials on repackaging information and restorative actions by carrying out binding and lamination activities on damaged physical book collections, b) Participants are aware of the importance of preservation and conservation of library materials in preserving library materials owned by the library, c) Participants' responses to this activity stated that the delivery of the material was good and participants understood the explanation given. This is demonstrated by an interactive atmosphere between participants and the service team, as well as d) increasing insight both theoretically and practically regarding preservation and conservation procedures.

Abstract

Based on findings in the Babussalam Pahlawan Belui Mosque area, it was found that many teenagers did not understand how to read at all . The aim of this research is to implement a program that focuses on improving the Al-Quran reading skills of mosque teenagers . Based on the findings in the Babussalam Pahlawan Belui Mosque area, it was found that many teenagers did not understand how to read the Al-Quran properly and correctly, which has encouraged the service team to implement a program that focuses on improving the Al-Quran reading skills of Mosque Teenagers. Therefore, a special Tahsin program for teenagers was formed at the Babussalam Pahlawan Belui Mosque. The method for implementing the Tahsin and Tahfidz program is carried out by: (1) Identifying the ability to read the Al-Quran in Babussalam Mosque teenagers. (2) arranging the implementation of the presentation of makhraj, tajwid and tahsin material, (3) Implementing the Tahsin and Tahfidz programs. (4) Carry out an evaluation of the Tahsin and Tahfidz programs. coaching Results In practice, the Tahsin program is implemented by teaching makhraj, tajwid, tartil material which aims to improve the reading of the Al-Qur'an.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is closely related to marketing, which is one of the keys to the success of a business or business that will be run by an entrepreneur, in this case of course, in this modern era, marketing is not only done conventionally (offline) but must also be supported by technology. or science and technology. The aim of this activity is to increase understanding regarding digital marketing-based entrepreneurship and improve skills related to digital marketing-based entrepreneurship. The results of this activity are a) The implementation of community service went smoothly in accordance with the expectations of the team implementing community service, because almost all workshop activities were carried out very well, b) The participants were aware of the importance of digital marketing-based entrepreneurship as a business opportunity, c) The participants' response to this activity was very interactive, where the participants asked many questions to the service team and d) broadened the participants' insight both in theory and practice regarding digital marketing-based entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Early marriage and low interest in education are still problems in several areas in Indonesia, including the Central Lombok area with a fairly high rate of child marriage, so it has a big impact on the length of schooling and the quality of education in the area. This service aims to prevent child marriage, increase interest in education and strengthen the younger generation at Al-Hananiyah Islamic Middle School, Bodak Hamlet, Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. This service method is carried out by educating peers by providing education about the dangers of early marriage and the importance of education. The results of the service show an increase in students' knowledge about the dangers of early marriage and the importance of education as well as an increase in students' interest in completing their education. The conclusion in this service shows the importance of education for the younger generation, especially regarding future orientation so that they are not fixated on getting married at a young age which has the potential to cause several problems in the future such as poverty, stunting and low human resources which have an impact on human resource development and sustainable development.

Abstract

This activity aims to analyze the effect of using the Quizizz application on student learning outcomes on negotiation text material. Quizizz is a game-based learning application that can be used to create interactive and interesting quizzes. This research was conducted in several stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results showed that the use of Quizizz significantly increased students' motivation and understanding of negotiation text material. Students became more active and motivated in learning, and showed an increase in participation and learning outcomes. The immediate feedback from Quizizz helped students understand and correct errors in real time. It was also found that Quizizz supports student-centered learning, by constructivist and behaviorism theories. However, constraints such as device availability and internet connection need to be considered to optimize the use of this application. It is recommended that schools ensure adequate technological support and provide training to teachers regarding the use of Quizizz. Gradual implementation and periodic evaluation are needed to ensure the effectiveness and adaptation of students to this learning method.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi perpustakaan digital iPusnas pada mahasiswa angkatan 2023 Program Studi Perpustakaan dan Sains Informasi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Ilmu Sosial Universitas Sari Mutiara. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah tingkat pengetahuan dan pemahaman mahasiswa terkait aplikasi iPusnas masih sangat rendah, padahal aplikasi tersebut bisa dimanfaatkan dalam kegiatan perkuliahan termasuk penyelesaian tugas akademik yang dimiliki. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, tanya jawab dan pelatihan menggunakan aplikasi iPusnas. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah mahasiswa angkatan 2023 Program Studi Perpustakaan dan Sains Informasi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Ilmu Sosial Universitas Sari Mutiara Indonesia sudah mulai mengetahui dan mampu memahami bagaimana cara penggunaan aplikasi iPusnas.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mensosialisasikan tentang pentingnya benda cagar budaya bagi Masyarakat Kerinci. Beberapa benda cagar budaya yang ditemukan di Kerinci banyak yang terlupakan karena perkembangan zaman dan kecanggihan teknologi. Generasi Muda tidak lagi menaruh minat terhadap sejarah dan kebudayaan sehingga menimbulkan persoalan di kemudian hari. Metode Pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah metode sosialisasi dengan menggunakan media sosial seperti Facebook, instagram, Whatsapp. Tim pengabdian akan menelusuri benda cagar budaya yang kemudian kondisi tersebut di publikasikan di media sosial. Temuannya adalah Benda Cagar Budaya Batu Rajo di Desa Pulau Tengah merupakan salah satu Benda Cagar Budaya yang tidak banyak orang tau, terutama masyarakat Kerinci dan Kota Sungai Penuh. Kondisinya cukup memprihatinkan karena tidak begitu terawat, mengingat benda cagar budaya sangat penting, maka tim PkM melakukan sosialisasi menggunakan Media Sosial.

Abstract

Artikel ini menginvestigasi peran program Bimbingan Tahfidz dalam meningkatkan motivasi menghafal al-Qur'an di TPQ Mukhlisin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana program Bimbingan Tahfidz yang terstruktur dan efektif memengaruhi semangat dan keterlibatan para santri dalam menghafal al-Qur'an. Metode penelitian yang digunakan melibatkan survei, wawancara, dan observasi terhadap para santri yang mengikuti program di TPQ Mukhlisin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program Bimbingan Tahfidz memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan motivasi para santri. Pendekatan personal dalam pembelajaran, penguatan dimensi spiritual, serta pemberian penghargaan dan dukungan dari lingkungan TPQ Mukhlisin telah menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif bagi para santri untuk mengembangkan semangat dan keterampilan tahfidz mereka. Motivasi ini juga memiliki pengaruh jangka panjang, dengan beberapa santri tetap mempertahankan semangat menghafal al-Qur'an setelah meninggalkan TPQ.
