Abstract

Abstract. Coffee is a drink that is in great demand by the public because it has a delicious aroma and taste, it also has several other benefits. Kopi Palasari sold by the Kelompok Tani Giri Senang is packaged coffee that is packaged simply without providing clear information and poor plastic materials and types of packaging labels, these are factors in the research problem to be carried out. So the purpose of the research is to design the packaging of Kopi Palasari for the Kelompok Tani Giri Senang by identifying consumer perceptions so that it provides a more attractive appeal following consumer desires. The packaging design is carried out using the Kansei Engineering method. The Kansei Engineering method was carried out in several stages, namely, collecting Kansei Words through questionnaires and interviews and continued by distributing the first closed questionnaire to select Kansei Words and continued by distributing the second closed questionnaire and conducting conjoint analysis to determine the combination of designs obtained. The result of this research is that the desired packaging that can provide more attractiveness is made of kraft paper, uses a printing label, and is square in shape combined with 13 selected Kansei Words, namely cheap, unique, simple, elegant, dark color, slight color, easy to carry and open, logo halal, composition information, expired information, strong, durable and environmentally friendly. Abstrak. Kopi merupakan minuman yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat karena memiliki aroma dan rasa yang nikmat, juga memiliki beberapa manfaat lainnya. Kopi Palasari yang dijual Kelompok Tani Giri Senang merupakan kopi kemasan yang dikemas dengan cara sederhana tanpa memberikan informasi yang jelas serta bahan plastik dan jenis label kemasan yang kurang baik, Hal tersebut menjadi faktor dalam permasalahan penelitian yang akan dilakukan. Sehingga tujuan penelitian yaitu melakukan perancangan terhadap kemasan Kopi Palasari Kelompok Tani Giri Senang dengan mengidentifikasi persepsi konsumen sehingga memberikan daya tarik lebih menarik sesusai dengan keinginan konsumen. Perancangan kemasan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Kansei Engineering. Metode Kansei Engineering dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap yaitu, mengumpulkan Kansei Words melalui kuesioner dan wawancara dan dilanjutkan dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner tertutup pertama untuk menyeleksi Kansei Words dan dilanjutkan dengan menyebar kuesioner tertutup ke dua dan melakukan analisis konjoin untuk mengetahui kombinasi desain yang diperoleh. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kemasan yang diinginkan dan dapat memberikan daya tarik lebih adalah berbahan kertas kraft, menggunakan label printing dan berbentuk persegi yang dikombinasikan dengan 13 Kansei Words terpilih yaitu murah, unik, simpel, elegan, warna gelap, warna sedikit, Mudah dibawa dan dibuka, logo halal, informasi komposisi, informasi kadaluarsa, kuat, awet dan ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

Abstract. In creating loafers, companies must be able to see the wants and needs that the market wants for their products. So that the product can be well received and can compete with other similar products, because loafers are one of the items whose function is very much needed in daily formal activities and cannot be replaced. This final project research was conducted in a home industry shoelocated in the Cibaduyut area. The problem that occurs is that the loafers circulating in the market are not innovative and the development is not in accordance with the trends and desires and needs of today's consumers. In addition, the company still uses size converter. So that consumers are less interested and prefer other loafers products that are considered more contemporary, modern and comfortable. To overcome this, research is carried out that aims to find out the desires and needs of customers. In addition, the purpose of this research is to make improvements by making designs using the methods Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and Anthropometry. The application of the QFD method aims to enable companies to find out consumer desires and with anthropometry the company can determine the appropriate size. The results of the study revealed that improvements that must be made are the use of quality raw materials, appropriate shoe sizes, low cost and trendy product designs. The conclusion of this study is that there is a need for development of special men's loafers in accordance with the wishes and needs that provide improvements in design, durability and size that can increase comfort when used for a long time. Abstrak. Dalam menciptakan produk sepatu pantofel, perusahaan harus bisa melihat keinginan serta kebutuhan yang pasar inginkan terhadap produknya. Sehingga produk dapat diterima dengan baik serta dapat bersaing dengan produk sejenis lainnya, karena sepatu pantofel merupakan salah satu barang yang fungsinya sangat dibutuhkan dalam kegiatan formal sehari-hari dan tidak dapat tergantikan. Penelitian tugas akhir ini dilakukan di salah satu home industry sepatu yang terletak di area kawasan Cibaduyut. Permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu sepatu pantofel yang beredar dipasaran tidak inovatif serta pemgembangan yang tidak sesuai dengan trend dan keinginan serta kebutuhan konsumen saat ini. Selain itu perusahaan masih menggunakan size converter lawas. Sehingga konsumen kurang tertarik dan lebih memilih produk pantofel lainnya yang dirasa lebih kekinian, modern dan nyaman. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut maka dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan bisa mengetahui keinginan serta kebutuhan pelanggan. Selain itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan perbaikan dengan membuat rancangan menggunakan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD) dan Antropometri. Penerapan metode QFD bertujuan agar perusahaan bisa mengetahui keinginan konsumen dan dengan antropometri perusahaan dapat menentukan ukuran yang sesuai. Hasil dari penelitian diketahui bahwa perbaikan yang harus dilakukan adalah penggunaan bahan baku yang berkualitas, ukuran sepatu yang sesuai penetapan biaya yang murah serta desain produk yang trendy. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini diperlukannya adanya pengembangan pada sepatu pantofel khusus pria sesuai dengan keinginan dan kebutuhan yang memberikan peningkatan pada desain, ketahanan serta ukuran yang bisa meningkatkan kenyamanan saat digunakan dalam waktu yang lama.

Abstract

Abstract. Carion Bags Industri is a company engaged in the bag industry. Carion Bags Industri produces standard backpacks, waist bags, and traveling bags. The standard backpack product designs that are marketed today still do not meet the wishes of their users so that it will affect the company's profits. The objectives of the research are a). Identify standard backpack products like what consumers want; b) Designing standard backpack products in accordance with consumer specifications; c) Designing a standard backpack product that is multifunctional according to the wishes of consumers. The Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method is carried out by distributing open questionnaires, external closed questionnaires, validity tests, reliability tests, distributing actual questionnaires, data adequacy tests, phase 1, phase 2, phase 3. The results of the study are a). Product identification has 12 variables, namely low prices, available laptop storage pockets, handphone charge features, attractive designs, strong to withstand heavy loads, durable (durable), waterproof, resilient, easy to find in various stores, warranty, comfortable to use and lightweight materials ; b) Standard backpack product specifications with a size of 45cm x 30cm x 18 cm, 25 liters of load, laptop storage bag, rectangular shape, there is a cellphone charge panel, the inside is made of polyfoam foam and the outside is made of cordura; c) Multifunctional standard backpack products, namely laptop storage pockets, handphone charge panels, durable, waterproof, available in stores and via online, strong to withstand heavy loads, guaranteed, comfortable to use, made of light weight and attractive color designs. Abstrak. Carion Bags Industri merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri tas. Carion Bags Industri memproduksi produk backpack standard, waist bag, dan traveling bag. Desain produk backpack standard yang dipasarkan sekarang masih belum memenuhi keinginan penggunanya sehingga akan mempengaruhi keuntungan perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah a). Mengidentifikasi produk backpack standard seperti apa yang diinginkan konsumen; b) Merancang produk backpack standard yang sesuai dengan spesifikasi konsumen; c) Merancang produk backpack standard yang multifungsi sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen. Metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD) dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner terbuka, kuesioner tertutup eksternal, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, penyebaran kuesioner sebenarnya, uji kecukupan data, fasa 1, fasa 2, fasa 3. Hasil dari penelitian adalah a). Identifikasi produk terdapat 12 variabel yaitu harga murah, tersedia kantong penyimpanan laptop, fitur charge handphone, desain menarik, kuat menahan beban berat, tahan lama (awet), tahan air, tahan banting, mudah ditemukan diberbagai toko, garansi, nyaman digunakan dan bahan ringan; b) Spesifikasi produk backpack standard dengan ukuran 45cm x 30cm x 18 cm, bermuatan 25 liter, kantong penyimpanan laptop, bentuk persegi panjang, terdapat panel charge handphone, bagian dalam berbahan busa polyfoam dan bagian luar berbahan cordura; c) Multifungsi produk backpack standard yaitu tersedia kantong penyimpanan laptop, terdapat panel charge handphone, tahan banting, tahan air, tersedia ditoko dan via online, kuat menahan beban berat, bergaransi, nyaman digunakan, berbahan ringan dan memiliki desain warna yang menarik.

Abstract

Abstract. The focus of this research is on the sewing workstation mini backpack bags that have three operators. Production process on the CV. X experienced production delays and did not meet the target in the production process. The problems experienced by mini backpack operators are affected by fatigue in work, where the decrease in the ability of workers to perform their work is influenced by effective working hours and overtime determination, resulting in decreased work performance and longer completion times. This can cause production delays. In addition, there are other things that can hinder the production process, namely poor working methods, and cause the processing time to be longer. This study aims to solve existing problems by proposing the improvement of working methods based on mental workload measurement using NASA-TLX method, right hand and left hand map, and Methods Time Measurement (MTM). The proposed design is to create a working method to equalize each operator's workload, balance the working motion between the right hand and the left hand to conform to the economic principles of movement. The result is a reduction in the standard time in completing a single mini backpack product so that the production of the product can comply with the target that already set by the company by determining effective working hours without implementing an overtime policy. Abstrak. Fokus pada penelitian ini terdapat pada stasiun kerja penjahitan tas mini backpack yang memiliki 3 operator. Proses produksi pada CV. X mengalami keterlambatan produksi dan tidak memenuhi target dalam proses produksinya. Masalah yang dialami oleh operator tas mini backpack dipengaruhi oleh kelelahan dalam bekerja, dimana menurunnya kemampuan pekerja dalam melakukan pekerjaannya yang dipengaruhi oleh jam kerja efektif dan penentuan overtime, sehingga performa kerja menurun dan waktu penyelesaian akan menjadi lebih lama. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan keterlambatan produksi. Selain itu, ada hal lain yang mampu menghambat proses produksi yaitu metode kerja yang tidak baik dan menyebabkan waktu proses menjadi lebih lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memecahkan masalah yang ada berupa usulan perbaikan metode kerja berdasarkan pengukuran beban kerja mental menggunakan metode NASA-TLX, peta tangan kanan dan tangan kiri, dan metode Motion Time Measurement (MTM). Rancangan yang diusulkan adalah membuat rancangan metode kerja yang bertujuan untuk penyamarataan beban kerja setiap operator, menyeimbangkan gerakan kerja antara tangan kanan dan tangan kiri agar sesuai dengan prinsip ekonomi gerakan. Hasil yang didapatkan berupa pengurangan waktu baku dalam menyelesaikan satu produk tas mini backpack, sehingga produksi dari produk tersebut dapat memenuhi target yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan dengan penentuan jam kerja efektif tanpa menerapkan kebijakan overtime.

Abstract

Abstract. Facility layout design is a part of facility design that focuses more on setting physical elements. These physical elements can be machines, equipment, tables, buildings, and so on. Rules or regulatory logic can be in the form of determining the objective function, such as the total distance or the total cost of moving goods. Good design cannot be separated from the design of a good facility layout, starting from the layout, material flow and company production processes that are well structured so that it will produce effectiveness and efficiency in the company. Good layout planning will provide many benefits for the company and maintain the survival or success of a company. CV. X is a company engaged in engineering that produces civil lab equipment. The problems with this company are that the layout has not been arranged neatly, work stations that have close relationships are still far apart, the flow of the production process is irregular, the distance between machines is not too wide. In addition, the finished material warehouse is located in front of the production area close to the entrance and exit gate so that it interferes with the entry and exit of people. The purpose of this study is to be able to identify and analyze the layout of the production floor used and determine the proposed layout to minimize the distance of material transfer. In this study, the method used is the Computerized Relationship Layout Planning (CORELAP) algorithm with the help of CORELAP 1.0 software. The results obtained after the study showed that the displacement distance in the initial layout was 369.5 meters of displacement/product, while the proposed layout resulted in a displacement of 320.5 meters of displacement/product. The results of the study showed that the proposed layout was able to increase the efficiency of material/product transfer distances by 13.3% and resulted in a better material flow pattern for the company. The analysis is carried out by comparing the effectiveness and efficiency of the path flow and the resulting material transfer between the initial layout and the proposed layout. Abstrak. Perancangan tata letak fasilitas merupakan bagian perancangan fasilitas yang lebih fokus pada pengaturan unsur fisik. Unsur fisik ini dapat berupa mesin, peralatan, meja, bangunan, dan sebagainya. Aturan atau logika pengaturan dapat berupa ketetapan fungsi tujuan misalnya total jarak atau total biaya perpindahan barang. Perancangan yang baik tak lepas dari perancangan tata letak failitas yang baik juga mulai dari tata letak, aliran material serta proses produksi perusahaan yang tersusun dengan baik sehingga akan menghasilkan efektifitas dan efisiensi pada perusahaan. Perencanaan tata letak yang baik akan memberikan banyak manfaat bagi perusahaan serta menjaga keberlangsungan hidup atau keberhasilan suatu perusahaan. CV. X merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang teknik yang memproduksi peralatan lab sipil. Permasalahan yang dihadapi perusahaan yaitu belum tersusunnya layout dengan rapih, stasiun kerja yang memiliki hubungan erat masih berjauhan, aliran proses produksi tidak beraturan, jarak antar mesin tidak terlalu luas. Selain itu gudang bahan jadi terletak didepan area produksi dekat dengan pintu gerbang keluar masuk sehingga mengganggu keluar masuknya orang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk dapat mengetahui serta menganalisis tata letak lantai produksi yang digunakan serta menentukan layout usulan untuk meminimalisir jarak perpindahan bahan. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah algoritma Computerized Relationship Layout Planning (CORELAP) dengan bantuan Software CORELAP 1.0. Hasil penelitian yang di dapatkan setelah penelitian bahwa jarak perpindahan pada layout awal sebesar 369,5 meter perpindahan/produk, sedangkan untuk layout usulan menghasilkan jarak perpindahan sebesar 320,5 meter perpindahan/produk. Hasil dari penelitian didapat bahwa tata letak yang diusulkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi jarak perpindahan bahan/produk sebesar 13,3% dan menghasilkan pola aliran material yang lebih baik bagi perusahaan. Analisis dilakukan dengan membandingkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dari aliran lintasan dan pemindahan material yang dihasilkan antara tataletak awal dan tataletak usulan.

Abstract

Abstract. The Lembang Regional General Hospital is located at Jalan Raya Lembang KM 11.4 No. 11, Gudangkahuripan, Lembang which is engaged in health services. Lembang Regional General Hospital provides health services. There is a problem at the Lembang Regional General Hospital, namely the rating of the Lembang Regional Hospital has a small rating among hospitals in the city of Bandung with a rating of 2.3. In addition to rating, the problems that occur at the Lembang Regional General Hospital, namely the service performance at the Lembang Regional General Hospital means that the old community's lack of trust in the Lembang Regional Hospital is still high. The purpose of this study was to analyze and identify service attributes on service quality at Lembang Hospital with the Kano method and the ServQual method so as to provide the best proposal to the parties concerned in an effort to reduce complaints from consumers. The methodology used is the Kano Model Method and the ServQual (Service Quality) Method. The Kano Model method is used to determine the Kano Category which consists of: Attractive, One Dimensional, Must be, No difference (Indifferent), Returned (Reverse) and Questionable. The ServQual (Service Quality) method is used to determine the gap between the company's performance and customer expectations. Based on these two methods, actions can be generated on service attributes, namely services that are maintained, improved and improved.The results showed 1) From the results of the open questionnaire obtained 20 service attributes contained in the Lembang Regional Hospital based on the dimensions of service quality, namely Tangible, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness and Assurance. Abstrak. Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Lembang bertempat di Jalan Raya Lembang KM 11,4 No. 11, Gudangkahuripan, Lembang yang bergerak dalam jasa kesehatan. Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Lembang menyediakan pelayanan kesehatan. Terdapat permasalahan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Lembang yaitu ratting dari Rumah Sakit Daerah Lembang memiliki ratting yang kecil diantara Rumah Sakit di Kota Bandung dengan ratting 2,2. Selain ratting, permasalahan yang terjadi pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Lembang yaitu pada pada kinerja pelayanan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Lembang berarti kekurangan kepercayaan masyarakat lama pada Rumah Sakit Daerah Lembang masih tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi atribut layanan terhadap kualitas pelayanan di RSUD Lembang dengan metode Kano dan metode ServQual sehingga dapat memberikan usulan terbaik terhadap pihak yang bersangkutan dalam upaya untuk mengurangi keluhan dari konsumen. Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode Model Kano dan Metode ServQual (Service Quality). Metode Model Kano digunakan untuk mengetahui Kategori Kano yang terdiri dari: Menarik (Attractive), Satu Dimensi (One Dimensional), Harus (Must be), Tidak ada perbedaan (Indifferent), Dikembalikan (Reverse) dan Dipertanyakan (Questionable). Adapun Metode ServQual (Service Quality) digunakan untuk mengetahui kesenjangan antara kinerja perusahaan dengan harapan pelanggan. Berdasarkan kedua metode tersebut dapat dihasilkan tindakan pada atribut pelayanan yaitu pelayanan yang dipertahankan, ditingkatkan dan diperbaiki. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 1) Dari hasil kuesioner terbuka didapatkan 20 atribut pelayanan yang terdapat pada Rumah Sakit Daerah Lembang berdasarkan dimensi kualitas jasa yaitu Tangible, Emphaty, Reliability, Responsiveness dan Assurance;

Abstract

Abstract. How to design a system to detect the presence of cigarette smoke in the house? And how to give a message or notification if smoke levels are detected?. In today's era there are still many people who smoke in smoke-free areas. In everyday life many smokers are around our environment. Cigarette smoke is smoke that is very harmful to the respiratory tract or body health. There are some people around the house who cannot inhale the smoke from burning cigarettes, because it can cause shortness of breath. In overcoming the problems experienced by the author, a tool is made that can help people who cannot breathe cigarette smoke by utilizing technology. This report aims to design a device that detects the presence of cigarette smoke in the house and can neutralize it. And get a message or notification if cigarette smoke is detected in the room. To design this tool the author uses the Prototype method, where data collection techniques will be carried out by observing and looking for literature studies. The theoretical basis used is a literature review and research related to cigarette smoke detectors. In the final stage, namely the results of the research, where all the activities that have been carried out in making a cigarette smoke detection system based on Arduino ATMega 2560 with Telegram notifications using the Prototype method have been designed according to the development method used. Abstrak. Bagaimana cara merancang sebuah sistem pendeteksi adanya asap didalam rumah? Dan Bagaiman cara memberikan pesan atau notifikasi jika adanya kadar asap yang terdeteksi?. Pada era saat ini masih banyak orang yang me diarea bebas asap. Pada kehidupan sehari-hari banyak asap yang berada disekitar lingkungan kita. Asap merupakan asap yang sangat berbahaya bagi saluran pernafasan atau kesehatan tubuh. Ada beberapa orang disekitar lingkungan rumah yang tidak bisa menghirup asap yang berasal dari bakaran, karena bisa menyebabkan sesak nafas. Dalam mengatasi masalah yang dialami penulis, maka dibuatlah alat yang mampu membantu orang yang tidak bisa menghirup asap dengan memanfaatkan teknologi. Laporan ini memiliki tujuan untuk merancang sebuah alat yang mendeteksi adanya asap didalam rumah dan bisa untuk menetralisirkannya. Serta mendapatkan pesan atau notifikasi jika terdeteksi asap didalam ruangan tersebut. Untuk merancang alat ini penulis menggunakan metode Prototype, dimana teknik pengumpulan data akan dilakukan observasi dan mencari studi literaturnya. Landasan teori yang digunakan ialah tinjauan pustaka dan penelitian terkait dengan alat pendeteksi asap. Pada tahap akhir yaitu hasil dari penelitian, dimana semua aktivitas yang telah dilakukan dalam pembuatan sistem pendeteksi asap berbasis Arduino ATMega 2560 dengan notifikasi Telegram menggunakan metode Prototype sudah selesai dirancang sesuai dengan metode pengembangan yang digunakan.

Abstract

Abstract. PT. Helie Furniture Indonesia is a manufacturing company engaged in the furniture industry that produces several types of outdoor chairs made of stainless steel. This research focuses on one type of product, namely this product has the largest percentage of product delays compared to other products, which is 54.55%. In the production process of the radius chair, there are several wastes that exist in the production line, such as defective products and inventory in the form of work in process (WIP) found at the polishing work station. One approach that can reduce waste is Lean Manufacturing. The first step in this research is to find out waste using Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Waste Assessment Model (WAM). Based on the results of WAM, 3 dominant wastes were obtained, namely defect, excess processing, and transport. Then the root cause of waste is carried out using 5 why's and determining the value of the Risk Priority Number (RPN) using Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). The root cause of the problem in each dominant waste that has the highest RPN value will be made recommendations for improvement. There are 3 recommendations for improvement for supervision during the production process, SOP publication, and redesigning the layout on the production line. Recommendations for improvements that have been made can reduce lead time by 101.88 seconds and increase Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE) by 0.46%. Abstrak. PT. Helie Furniture Indonesia merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak pada bidang industri furniture yang memproduksi beberapa jenis kursi outdoor berbahan baku stainless steel. Dalam penelitian ini berfokus pada salah satu jenis produk, yaitu produk radius chair karena produk ini memiliki persentase keterlambatan penyelesaian produk paling besar dibandingkan dengan produk kursi lainnya, yaitu sebesar 54,55%. Pada proses produksi radius chair terdapat beberapa waste yang ada pada lini produksi, seperti adanya produk cacat dan adanya penumpukan inventory berupa work in process (WIP) yang ditemui pada stasiun kerja polishing. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat mereduksi waste adalah Lean Manufacturing. Langkah awal yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah identifikasi waste menggunakan Value Stream Mapping (VSM) dan Waste Assessment Model (WAM). Berdasarkan hasil WAM, didapat 3 waste dominan yaitu defect, excessive processing, dan transportation. Kemudian dilakukan identifikasi akar penyebab waste menggunakan 5 why’s dan menentukan nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN) menggunakan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Akar penyebab masalah pada setiap waste dominan yang memiliki nilai RPN tertinggi akan dibuat rekomendasi perbaikan. Terdapat 3 rekomendasi perbaikan yaitu Memperketat pengawasan selama proses produksi berlangsung, Publikasi SOP, dan Merancang ulang layout pada lini produksi. Rekomendasi perbaikan yang telah dibuat dapat mereduksi lead time sebesar 101,88 detik dan meningkatkan Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE) sebesar 0,46%.

Abstract

Abstract. PT XYZ is a company that produces motorcycle spare parts, one of its products is the stay comp ign coil. Currently the condition of the company is experiencing problems, namely a defect in the stay comp ign coil product. The purpose of the study was to identify the factors causing defects and provide suggestions for quality control of the stay comp ign coil product. The method used is Six Sigma with DMAIC cycle. Especially for the analyze stage using FMEA to calculate the value of the RPN. Meanwhile, at the improve stage, the FMEA process is used to propose corrective actions. The proposed design uses the 5W+1H. The results of this study indicate that there are 10 factors that cause a stay comp ign coil product defect, namely: an operator who is less careful, pins and blunt dies blades, unscheduled machine maintenance, not keeping the work desk clean, the presence of dirt deposits on the inside of the platting machine drum, drum capacity is too full, less coating liquid dosage, welding machine gun jammed, input current is too large and environmental conditions. There are 5 proposals for quality control of the stay comp ign coil product, namely: replacing a dull pin or die blade, performing regular machine maintenance, make SOPs that support work on the production of stay comp ign coils, maintain the cleanliness of the workbench in all parts of the stay comp ign coil production and supervisors carry out supervisory activities to the operator on a regular basis. Abstrak. PT XYZ adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi suku cadang sepeda motor, salah satu hasil produksinya adalah stay comp ign coil. Saat ini kondisi perusahaan sedang mengalami permasalahan yaitu adanya kecacatan pada produk stay comp ign coil. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab kecacatan dan memberikan usulan pengendalian kualitas terhadap produk stay comp ign coil. Metode yang digunakan adalah Six Sigma dengan siklus DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve dan control). Khusus untuk tahapan analyze menggunakan FMEA untuk menghitung nilai risk priority number (RPN). Sedangkan pada tahapan improve menggunakan FMEA proses untuk usulan tindakan perbaikan. Adapun usulan rancangan pengendalian kualitas menggunakan 5W+1H (What, Who, When, Where, dan How). Hasil dari penelitian ini mengiindikasikan ada 10 faktor penyebab terjadi kecacatan produk stay comp ign coil yakni: 1) opertor yang kurang teliti; 2) pin dies dan mata pisau dies yang tumpul; 3) kurang terjadwalnya maintenance mesin; 4) kurang menjaga kebersihan meja kerja; 5) adanya endapan kotoran dibagian dalam drum mesin platting; 6) kapasitas drum terlalu penuh; 7) takaran cairan pelapis kurang; 8) gun mesin las macet; 9) arus input terlalau besar dan 10) kondisi lingkungan. Usulan pengendalian kualitas produk stay comp ign coil yang dilakukan ada 5 usulan, yaitu: 1) mengganti pin atau mata pisau dies yang sudah tumpul, 2) melakukan perawatan mesin yang berkala; 3) membuat SOP yang menunjang pengerjaan pada produksi stay comp ign coil; 4) menjaga kebersihan meja kerja diseluruh bagian produksi stay comp ign coil serta 5) supervisor melakukan kegiatan pengawasan kepada operator secara berkala.

Abstract

Abstract. Dena Collection company is a home industry company engaged in producing women's bags. the employees at the Dena Collection company, are worked manually. However, at the pattern-making work station, cutting work station, also QC and packing work stations the employees often experienced complaints and the employees work without using the work facilities. The aims of this research were; 1) identifying the complaints of employees at the pattern-making, cutting, as well as QC and packing work stations, 2) identifying the work risks experienced by employees at the pattern-making, cutting, also QC and packing work stations, 3) determining the proposed work facility design at pattern-making, cutting, as well as QC and packing work stations. The methods used based on these conditions included the Nordic Body Map method to determine the level of complaints felt by employees while at work. The WERA method utilized to determine the level of risk experienced by employees and the steps that must be taken, The antropometri to determine the physical size of humans to make it easier to do a design. The research results obtained were; 1) the biggest complaint felt by employees was a pain of the body such as the necks, backs, wrists, and feet, 2) the work risks experienced by employees at the three work stations had a final score of 28-38 including in the medium level. 3) the proposed work facility design carried out at the three work stations, namely the facilities addition of two workbenches, the first workbench is used for the pattern-making work station and the cutting work station, the second workbench is used for the QC and packing work station. Abstrak.Perusahaan Dena Collection merupakan perusahaan home industry pembuat tas wanita. Pekerja di perusahaan Dena Collection bekerja secara manual, namun pada stasiun kerja pembuatan pola, stasiun kerja pemotongan, stasiun kerja QC & packing para pekerja sering mengalami keluhan dan pekerja bekerja tanpa menggunakan fasilitas kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini 1) Mengidentifikasi keluhan pekerja pada stasiun kerja pembuatan pola, pemotongan, QC & packing, 2) Mengidentifikasi risiko kerja yang dialami oleh pekerja pada stasiun kerja pembuata pola, pemotongan, QC& packing, 3) Menentukan usulan perancangan fasilitas kerja pada stasiun kerja pembuatan pola, pemotongan, QC & packing. Metode yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode Nordic Body Map untuk mengetahui tingkat keluhan yang dirasakan oleh pekerja pada saat sedang bekerja. Metode WERA untuk mengetahui tingkat risiko yang dialami oleh para pekerja serta langkah yang harus dilakukan. antropometri untuk mengetahui ukuran fisik manusia dan memudahkan dalam melakukan suatu perancangan. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah 1) Keluhan yang dirasakan oleh perkerja terbesar yaitu terdapat pada bagian tubuh seperti leher, daerah punggung, pergelangan tangan dan kaki. 2) Risiko kerja yang dialami oleh pekerja pada ketiga stasiun kerja memiliki skor akhir 28-38 termasuk dalam tingkatan sedang. 3) Usulan perancangan fasilitas kerja yang dilakukan pada ketiga stasiun kerja tersebut yaitu penambahan fasilitas kerja meja dengan 2 meja kerja, meja pertama digunakan untuk stasiun kerja pembuatan pola dan stasiun kerja pemotongan, meja kedua digunakan untuk stasiun kerja QC & packing.
