Abstract

Management is a science whose existence is very important, because the science of management studies the art of managing, the art of relating and working with others and the art of leadership. Islamic boarding schools are one of the educational institutions that are able to give birth to generations of nations who have competitiveness in terms of education, because education will be a benchmark for the development and progress of a country. Therefore Islamic boarding schools are also required to provide varied education through institutional units, one of which is the library. The focus of this research is how to plan library management at the Miftahut Thullab foundation in shaping student literacy, how to implement library management in shaping student literacy at the Miftahut Thullab foundation , how to evaluate library management in shaping student literacy at the Miftahut Thullab foundation. Therefore, this study aims to see how the management is carried out by the library and the effectiveness of the literacy program presented by the library in shaping student literacy at the Miftahut Thullab foundation. This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type. while data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The object of research here is the Gedangan Islamic Boarding School including leaders, principals, teachers, library managers, and students at the Miftahut Thullab foundation. The results of this study indicate that the management planned in the library has been regulated and in accordance with the needs of the library, and in library management focused on literacy culture in view of the objectives and the development process carried out at the Miftahut Thullab foundation library, as well as evaluations carried out for each component related to the library.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, in the world of education there is competition between one institution and another. So the role of alumni here has a strong influence in marketing education services at the Darul Mukhlishin Islamic Boarding School. Based on this, there are two research focuses that are the main studies in this study, namely: First, what activities involve alumni in Darul Mukhlishin Islamic Boarding School activities?, Second, how are alumni involved by educational institutions in marketing educational services at Pondok Pesantren? Darul Mukhlishin Islamic Boarding School?. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach and type of field research. The sources of data obtained are through interviews, observation and documentation. The informants are the Head of Pondok, Alumni Management and the Community. The results of the study show that: First, Darul Mukhlishin Islamic Boarding School involves alumni in marketing educational services, namely with a marketing concept, namely promotion through social media (Whastaap, Facebook, and Youtobe), as well as introducing by holding activities. This concept is in accordance with the 7P Marketing mix Concept.15 Promotion can also be done through the involvement of alumni who always promote to the community. Second, the impact of the alumni's role in marketing educational services to cottages is the increase in Pondok facilities, the assistance in managing new programs and the increasing interest of prospective new students. Alumni have a strong influence on public trust aboutthe Pondok this is in accordance with the opinion of Fitria Halim and Ahmad Husein Ritongga Strengthening the Company's brand

Abstract

The focus of this research is to find out how the implementation of qiroatul qutub in madrasah ibtida'iyah salafiyah syafi'iyah Al ihsan jrangoan. The method used in this research is a quantitative method, with data collection using interview techniques. From the results of this study it was concluded that at Madrasah Ibtida’iyah salafiyah syafi'iyah Al ihsan jrangoan omben sampang there is the implementation of qiroatul qutub with the Al-Wasail method, namely the yellow book fast learning method with a time allocation of 90 minutes in the morning at 07:35, in the afternoon at 16:30 and in the evening at 20 :00 special time' student competency standard or students can memorize Al-Wasail material read and practice it, but the method is still specifically for boys only while the indicators in the Al-Wasail method students or students can explain binak, division of fi'il and fail, various kinds of isim, fi 'il and letters, various kinds of i'rob, mabni and can read examples of material in Al-Wasail. Abstract

Child morality is a symbol of greatness for both parents and is an important asset that must be possessed by every youth in order to become the pride of the country. Therefore, every educator who is aware of the moral urgency will always prioritize this. However, along with the shifting times and the influence of westernization which is increasingly unstoppable, the individual character of each child becomes dilapidated and difficult to overcome, both by parents and teachers in their respective institutions.The type of research used in this study is library research, where researchers will collect and collect data from studies of the works of experts who can support and complement and deepen analytical studies using documentary techniques.The results of the study show that: first, the responsibilities of teachers and parents for children's moral education are as follows: 1) Avoiding children from participating in behavior, namely supervising children from imitating other people who can lead children astray. 2) Prevent children from drowning in the pleasures and luxuries of the world. 3) prohibiting children from listening to pornographic music and singing, like nowadays when there are trends on social media such as tiktok etc. 4) forbidding children to style and act like women or vice versa women style or act like men. Second, in general, the responsibilities offered by Abdullah Nashih lwan are still relevant to the current situation and can be applied by educators.

Abstract

The Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Program in Forming a Qur'anic Generation at SMPN 1 Sampang. This research was conducted to find out how the Management of the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Program conducted at SMPN 1 Sampang is running well, and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in managing the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Program at SMPN 1 Sampang. The approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach, while this type of research is field research using observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The subjects in this study were school principals, Tahfidz teachers, BK teachers, guardians and students. The results showed that the Management of the Al-Qur'an Tahfidz Program at SMPN 1 Sampang in collaboration with the UMMI FOUNDATION was carried out by implementing four Management Functions namely: Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling. In implementing the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an program at SMPN 1 Sampang, they received a lot of support, especially from the school principal. Apart from the principal, all teachers and parents of students also supported the Tahfidz program at SMPN 1 Sampang. The obstacles faced are located on the level of students' ability to read the Al-Qur'an, and the feeling of laziness in participating in the implementation of the Tahfidz Program. The results to be achieved from the existence of this Tahfidz Program are that students are able to read the Al- Qur'an and memorize according to predetermined targets and love the Al-Qur'an more.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe and analyze curriculum development based on philosophical, sociological and technological foundations in schools and madrasas. Curriculum development must pay attention to this foundation, because the curriculum is a guide for implementing learning. In developing the curriculum as a document for implementing learning in schools and madrasas, it must pay attention to Pancasila values ​​and traditional values ​​found in the surrounding community. This research uses a qualitative approach with library research. Data sources in this research, researchers used primary data sources and secondary data. Primary data sources include book reference studies, journal articles, the internet and other relevant ones. Meanwhile, secondary data sources in this research are other reference sources which still have relevance to the research focus, namely: the basis for developing the Islamic education curriculum: philosophical, sociological and technological. Then, content was analyzed from several primary and secondary data sources. The aim of this research is to reveal the philosophical, sociological and technological foundations for developing the Islamic education curriculum.

Abstract

Trensains Tebuireng High School is an educational institution that implements Prof. Agus Purwanto, D.Sc concept ideas in the development of the Islamization of contemporary science which places the verses of the Qur'an as a source of knowledge (epistemology of knowledge), with this dynamic the Trensains Tebuireng High School develops the Trensains High School curriculum which is directed at facilitating this idea at the implementation level, as well as being directed to realize the mandate of the law as stated in Law Number 20 of 2003. One manifestation of the realization of the integration of Islamic values ​​and science in Indonesia is that many schools at the secondary level integrate Islamic values ​​in their learning curriculum, even though in their implementation understanding of integration is not the same between institutions. Thus the researchers focused on examining the model and application of the integration of Islamic values ​​and science in Trensains Tebu Ireng Senior High School (SMA). The formulation of the problem is why the integration of Islamic values ​​and science is very important in modern times? How is the integration model of Islamic values ​​and science implemented in Trensains Tebu Ireng Senior High School? In this study, researchers used a descriptive qualitative research method with a type of field research conducted at Trensains PP High School. Tebuireng Jombang. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is in the form of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From the discussion it can be concluded that the integration of Islamic values ​​and science is very important and a necessity in modern times. Integration is carried out to deal with the complexity of thought from secular-liberal Western hegemony in an effort to fortify students themselves from the context of Islamic scholarship and science. It is very important to design a curriculum that integrates Islam and science so that our students are not indoctrinated with the dichotomy of general science and religious knowledge.
