Abstract

Tujuan dari riset ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk barang konsumen dari tahun 2018 hingga 2020 akan dipengaruhi oleh tingkat gaji, piutang, inventory, dan rasio hutang ke aset.Untuk menganalisis informasi kuantitatif yang digunakan dalam riset ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Dari total 42 perusahaan sampel, 20 berasal dari industri barang konsumsi.Menurut hasil uji simultan, perputaran piutang, penjualan, dan persediaan Debt to Aset Ratio, dan Modal Kerja memengaruhi laba bersih perusahaan Bagian Industri Barang konsumsi di Bursa Efek Indonesia( BEI) secara signifikan. Hasil parsial uji menunjukkan bahwa Perputaran Piutang (X1) memiliki dendam terhadap bulging lab (Y), dan Penjualan (X2) tidak mempengaruhi bulging lab (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui pengaruh strategi pemasaran dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT. Cahaya Alam Sejati. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 115 costumer, sampel diambil menggunakan rumus slovin dan berjumlah 53 costumer. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder, penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan antara strategi pemasaran dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Metode statistik yang digunakan merupakan regresi linier berganda dengan pendekatan kuantitatif serta memakai uji asumsi klasik terlebih dulu. Penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial variabel strategi pemasaran (X1) tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y), hal ini ditunjukkan pada thitung 1.315 > ttabel 2.008 dan memiliki signifikansi sebesar 0.195 > 0.05. Secara parsial, kualitas produk (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y). Artinya nilai thitung 4.469 > ttabel 2.008 dan memiliki signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05. Strategi pemasaran (X1) dan kualitas produk (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, hal ini ditunjukan pada nilai Fhitung 17.016 > Ftabel 3.18 dan taraf signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this survey was to test how much awareness people in Medan have about paying motor vehicle tax and to determine whether the application of motor vehicle tax administrative sanctions at Samsat office in Putri Hijau improves taxpayer satisfaction. was to test how effective it was for Enlightenment at Medan Putri Hijau Samsat Office. The survey was conducted at the office of SAMSAT Putri Hijau Medan. The number of samples in this survey was 100 respondents using the sampling method. Data were collected by filling out questionnaires/surveys. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis results, we find that there is a positive effect on taxpayer satisfaction, no significant impact on the quality of tax services, and tax penalties have a positive effect on taxpayer perceptions. . At the same time, taxpayer satisfaction, quality of tax services, and taxpayer witnesses have a significant impact on taxpayer perceptions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji antara Motivasi, Disiplin dan Latar Belakang Pendidikan Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMA Unggulan Al-Azhar Medan. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 51 guru SMA Al-Azhar Medan dan sampel terdiri dari 51 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan kualitatif, dan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan secara satu-satu, variabel motivasi (X1) berdampak terhadap kinerja guru SMA Alazhar Medan (Y) dengan nilai t hitung 2,829. Secara parsial disiplin (X2) berdampak terhadap kinerja guru SMA Al-Azhar Medan (Y), dengan nilai t hitung 3,020. Secara parsial latar belakang pendidikan ( X3) berdampak positif terhadap kinerja guru SMA unggulan al-Azhar Medan (Y) dengan nilai t hitung 2,727. Sedangkan secara bersamaan motivasi(X1), disiplin(X2) dan latar belakang pendidikan (X3) berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru sma unggulan al-azhar medan, dengan nilai F hitung 4,695 sedangkan nilai signifikansi 0,000< 0,05.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini menganalisis Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja pada Produktivitas Karyawan PT Jani yaja Properti Medan. Dengan jumlah populasi 42 responden dengan memakai tenik jenuh dalam pengambilan sampel yang berjumlah 42 respomden. Data yang digunakan data primer. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menujukkan bahwasannya secara bersamaan budaya organisasi, motivasi, disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT. Jani Jaya Properti. Untuk hasil simultan dapat di lihat dari fhitung 12.057 > ftabel 2.85 dan sig 0.000 < 0.05 sehingga disimpulkan secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT. Jani Jaya Properti Medan. Hasil uji determinasi R Square yang bernilai 0.488 yang artinya memiliki pengaruh 48.8% terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT. Jani Karya Properti Medan.

Abstract

This study This study aims to determine how a company's capital structure, growth and profitability impact its value on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2020. This study looks at 27 companies and 17 companies as a sample. Data were processed using the spss 22 program. Data were examined using the coefficient of determination (R2), partial test (t), and linear regression with two lines. To find out how the independent variable influences the dependent variable in terms of the level of prosperity, a hypothesis test is carried out.

Abstract

This study aims to ascertain the impact of operating cash flow, Capital intensity, profitability, and company size on financial distress in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) between 2019 and 2021. The population used in this study consisted of 213 individuals, and 42 samples were collected over the course of three years, yielding 126 observation data points. The purposive sampling technique was followed when applying the collected samples. Logistic regression analysis is the data analysis method that is applied. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that while operating cash flow and Capital intensity do not have an impact on financial distress, company size and profitability do. Subsequently, Financial distress is influenced concurrently by operating cash flow, Capital intensity, profitability, and company size.

Abstract

This exploration recounts the tale of the connection between the actual workplace, responsibility and preparing at Al-Azhar 1 Medan Private Grade School. The factual strategy utilized is different relapse with a quantitative clear methodology utilizing traditional supposition tests first. The number of inhabitants in this review were educators and representatives at Al-Azhar 1 Medan Private Grade School, adding up to 37 respondents, determined from the quantity of laborers at Al-Azhar 1 Medan Private Primary School, so the absolute example in the review was 37 individuals. Abstract

This research investigates factors that influence corporate behavior in tax compliance by using a quantitative approach to analyze companies from various industries listed on the IDX Growth/Value sub-classification. The multiple linear regression analysis determines the strength and significance of relationship between the variables studied. The research population was taken from the IDXG30 and IDXV30 indices which contained 88 enterprieses from 2019 until 2021 with the amount of sample size of 45. The results of this research showed that the independence of the board of commissioners and political connections had a practical and a noteworthy impact on tax evasion. Meanwhile, size of firm, profitability and leverage demonstrate a strong and negative correlation with tax evasion. Overall, the factors studied show a significant influence on tax avoidance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of price, promotion and product quality on repurchase decision of Teh Daun Gambir Sondel in Pakpak Bharat Regency. The population of this study consisted of people from Pakpak Bharat Regency who were regular purchasers of Teh Daun Gambir Sondel. The sample used consisted of 97 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The research data was collected using quantitative methods using a questionnaire whose validity, reliability, assumptions and classical hypotheses were tested using data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study partially show that price, advertising and product quality have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. At the same time, price, promotion and product quality simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on the repurchase decisions of Teh Daun Gambir Sondel in Pakpak Bharat Regency
