Abstract

Mahasiswa merupakan bagian yang berperan dalam kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dan mentrasfer, menimba dan membantu masyarakat desa dalam pengembangan desa, khususnya desa digital agar dapat mempermudah adminstrasi layanna bagai Masyrakat. Hal ini menjadi tujuan Pemerinah untuk berkembang dan berdampak bagi Kesajahteraan masyarakat. Di sisi lain, desa Digital membutuhkan peran akademisi termasuk mahasiswa dalam upaya mengoptimalkan potensi Desa yang dimilikinya. Artikel ini merupakan sebuah paparan kegiatan mahasiswa PBPMD (STKIP PGRI SITUBONDO) dalam membantu masyarakat desa Kedungdwowo mengembangkan potensi desanya terutam dalam pelayanan Publik. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah menjabarkan keberhasilan kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan mahasiswa dalam membantu masyarakat desa mengembangkan potensi desa. Pengamatan langsung, pendampingan, diskusi serta wawancara merupakan metode yang digunakan. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah masyarakat, aparat desa dan pemerintah daerah mengapresiasi dan mendapatkan bahwa hasil kegiatan mahasiswa sangat berperan dalam membantu pengembangan desa Digital. Kesimpulan yang dihasilkan adalah, mahasiswa dapat berperan dalam mempermudah layanan terutama dalam urusan administrasi desa dan aparat desa mengembangkan potensi desa sehingga dapat memper mudah kebutuhan masayarakat desa

Abstract

Teka Ra Ne’e merupakan salah satu tradisi yang ada di Kabupaten Bima dimana tradisi Teka Ra Ne’e ini merupakan tradisi yang sudah lama ada dan menjadi hal wajib khususnya Desa sondosia untuk terus menjaga satu warisan yang sangat berbudi luhur ini, Teka Ra Ne’e punya hal yang lebih penting selain membawa beras dan uang tadi hanya simbol sederhana dari teka ra ne’e ini. Tujuan diadakanya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses pelaksanaan dan nilai-nilai peduli sosial yang terkandung dalan tardisi teka ra ne’e dalam perkawinan suku Mbojo di desa Sondosia kecamatan bolo kabupaten bima. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tradisi Teka ra ne’e memiliki 3 tahapan acara yaitu acara persiapan, pelaksanaan dan yang terakhir acara penutup. Selain itu dalam tradisi teka ra ne’e memiliki beberapa nilai yang terkandung didalamnya. Nilai tersebut antara lain: nilai kekeluargaan, nilai peduli sosial, nilai silaturahmi, nilai domokrasi, nilai kerja sama, nilai solidaritas.

Abstract

For Muslims, reading al-Qur’an is something important and mandatory because the Koran is a book and guide for Muslims. A surprising phenomenon is that the IIQ results in the KKL Program in 2022 for 25 Provinces in Indonesia, stated that 75.25 out of 3111 were categorized as not being able to read the Koran well. This is certainly the obligation of Muslims to change this. Moreover, children are future assets who will carry the future of Islam. Learning to read the Koran can be done using various media and methods. In the current digital era where there are children who are starting to become addicted to gadgets, Smart Hafiz is here as an offer to replace gadgets that are safer for the eyes, do not require a quota, and are more educational. Smart Hafiz contains 80% Islamic content and 20% general content. Among the descriptions of the contents of Smart Hafiz are; let's recite the Koran, let's recite the Koran, let's sing, stories, films, good morals, camera, touch and learn, one day one juz, prayer hours, hafiz point, and other menus, namely about related products. Based on the results of researchers' observations, the use of Smart Hafiz is only starting to be used by those in the upper middle class. In the Agung Indah Panongan Cluster, children who use Smart Hafiz have better mastery, especially the hijaiyah letters and how to read them and memorize the letters. As a result, when they recite the Koran at TPQ or TPA, they already know much more and can actually become tutors for their friends. But again, no media is perfect, including Smart Hafiz. So in this case, parents still have to accompany, control and supervise the child in playing & learning.

Abstract

The role of technology in language learning has evolved significantly over the past few decades, with the advent of various tools and applications that enhance the educational experience. Technology Enhanced Language Learning (TELL) has emerged as a pivotal approach, integrating digital resources to facilitate language acquisition and improve student engagement. This introduction explores the multifaceted impact of technology on language learning, highlighting its benefits, challenges, and implications for both learners and educators. This research aims to analyze students' motivation in learning English by applying deep learning strategies through the Technology Enhanced Language Learning (TELL). This research uses a mixed approach, where quantitative data is obtained through motivation questionnaires, and qualitative data is obtained through in-depth interviews with participating students. The sample was taken by purposive sampling with a total of 34 students for the quantitative survey and for in-depth interviews. There are several findings in improving language learning with TELL: 1) students are more independent in learning language with TELL but need teacher assistance in further understanding the material 2) The teaching materials available in application learning lead to general English learning, while students also have to learn academic English 3) Students feel that studying with applications is more relaxing than studying with friends for several influencing factors. Students’ motivation to increase learning English with the Deep Learning approach with TELL provides insight into how technology and deep learning approaches can increase students' motivation in learning English, as well as providing recommendations for educators to integrate technology more effectively in the learning process.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of digital marketing on customer satisfaction and purchase intention, as well as the role of customer satisfaction as a moderating variable. The analysis indicates that the relationship between digital marketing and customer satisfaction is significant and positive, as is the relationship between digital marketing and purchase intention. Additionally, there is a significant and positive relationship between customer satisfaction and purchase intention. However, customer satisfaction is not effective in moderating the influence of digital marketing on purchase intention. These findings highlight the importance of digital marketing in enhancing customer satisfaction and purchase intention, even though customer satisfaction does not significantly alter the impact of digital marketing on consumer buying interest. This study provides insights for digital marketing practices in strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and its impact on purchasing behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product development and promotion on sales volume at Cipta Lona Lestari Medan. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study are all consumers who make purchases at the Cipta Lona Lestari Medan, the number of which is unknown. The sampling technique using the Lemeshow sampling technique obtained as many as 96 research samples. The method of collecting data in this research is literature study and questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the value tcount (2.909) > ttable (1.985) with a significance of 0.005 < 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is an influence between Product Development on the Sales Volume. The value of tcount (5.158) > tTable (1.985) with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is an influence between Promotion on the Sales Volume. Simultaneous Testing Results (F-Test), the value of Fcount (62.621) > FTable (3.07) with a significant level of 0.00 < 0.05 so it can be concluded that H3 is accepted with the understanding that there is an influence between Product Development and Promotion on the Sales Volume

Abstract

The successful leader is if the leader is able to become the creator and driving force for subordinates to create an atmosphere and culture that can encourage the growth and development of employee performance. Leaders have the ability to provide a positive influence for employees to carry out work in accordance with the directed in order to achieve the goals set. With the style of leadership is expected to increase employee’s job satisfaction to improve the quality of work performance provided and ultimately improve the competitiveness of company in the tight competition. The purposes of this research are to know there is influence of transformational leadership style towards job satisfaction at PT. Tri Agung Abadi Medan. Research methods which used are descriptive statistic analysis coefficient correlation and coefficient of determinant, simple linear regression analysis and Z testing, The result of this research is there is influence of transformational leadership style toward job satisfaction at PT Tri Agung Abadi Medan. It can be proven from Z test that Z count (4.93) > Z table (1.96). The coefficient correlation value in 0.8889 that mean there is strong positive relationship between transformational leadership style with job satisfaction in PT Tri Agung Abadi Medan. The coefficient determination value in 79.00% that mean 79.00% of job satisfaction in PT Tri Agung Abadi Medan can be explained by transformational leadership style variable.

Abstract

The rapid evolution of digital technology has transformed foreign language learning, presenting both opportunities and challenges in understanding language meaning and cultural nuances. This qualitative study explores the role of digital media in the foreign language learning process through the lens of language philosophy, particularly Wittgenstein's language games and Searle's pragmatic theory. Data collected from 20 English education students through interviews and observations highlight the benefits of digital platforms such as Duolingo and YouTube in simplifying linguistic structures and facilitating interactive learning. However, respondents noted limitations in cultural depth and contextual nuance, reflecting the constraints of digital tools in conveying idiomatic expressions and non-verbal cues. The findings underscore the dual nature of digital media as both a facilitator and a constraint in language learning. While virtual platforms like Zoom enhance accessibility and collaborative learning, they often lack the emotional and cultural richness of face-to-face interactions. Respondents expressed optimism about future technologies, envisioning personalized learning environments driven by AI and immersive cultural experiences through virtual reality.The study emphasizes the need for educators to integrate project-based and interactive strategies that balance digital innovation with cultural and contextual engagement. For developers, the findings suggest a focus on adaptive technologies that simulate real-world linguistic and cultural interactions. These insights contribute to understanding language as a social construct mediated by technology, offering practical and theoretical pathways for advancing foreign language education in the digital age.

Abstract

Food is a symbol of cultural heritage in a certain area where there are values of belief, religion, economy, and social as well as the identity and characteristics of a region. The rich heritage of food is one of the potentials in Indonesia that differentiates it from other countries. Every food served in a traditional ceremony is not spared from the meaning and prayers contained. In preparing, processing and serve traditional dishes, it must be done by a special person who is really given a trust. This study aims to identify and analyze: 1) traditional ceremonies in the human life cycle; and 2) the presentation of gastronomic dishes of traditional ceremonies in East Java. The type of research used is qualitative. This study uses data collection techniques in the form of literature studies, observations, interviews, and documentation in collecting data which is then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman Technique. The results of the study show that: 1) Traditional ceremonies in the human life cycle of East Java consist of 4 types, namely marriage, pregnancy and birth, growth and development, and death); and 2) Gastronomic dishes in traditional ceremonies of the human life cycle consist of 4 types of dishes that are grouped into rice, side dishes, vegetables, and traditional snacks.
