Abstract

This study aims to find out how effective the use of this application is to support performance at the Class II Bandung Child Special Development Institute (LPKA), as well as to find out what efforts can improve the performance of using the Simono application to find solutions to these problems. The research method used is a qualitative method. In this study the authors conducted a field study, namely the authors conducted interviews and direct observations with the information and system development section at the Class II Child Special Development Institute (LPKA) Bandung. The results showed that there were problems that arose in the Simono application which often occurred in the system request for an online visit. Advice from the author based on observations, it is best if the Class II Bandung Child Special Development Institute (LPKA) needs to re-evaluate the system in the Simono application whether its use is effective or needs to be improved again, so that its use can function properly and accurately according to the purpose use.

Abstract

Kemampuan regulasi emosi diperlukan oleh setiap individu tanpa melihat latar belakang identitas gender, budaya, dan tempat tinggal. Penelitian ini berfokus pada ibu yang memiliki anak usia dini dalam commuter marriage di daerah rural, karena karakterstik tersebut memiliki kekhasan yang menarik. Lebih lanjut, karakteristik partisipan memengaruhi kemampuan regulasi emosi ibu yang akan berdampak pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini digunakan sebagai studi pendahuluan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan kebutuhan ibu yang memiliki anak usia dini dalam commuter marriage di daerah rural mengenai regulasi emosi. Desain penelitian ini adalah kualitatif fenomenologi yang dilakukan dengan metode wawancara. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 3 orang dengan beberapa karakteristik tertentu. Terdapat beberapa tema yang menjadi landasan dalam pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, seperti pemahaman ibu mengenai regulasi emosi dan commuter marriage, pandangan ibu mengenai kehadiran seorang anak, pengalaman dalam pengasuhan yang memunculkan emosi negatif, hal yang dilakukan oleh ibu ketika muncul emosi negatif, dan informasi yang dibutuhkan dalam pengasuhan anak usia dini.

Abstract

The rise of radicalism means that the situation and cases and issues trigger horizontal and vertical conflicts so that they become a threat to the country's defense. This study focuses on the threat of radicalism in East Java Province, one of the provinces with a relatively high level of radicalism. The implementation of the deradicalization program carried out by the TNI and Polri and other elements is currently only limited to the recipient level, and is impossible to implement at the frontline unit level, such as at the Koramil, Babinsa or Babinkamtibmas Police Station levels. The purpose of this study is to analyze the synergy between the TNI and related stakeholders in deradicalization in the East Java province. The research was conducted using qualitative methods and data collection was carried out through interviews and document studies. The results of the study show that the synergy between the TNI and deradicalization actors in East Java Province is generally successful but not optimal. The conclusion of the study is that the communication perspective in disseminating information and planning anti-radicalism actions has not been optimal; Coordination of anti-radicalization and deradicalization programs was not carried out optimally. and BNPT synergy that has not yet applied to other agencies such as the TNI, Polri, religious leaders and others. The study aims to create a roadmap for understanding and harmony in combating radicalism among relevant stakeholders and provide budgetary support and add personnel to combat the threat of radicalism.

Abstract

Sayang Ibu Hospital in Balikpapan, according to the data of the design planning, according to the plan of improvement and development into a category C hospital, the budget is Rp. 167,131,551,076.45 of considerable budget value, prior to construction tenders, a value engineering analysis was performed to obtain a better/lower budget plan than the initial plan with functional limitations and quality of work without compromising quality, reliability value and features with the highest net benefit value. From the Value Engineering analysis with the initial design (A0) and three design alternatives to get best design, obtained in the third alternative design (A3), that is, the results of Use of Wharf Structures in the Back Zone Area can be concluded to have It is recommended to design the components with the lowest cost efficiency up to Rp. Save Rs 164,066,582,357.48 in construction cost. 3,064,068,634.72 accounting for 1.83%, the highest net benefit value is in line with hospital planning review standards and building technology planning standards

Abstract

Tata kelola pekerja migran menjadi perhatian khusus dengan diterbitkannya undang-undang nomor 18 tahun 2018 tentang Pelindungan Pekerja migran Indonesia (UU PPMI). UU PPMI mengamanatkan pemerintah daerah membentuk Layanan Terpadu Satu Atap (LTSA) untuk Pekerja Migran yang dapat mempermudah layanan untuk implementasi kebijakan pelindungan PMI. Seiring berjalannya waktu, kolaborasi dilakukan untuk memperluas layanan LTSA di Kabupaten Cirebon. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis dinamika kolaborasi yang ada. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dinamika kolaborasi dimulai dari kajian yang dilakukan oleh ILO selaku inisiator dalam kolaborasi. Kemudian terciptalah kolaborasi antar berbagai pihak. Kolaborasi yang dilakukan berlandasan motivasi untuk melindungi pekerja migran dengan memberikan layanan yang lebih baik. Selain itu, ILO sebagai lembaga inisiator dan juga donor berperan penting dalam proses kolaborasi untuk memberikan insentif. Kolaborasi tetap berjalan meskipun insentif tersebut sudah tidak ada lagi karena kontrak program yang telah habis.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe that many studies have employed politeness techniques as their main focus since Brown and Levinson first proposed it in 1987. Some of these are considered to be a formal class within an academic subject. Politeness tooimprove learning by creating a dynamic atmosphere and pleasanttinteraction between teachersaand students during the teaching and learninggprocess. Additionally, because of the relaxed atmosphere and positive interactions present, it helps inspire students to learn. The purposeoof this paper is to examine how politeness strategiesiareiusediby students and teacher during interactions in EFL classrooms. It is based on the fouritypes of politeness strategiesiproposed by Brownand Levinson (1987): bald-on-record, off-record, positive-politeness, and negative-politeness. The method employed is qualitative descriptive with literature study methodology. Abstract

Twitter is the most generally involved online entertainment stage for sharing data. Furthermore, Twitter is quite possibly of the biggest social medium in Indonesia. The vast majority of the data or news that is distributed comes from issues or occasions that are creating in the public eye. The issue of police officers committing crimes is one that quickly becomes viral. This examination is a continuation of past exploration to foresee virality in view of Twitter information. Predicting and classifying text in the form of tweets and posts (socmed Twitter) using BERT. IndoBERT as a safeguarded model in the characterization of kinds of wrongdoing. ViralBERT to foresee tweet virality utilizing text includes and adding numeric highlights to enhance virality forecasts. Using the baseline from this study, the data set was used to train ViralBert and validate model results. The dataset was gathered utilizing the Twitter Programming interface with the watchwords 'oknum polisi' and oknum polri'. Abstract

Penangan Infor fish meal analog perlu penanganan yang baik tetapi masih ada masalah antara lain: Terlambatnya agent luar negeri dalam mengirimkan dokumen impor, Barang mengalami permasalahan di Bea Cukai karena terkena jalur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : 1) Untuk mengetahui prosedur penanganan impor fish meal analog secara FCL 2) Untuk mengetahui dokumen apa saja yang di gunakan dalam penanganan impor fish meal analog secara FCL 3) Untuk mengetahui adakah hambatan dalam penanganan impor fish meal analog secara FCL. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Cv Dua Putera dari bulan Maret 2021 sampai bulan Mei 2021. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Kualitatif Deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data : Observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian dilakukan analisi, reduksi data, penyajian  data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini, yaitu : 1) Prosedur penanganan impor fish meal analog secara FCl, yaitu langkah awal yang dilakukan adalah menerima email dari shipper negara asal, permintaan data barang kepada, negosiasi tarif jasa, penerimaan dokumen dan pengoreksian, membuat draft PIB, jika kapal sudah tiba pihak PPJK mengirim PIB ke Bea Cukai, pembuatan SPPB, proses customs clearance, pengambilan D/O. 2) Dokumen yang digunakan dalam penanganan impor fish meal analog secara FCL yaitu, commercial invoice, packing list, PIB, certificate of analysis, D/O, notice of arrival,SPPB, surat keterangan bebas biaya masuk, test report, COO, catch certificate,asuransi, health certificate, surat terima dokumen, Surat persetujuan pengeluaran media pembawa dari pemasukan (KID-07), lift of. 3) Hambatan yang terjadi saat penanganan impor fish meal analog secara FCL, yaitu Kesalahan informasi yang diberikan ketika kapal sudah sandar tapi faktanya kapal tersebut belum sandar di pelabuhan, terdapat keterlambatan dokumen dan kesalahan pada dokumen seperti alamat perusahaan serta terdapat jumlah barang yang beda dengan dokumen yang telah dibuat Kata Kunci : Impor Fish meal, Prosedur, CV Dua Putera

Abstract

Moodle is an application program that can change learning media into web form. The benefits of using MOODLE online are very important, especially in the current era of the covid-19 pandemic. This research study is about the Development of Interactive Learning Media Using Moodle During the Covid-19 Pandemic in Class X Economics at SMA 4 Muhammadiyah Makassar. This research is a penelitian reserch and development (R&D). Research with 38 students in class X in SMA 4 Muhammadiyah Makassar conducted online. The results of this study indicate that the analysis phase of students requires the development of interactive learning media using Moodle in economics subjects with specialization in the role of economic actors in economic activities, the design of instructional media designs in the form of flowcharts, storyboards, compiling materials, practice questions, quizzes, and compiling media assessment instrumens and student responses. The validation development stage by material experts obtained an average value of 4.61 with the "Very Eligible" category, media expert validation obtained an average value of 4.36 with the "Very Eligible" category, the validation of economic learning practitioners obtained a value of 4, 19 with the "Eligible" category, Implementation Phase (Implementation), at this stage the results obtained showed a positive response with a percentage of 65% for all indicators. From the data obtained, it can be concluded that the delivery of material, questions, and discussions is clear, the media is designed in an attractive manner, the use of media can improve understanding and this media is useful in learning activities. and develop media assessment instrumens and student responses

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui determinasi literasi numerik, motivasi berprestasi, dan konsep diri secara parsial dan simultan terhadap hasil belajar matematika. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif ex-post facto menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment dan regresi linier berganda. Populasi 379 siswa kelas IV SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu dan diperoleh sampel 182 siswa dengan teknik proporsional random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner untuk motivasi berprestasi dan konsep diri, sedangkan tes objektif untuk literasi numerik dan konsep diri. Sebelum dilakukan uji hipotesis, diawali beberapa uji asumsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya determinasi antara variabel literasi numerik, motivasi berprestasi, dan konsep diri secara parsial terhadap hasil belajar matematika yakni masing-masing variabel memperoleh nilai koefisien lebih besar dari ttabel 0,146, dan adanya determinasi determinasi antara variabel literasi numerik, motivasi berprestasi, dan konsep diri secara simultan terhadap hasil belajar matematika yakni memperoleh nilai Fhitung 60,484 lebih besar dari Ftabel 2,66
