Abstract

Museum Seni Rupa dan Keramik Jakarta merupakan salah satu museum yang dikelola oleh Pemerintah DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh experiential marketing terhadap revisit intention di Museum Seni Rupa dan Keramik Jakarta. Experiential marketing Experiential marketing merupakan jenis pemasaran yang berbasis pengalaman. Dimana experiential marketing ini memiliki lima dimensi yaitu sense, feel, think, act dan relate. Penelitian ini mengambil objek di Museum Seni Rupa dan Keramik Jakarta. Untuk subjek penelitian ini merupaka orang-orang yang pernah berkunjung ke Museum Seni Rupa dan Keramik Jakarta sebanyak 2 kali atau lebih. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisa deskriptif kuantitatif terhadap 100 responden sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara simultan experiential marketing berpengaruh terhadap revisit intention, namun dari kelima dimensi experiential marketing (sense, feel, think, act, relate) hanya Sense (X1), Think (X3), dan Relate (X5) yang tidak memiliki pengaruh secara parsial terhadap revisit intention. Namun dua dimensi variabel experiential marketing lainnya didapati bahwa Feel (X2) dan juga Act (X4) memiliki pengaruh parsial yang signifikan terhadap revisit intention.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Influence of Heuristic Bias: Stock Investors in Mataram City. This type of research is associative with quantitative methods. The population in this research is all investors in Mataram City. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique with the quota sampling method. From the existing population, there are 101 (one hundred and one) investors who can be taken as samples. The data collection technique used in this research is by using a questionnaire. To achieve research objectives and hypothesis testing, the data obtained will be processed as needed using the GSCA (Generalized Structured Component Analysis) statistical tool. The research results show that heuristic bias (Representativeness, Availability, Anchoring, Overconfidence) has a positive and significant effect on investors' stock investment decisions in Mataram City. This is based on the age of the respondents who are of productive age, most of them are men, the education level of most of them is S1, the investment period is less than 1 (one) year. Recommendations can be aimed at: For investors and potential investors, it is hoped that they can provide information by considering the influence of bias in making appropriate decisions regarding their investments with the aim of minimizing investment risks and obtaining maximum returns

Abstract

This research aims to identify the significant factors that contributes on students’ satisfaction in the lecturing system in terms of service quality dimension, which include reliability, assurance, responsiveness, empathy and physical evidence (tangibles). This study employed a quantitative correlational approach with an ex post facto design. The population of this study consisted of 348 ITB STIKOM Bali Campus students in the academic year 2021/2022. Using the Slovin formula and proportional random sampling, a sample size of 186 is determined and selected. This study collects data regarding service quality and student satisfaction using questionnaires. The method of analysis employed is simple regression analysis and multiple regression. The results indicate that: (1) the reliability dimension contributes significantly to student satisfaction, (2) the assurance dimension contributes significantly to student satisfaction, and (3) the responsiveness dimension can contribute significantly to student satisfaction. (4) the empathy dimension contributes significantly to student satisfaction (5) The tangibles dimension contributes significantly to student satisfaction. (6) Concurrently, there is a substantial contribution. Service quality dimensions have a significant effect on student satisfaction (7), and empathy is the most influential service quality factor influencing student satisfaction in the lecture system during the Covid-19 pandemic (46.19%). The determination test revealed that 90.30% of student satisfaction was influenced by service quality dimensions, with the remaining 9.70% influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Pada tahun 2021, prevalensi stunting di Indonesia sebesar 24,4%. Tujuan penelitian ini diketahuinya gambaran perilaku orang tua dalam pencegahan stunting pada balita dan adanya rekomendasi upaya perubahan perilaku ibu dalam mencegah stunting pada balita. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif pendekatan cross sectional jenis survey yang mengamati sebuah objek penelitian. Populasi seluruh  ibu balita yang datang ke Posyandu Balita pada saat buka pelayanan Posyandu di RW 2 Desa Pananggapan, Kecamatan Banjarharjo, Kabupaten Brebes. Sampel sejumlah 30 responden dengan pengambilan sampel  menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Pengambilan data dengan kuesioner.  Analisa data menggunakan data univariat dengan presentase. Hasil: Dari  30 responden yang diteliti sebagian besar responden dengan tingkat penbetahuan cukup (73.4%) dan Sebagian besar responden dengan perilaku pencegahan stunting dengan baik (80%). Perilaku ibu dalam pencegahan stunting yang kurang baik terutama dalam pemberian telur jarang sekali bahkan ada yang tidak pernah sebanyak 16 balita (53,3%), ibu yang jarang  memberika buah sayur sebanyak (46.7%) dan ibu yang jarang memberikan  minum susu sebanyak (40.0%).

Abstract

Information systems technology is currently growing rapidly; its use has penetrated into various fields, including the health sector. AL-Ihsan Hospital is one of the hospitals that provides services for patients with kidney disorders or hemodialysis. Because at this hospital the management of patient reports is still done manually, it is necessary to design an accurate application in order to obtain hemodialysis patient reports that can be integrated quickly, precisely, effectively, and efficiently. This electronic application is specifically designed for hemodialysis installations. The use of visual basic information technology in medical management with the aim of assisting health workers in collecting data for the reporting process The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method in which data collection is in the form of observation, interviews, and literature study and uses a system development method, namely the waterfall method. This information system is specifically designed for hemodialysis patients, which will make it easier for registration officers, and besides that, it will be very easy for officers to make daily, monthly, and yearly reports using the system that has been created.

Abstract

This research aims to design a patient discharge summary information system using Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 at the Muhammadyah Hospital in Bandung. This research was conducted to visualize the design of the discharge summary system. A qualitative method with a descriptive approach is the research method used in this journal research. Collecting research data uses the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. The source of this research was obtained from interviews with the head of medical records and also the registration staff. The information system design used is the Prototype Method. The impact of carrying out this reporting system is to simplify and shorten the return summary. Therefore, the design of this information system is necessary so that there are no delays or incomplete discharge summaries which will prevent the doctor from making further patient visits.

Abstract

Tourism plays a very important role in increasing people's income in an area, in the province of Bali the tourism sector is one of the important sectors in increasing regional own-source income, it is very unfortunate if current tourism management does not involve the community in efforts to maintain natural ecosystems and the environment and maintain local wisdom that aims to sustain tourism and the environment. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the participation of local communities in the development of the Carangsaru Tourism Village in Petang District, Badung Regency. Data collection was carried out using a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that community participation in the management of tourist villages is still quite low, due to the low understanding of the community in managing tourism so that it is necessary to manage institutions from the community, Bumdesa, government that work together to be able to highlight creative ideas that can later give uniqueness to the village Carangsari Tourism, with the hope of benefiting the welfare of the community, revitalizing local culture and environmental conservation with the aim of tourism sustainability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh e-modul yang berorientasi project based learning  pada materi Indonesia Kaya Budaya yang memiliki karakteristik tertentu yang valid, praktis dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kebhinekaan global siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan, dengan rancangan model ADDIE. Berdasarkan beberapa uji yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa: 1) Berdasarkan uji validitas dilakukan oleh 4 orang ahli, rata- rata persentase sebesar 95,63% yang termasuk dalam kriteria sangat valid. 2) Berdasarkan uji kepraktisan oleh 11 orang guru dan 11 orang siswa kelas IV, diperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 96,12% yang berada pada kriteria sangat praktis. 3) Perolehan hasil uji efektivitas yang dilakukan 30 orang siswa kelas IV SD berdasarkan perolehan nilai pretest dan post-test diketahui terjadi peningkatan rerata tingkat pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan e-modul. Harga p-value sebesar 0,000, lebih kecil dibandingkan tingkat signifikansi 0,05

Abstract

This study discusses the factors that can reduce employee turnover intentionthrough Ethical Leadership. The focus of this research is to find out the factors that cause partners to have the turnover intention to another company or not to cooperate with the company they have participated in. This research was conducted using a qualitative method, namely a review of the level of understanding of the Multi Level Marketing business people. In this study using observations in the area of Surabaya and Sidoarjo. This is done with several considerations, namely: First, the research location is close to the reach of the researcher. Second, several leaders and business headquarters are located in Surabaya and Sidoarjo. The sample was taken using purposive sampling because the researcher needed informants who had sufficient experience and knowledge in the business environment. From the results of the interview, it is known that the role of the upline as a leader in the business has a major influence on the development of the network. In addition, it turns out that motivational factors also have an influence on downline decisions on turnover intention. In addition, what is needed is not only a supportive leader in providing training but also an ethical attitude.

Abstract

Desa Langko, Kecamatan Lingsar Kabupaten Lombok barat merupakan daerah penghasil air nira dan turunannya yang potensial dan prodak ini dapat menjadi penunjang ekonomi masyarakat kedepannya. Produk potensial perlu peningkatan kualitas varian produk air Nira, buah kolang-kaling, melalui manajemen pengolahan dan keterampilan mitra, pengelolaan keuangan, permodalan, pengemasan dan merek, teknik pemasaran serta kewirausahaan. Masalah mitra adalah tingginya bahan baku nira dan kolang kaling, animo konsumen terhadap tuak manis untuk menjadi oleh-oleh namun tidak tahan lama, sedang kemampuan masyarakat dalam produksi terbatas. Pemecahan masalah tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan metode pengawetan air Nira agar tidak mudah basi, sosialisasi kepada masyarakat tentang aneka pengolahan air Nira yang baik dan benar. Inovasi pengolahan air Nira dan buah Kolang-kaling tersebut menjadi aneka olahan makanan dan minuman, yang olahannya aman, nyaman, sehat bagi konsumen. Solusi yang dilakukan  adalah melakukan penumbuhan kelompok usaha baru dari hasil aneka olahan air Nira, dan buah kolang-kaling, melalui pelatihan, pengolahan produk, manajemen usaha, strategi pemasaran, pendampingan lanjutan. Kontribusi mendasar pada khalayak sasaran: meningkatnya nilai jual tinggi untuk produk yang dihasilkan masyarakat, dikelola oleh UMKM berbasis kelompok tani yang memiliki keterampilan produksi dan manajemen pemasaran usaha yang mumpuni. Luaran berupa jasa, sistem, produk/barang, paten, atau luaran lainnya: adalah berupa aneka olahan air nira dan buah kolang-kaling berkualitas. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam program ini meliputi: 1.Penyuluhan dan praktik pengawetan nira, aneka olahan air nira, dan aneka olahan buah kolang-kaling; 2. Penjualan serta Pemasaran; 3. pelatihan pengemasan; 4. penyuluhan dan praktik permodalan serta keuangan; 5. penyuluhan dan praktik pembentukan serta penguatan lembaga. Pada gilirannya nanti setelah pelatihan dilakukan seperti di atas, diharapkan akan muncul banyak wirausaha yang dapat menggerakkan potensi ekonomi lokal
