Abstract

The human resource management system that is formed in a tourism village will provide a clear picture of human resources to know their respective roles and duties so that policies in realizing tourism villages can be implemented and minimize the obstacles that occur. This study aims to determine the conceptual framework for human resource development strategies in the Kemiri Tourism Village. Soft System Methodology (SSM) is used to complete these needs. The method used is qualitative. The selected data sources used a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this study is CATWOE (Customer, Actor, Transformation, Worldview, Owner, Environment) analysis. The results of the study show that the human resource development strategy for Kemiri Tourism Village is a strategic action to create the competence and quality of tourism actors with high competitiveness through various human resource capacity-building programs. Investment in human resources has an important meaning for improving the welfare of the people in the Kemiri Tourism Village

Abstract

Brand Barenbliss menggunakan TikTok sebagai sarana komunikasi pemasaran. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan model pemasaran AISAS (Attention, Interest, Search, Action, Share). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model komunikasi pemasaran AISAS berdasarkan penyajian konten TikTok produk Barenbliss. Pendekatan pada penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara semi tertruktur dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Barenbliss sudah baik memanfaatkan TikTok sebagai sarana komunikasi pemasaran dengan membuat konten, berkomunikasi dengan konsumen melalui live streaming. Attention Barenbliss mampu menyajian konten menarik untuk membentuk perhatian dan kesadaran. Tahap interest mampu membentuk ketertarikan dari segi keunggulan dan keunikan produk. TikTok memiliki berbagai sumber untuk mengumpulkan pencarian informasi, konten Barenbliss dan content creator sebagai sumber pendukung. Tahap action Barenbliss memberikan kemudahan masyarakat untuk membeli produknya dengan mencantumkan link di bio media sosial. Tahap share masyarakat memberikan feedback untuk meningkatkan citra brand Barenbliss. Kontribusi penelitian ini mengenai implementasi model AISAS suatu brand dengan penyajian konten TikTok menjadi hal yang utama Barenbliss memasarkan produk hingga orang membagikannya.

Abstract

Perilaku konsumen pada produk hedonik di Indonesia saat ini lebih dikarenakan faktor budaya moderen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, gaya hidup dan presepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak seratus responden dengan metode purposive random sampling yang diukur menggunakan skala likert dengan kuisioner yang disebar melalui Google Form. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan metode analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh dan persepsi harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan gaya hidup tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Waste production is a serious problem that affects cities all over the world. In the future, the population continues to increase and economic development will result in waste production increasing. Meanwhile, poor waste management resulting in very large amounts of waste being thrown into landfills will certainly shorten the lifespan of landfills, which of course can cause environmental problems, public health or disasters. This study aims to analyze waste mitigation policies in South Tangerang City using library research. The research results show that waste management in Tangerang City has not been effective in reducing waste disposed of in the landfill. This occurs because waste management procedures allow waste to be disposed of directly to the landfill without a prior selection process, as well as the limited number of TPS3R as waste selection sites. Therefore, the South Tangerang City government must develop strict waste management procedures by first selecting TPS3R. so that the waste that is sent to the landfill is only residue.

Abstract

The research was based on the problem of historical comprehension among students of private Islamic High School in Blitar. This study aims at 1) understanding the integration of Hindu-Buddhist heritage in Blitar Regency in differentiated historical learning to improve historical comprehension, 2) understanding the improvement of historical comprehension in differentiated historical learning by integrating the topic of Hindu-Buddhist heritage in Blitar Regency. Classroom action research was applied in this research. The sample of this research was the students of Madrasah Aliyah Assalam Jambewangi Selopuro Blitar and Madrasah Aliyah Al Muhtaduun Tlogo Kanigoro Blitar. The result showed that 1) the integration of Hidu-Buddhist heritage of Blitar Regency in differentiated historical learning helped the student in understanding historical events, 2) differentiated historical learning improved students’ historical comprehension by integrating the topic of Hindu-Buddhist heritage in Blitar. The average score of students’ pre-test was 68,45, and it increased to 81,4 in Cycle I and to 95,425 in Cycle II

Abstract

Besarnya uang kapitasi yang diterima Puskesmas akan dipengaruhi oleh rendahnya kinerja Puskesmas pada indikator kapitasi berbasis kinerja. Oleh karena itu diperlukan strategi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan fungsi manajemen Puskesmas dalam memenuhi indikator kapitasi berbasis kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memastikan bagaimana fungsi manajemen perencanaan selaras dengan strategi peningkatan indikator kapitasi berbasis kinerja, bagaimana fungsi manajemen perencanaan selaras dengan implementasi untuk meningkatkan indikator kapitasi berbasis kinerja, dan bagaimana sikap pimpinan terhadap fungsi manajemen organisasi dan kinerja pegawai yang dapat dipahami oleh staf. strategi yang selaras dengan Puskesmas. Penelitian ini dirancang menggunakan Metode Penelitian Tindakan (action research). Tujuan penelitian tindakan kelas ini untuk mengatasi masalah kemampuan keterampilan menyimak. Abstract

The presence of micro, small and medium enterprises plays an important role in encouraging economic growth by stimulating various economic sectors. These MSMEs are the largest contributors to the national economy and represent the community's active participation in economic activities. Over time, MSMEs have proven to be a reliable source of stability during times of crisis, because they create jobs and provide added value to the economy. The aim of this research is to determine the economic development of micro, small and medium enterprises based on law number 20 of 2008 and to determine the economic development of micro, small and medium enterprises based on siyasah fiqh. The research method uses a type of library (Library Research), namely research by examining and analyzing written sources regarding Law number 20 of 2008 concerning MSMEs, the Book of Management & Finance for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises authored by Putu Krisna Adwitya Sanjaya and I Putu Nuratama is a CV publisher and supplemented from book and journal sources related to the economic development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The study's findings demonstrate that, in accordance with Law Number 20 of 2008, Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises have made good progress toward achieving the goals of a just, balanced, and developing national economy as well as expanding and strengthening their capacity to operate as strong, independent businesses that generate jobs, promote equitable income distribution, spur economic growth, and help lift people out of poverty. On the other hand, the perspective of siyasah jurisprudence on micro, small and medium enterprises is as follows: government policy regarding the growth of these businesses is included in the understanding of the supremacy of law in the siyasah of reciprocal relations between the government and citizens. as well as mandatory citizen rights

Abstract

Logistics service companies in Indonesia play an important role in facilitating the distribution of goods and services, such as PT. Spill. The existence of Job Crafting problems due to less harmonious employee relations causes low employee Work Engagement as evidenced by data changes. Apart from that, it is also influenced by employment factors. Meaning of employee work. The research aims to analyze the influence of Job Crafting on Work Meaning and Work Engagement at PT SPIL, as well as the influence of Work Meaning on Work Engagement; and the influence of Job Crafting on Work Engagement is mediated by the Meaning of Work at PT SPIL. The research uses quantitative methods. The sample population was 320 respondents. Data collection techniques through questionnaires with PLS to analyze data. The research results concluded that Job Crafting had a significant effect on Work Meaning and Work Engagement of PT SPIL Employees; The meaning of work has a significant effect on the work engagement of PT SPIL employees; and Work Meaning is able to mediate the relationship between Job and Work Engagement of PT SPIL Employees

Abstract

Konsep ‘kota untuk semua’ dalam Agenda Baru Perkotaan, menekankan keterlibatan seluruh aktor terkait sebagai langkah penting untuk mencapai tujuan perkotaan, atau pembangunan perkotaan yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana “rasa” / sense dalam rencana pembangunan Kota Lama Banyumas. Analisis dilakukan berdasarkan teori Kevin Lynch dalam bukunya Good City Form (1981). Penelitian kualitatif ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan data empiris dengan metode wawancara dan historical research melalui observasi terhadap bentuk fisik dan aktivitas di Kota Lama Banyumas. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan terkait pembangunan infrastruktur dengan tujuan menyediakan ruang publik di Kota Lama dimanfaatkan secara efektif untuk membangun dinamika pembangunan Kota Lama Banyumas sebagai tempat wisata sejarah.
