Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang is a state hospital has done it is job and function, but in 3rd class of pavilion room, the number of patient decrease dramatically. It is concerned with quality of this hospital. To answer this problem, research was done using Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Quality Function Deployment is a tool which design some needs include customers represented as a voice of customer and including some competitions and also groups some activities that usually called affinity graphic ang getting a benchmarking for it is competition. From the result analysis can be showed that main attribute for patience is a accuracy. And from House Of Quality can be found that getting a periodic meeting to evaluate this hospital and also increase a service can be made 20 concept

Abstract

Epic Culinary is a cafe and a restaurant that established in January 2015. According to a survey conducted at the beginning of Epic Culinary it can be seen that the problems faced by the existence of a complaint to the problem places, products, facilities, and price. In addition, as a company that is growing and developing Epic Culinary do not have characteristics of companies that made the difference with existing competitors. Of the problems faced by the company companies also need to consider existing competitors, both in terms of strengths and weaknesse. In addition to analyzing the company's existing competitors should also strive to realize the expectations of consumers. Correspondence Analysis (CA) is the method used to pay attention to competitors, namely in terms of strengths and weaknesses of the company which will then be made as input in designing a strategy. After that to determine the extent of quality of service the company has done to the satisfaction of customer dan to increase consumer loyalty is by using importance performance analysis (IPA). Application of the method both methods above will do the deployment questionnaire using 7P concept of product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence and process used as an attribute in making the questions.

Abstract

Babat Drinking Water Treatment Plant (IPAM Babat) is one of the clean water facilities for Lamongan community. The process of clean water requires an appropriate processing. This process requires chemicals and energy that it will adverse effects to the environment. Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) is one of the environmental effects analyze methods for clean water process. The four phases of LCA are Goal And Scope Definition, Life Cycle Inventory, Life Cycle Impact Assessment, and Interpretation. The environmental impacts of the LCA method of processing are divided into three broad categories of impacts, namely the categories of human health, ecosystem quality, and resources. The result of LCA analyzed shows that electrical energy utilization product an environment impact significantly. This impact has consequences on the resource category (fossil fuels) and human health (climate change) due to CO2 combustion. The largest electric consumption is used for tools of pumping water due to the distant length intake and IPAM. The solution for reduced the electric consumption is using the equipment efficiency and water flow system by the power of gravity.

Abstract

Perum Perhutani KBM-IK (Kesatuan Bisnis Mandiri Industri Kayu) Gresik is a unit of the organization under the Office of Perum Perhutani Unit II East Java, which is responsible for the implementation of business management in the field of Industi Wood. In the production process, Perum Perhutani has used the modern machining tools. However, due to the negligence of the operator / worker, often causing work accident. Like do not use personal protective equipment, it is often underestimated by the operator. The method used is SHERPA to identify the source of danger while JSA used to provide solutions to the problems faced in companies. Research and calculation of risk score can be known the value of the biggest error lies in the activities taking pieces of the board after the cut using a band saw machine, cutting boards using a machine band resaw and cutting wood with a cross cut machine. The suggested solution is to further improve supervision in each process, conducting training K3 conducted by the management company, give firm sanction for operators who do not wear APD and design tools such as limiting engine band resaw and handle holder on the machine cross cut.

Abstract

PT “X” merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang wood adhesive. Penelitian dilakukan di adhesive plant yang menggunakan 10 mesin reaktor kimia untuk melakukan proses produksi. Mesin reaktor kimia ini memiliki kapasitas produksi yang berbeda-beda. Penelitian ini mengembangkan model algoritma penjadwalan produksi yang terintegrasi dengan perawatan mesin. Obyek penelitian untuk melakukan perawatan mesin adalah komponen kritis bagian gearbox reaktor kimia sebagai penggerak propeller. Pemilihan komponen kritis dilakukan melalui analisis pareto chart. Dari analisis pareto chart didapatkan komponen kritis dari tiap reaktor kimia adalah bearing. Interval waktu perawatan yang optimal ditentukan berdasarkan penghitungan C(tp) yang optimal. Interval perawatan yang optimal untukmasing-masing reaktor kimia dari nomer 1 sampai dengan 10 berturut-turut adalah 1870, 1200, 1132, 1899, 1901, 1610, 1586, 2600, 2071, dan 1932 (dalam satuan jam). Interval perawatan ini dialokasikan pada penjadwalan produksi. Penjadwalan produksi dilakukan dengan memberikan aturan urutan pengerjaan berdasarkan slack time. Aturan ini untuk dapat memberikan prioritas pada order produksi yang harus diproduksi terlebih dahulu sesuai dengan urutan prioritasnya. Penjadwalan produksi dengan mengintegrasikan perawatan mesin pada contoh numerik dapat melakukan efisiensi total tardiness cost sebesar 15,38% dan 9,4% jika ada penyisipan order produksi.

Abstract

Every company always tries to serve all customer's demand. This need a good planning and schedulling to keep flow production. PT Binarenata is one company which produce many kind of metal products. Currently, this company has problem in material handling of product and lack of another product. To solve this problem, this company made Master Produclion Schedule using disagregat method to duet he fluctuation demand. From analysis data can be found the number of worker with minimum cost in the next production planning is about 966 persons with cost about Rp. 49.431.714.000,00. Implementing this Master Production Schedule can reduce production cost about Rp. 5.829.363.807,00 or 76,3 %

Abstract

The research proposes Mixed Integer Linear Programming Model (MILP). This model integrates the location decisions and the number of temporary Emergency Operations Center (EOC) to be constructed. This model also focuses on events related to natural disasters, particularly floods. The researchers applied this model according to the flood scenario in five flood-prone districts in Manado, Indonesia. This research focused on maximizing the number of temporary constructed EOCs to provide the relief demands of disaster areas by considering multiple periods. The available budgets were considered as the limited constraints in this model. Therefore, the results showed that the percentage of relief demand satisfaction ranges from 28 % to 100 %; meanwhile, the number of the to-be-constructed temporary EOCs ranges from 0-3 for each scenario.

Abstract

Generally, problem faced in making a portfolio is the large number of probabilities in risky active stock combinations available at stock market yet, if we put riskless active stock intothose combinations considering this numerous possibilities of portfolio made from stocks at stock market,a question that will arise is which portfolio to be chosen by investors. If acting rationally, the investors will chosen optimum portfolio. simple criteria method is an alternative method in forming the optimum portfolio with objective in determining stock rank in effrcient limit. This methods firstry deveroped by EltonEdwin, Gruber,and Padberg( 1976) and exposed in Journal of Finance.The calculation made refers to Single-Index Mode, a model result from simplification of Markowitz model, such thatthe calculation will be easier and more practical.Based on examination, it is identified that retum correlaltion among securities (particularly on stock) occurs because of response to changes in general market index. Research conducted at BES ( Surabaya Stock Market),within period of December 1999 to August 2001, using monthly data had shown that by using method of  "simple criteria for optimal porfolio selection" it is known from 173 stock,that stocks included in optimum portfolioonly 12 (or 6,94%) stock are: Makindo, Mas Murni Indonesia,S arasa Nugraha,Jakarta Int I Hotel & Dev. sari Husada Ultra Jaya Milk, prasdha aneka, Ever Shine Textile Ind., Tirta MahakamPly'wood Asahimas Flat Glass Semen Gresik dan Unilever I ndonesia with proportion of 72.0g% ,4,24y o;12.28% , I %;0.63%;0.5%; 0,445;0.18%a; And 0.45% respectively.

Abstract

This rescarch aims to orange a balance production line 10 improve work efficiency to rice production output. This line balancing planning, we use Rank Position Weight ( RPW ). Using operation time data in every work station and also precedence diagram based on the shoes making process could be found elements/operation group involving a work station. With 3 cycles time such as 100,150 ang 160 seconds could be found a cycle time 150 seconds result minimum operation grouping of balance delay. From this planning could be concluded that there were 10 work stations with production output 168 part of shoes of day.

Abstract

Determining core competence for creative industry which is characterized by utilizing creativity, skill and individual talent is the crucial selection process. It is because the output of creative industry as well as products and utilization of creativity are rapidly developed. This research discusses about mapping creative industry and determining core competence for creative industry in Bangkalan district based on the variable of gross domestic product, number of worker, international trade and number of firm. The method adopted for core competence determination is an integrated Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE). The result of mapping creative industry shows that art, craft, design, video or film and publishing are included in it. Meanwhile craft subsector is determined as a core competence that is focused in Bangkalan district.
