Abstract

Neighborhood association is an organizing structure in which the Indonesian government recognizes and fosters to assist administrative tasks in building communities at the village and sub-district levels. But on RT. 003 RW. 001 Ciliwung Kemirimuka Depok City there are various problems in the management of population data and its services which consist of traditional filings into a general ledger used as physical archives so that they are vulnerable to damage and often loss of population data and cause inaccuracies in the number of population data who move, experiencing death, and residents who came. The purpose of this study is to build a population data administration system into an integrated application whose data can be stored into a database to help the service process that can be managed easily. The method used by the Research and Development (R&D) method to create products is in the form of an administrative application for RT.003 RW.001 Ciliwung Kemirimuka Depok City population data collection. The results of this study can be used for population data collection applications by RT.003 RW.001 officers as a user so it does not require more time and data search can be done easily.

Abstract

In automotive spark plug ignition, gasoline-fueled vehicles require spark ignition system equipment. One of the electronic cdi spark plug ignition systems uses electronic equipment and components that replace conventional spark plug ignition systems. In this study, the design of the electronic cdi spark plug ignition system using the main equipment of the alternator produces an ac output voltage source on the exiter coil winding. The results of the design of the equipment are generated by a timer signal from the pulser component related to the rpm speed of the alternator permanent magnet rotor shaft which is driven by the rotation of the ac electric motor shaft. The ignition timing process of the spark plug is controlled by the charge/discharge condition of the electronic capacitor charge in the cdi device to produce an ac power supply voltage, the output time function to the primary input of the coil is expressed as the Vprimer(t) parameter in volts. The result of the primary voltage Vprimer(t) at the primary input of the induced coil generates a high voltage at the secondary output of the ignition coil, which is expressed as the Vo(coil) parameter. The result of a high voltage Vo(coil) momentarily connected to the spark plug produces spark ignition which indicates that there is a spark in the spark plug gap.

Abstract

The electric power of an ac electric motor of Pin = 310.4 watts produces rotation of the output shaft which is used to drive the flywheel gear pulley to produce a rotational speed of Vrpm(in) = 347.8 rpm with a torque parameter of Tin = 8.53 Nm which is transmitted to each each load rotation of the gear pulley of the forward transmission-1 to the forward transmission-4 and the reverse transmission. The results of the research on the speed of the flywheel gear pulley, the Vrpm(in) parameter of 347.8 rpm, was transmitted to the forward-1 transmission gear load resulting in Vrpm(forward-1) = 89.6 rpm, torque Tout(forward-1) = 33.1 Nm and mechanical power Pout(forward-1) = 191.87 watts. Then it is transmitted to the forward-2 transmission gear load producing Vrpm (forward-2) = 162.7 rpm, Tout (forward-2) = 17.34 Nm and Pout (forward-2) = 100.51 watts. Then transmitted to the gear load of the forward-3 transmission is Vrpm(forward-3) = 248.2 rpm, Tout(forward-3) = 11.36 Nm and Pout(forward-3) = 65.85 watts. Transmitted to the transmission gear load forward-4 produces Vrpm (forward-4) = 347.8 rpm, Tout (forward-4) = 8.11 N and Pout (forward-4) = 47.01 watts. To go to the reverse transmission gear load produces Vrpm (reverse) = 75.4 rpm, Tout (backward) = 37.44 Nm and Pout (reverse) = 217.03watt.

Abstract

DM is the process of analyzing data from different perspectives and gathering knowledge that can be used for different applications. Classification as one of the data mining techniques used to predict group membership. For example, the healthcare industry. DM provides a set of techniques for discovering hidden patterns from data. In this paper, we examine the heart disease dataset in order to obtain information or patterns that can be useful for making a decision. The test in this paper is a prediction of heart disease using three classification methods, namely OneR, decision tree and naive bayes. The results of this experiment show predictions from each experiment with different levels of prediction accuracy in each method used with 91.48% accuracy for the decision tree, 85.18% for naive Bayes and 76.3% for OneR.

Abstract

Sukarara Village is one of the largest traditional weaving centers in Central Lombok which has several songket motifs or ornaments that have their own motifs, so that many Lombok people and people from outside the city and abroad come to see how to make songket weaving. and sizes that are sold in the market of course with prices also vary. Such as prices (3 million, 2 million 500, 1 million and 500 hundred), as well as motifs such as motifs (keker, stork, kerit, orchid, subahanale and others), as is the case with thread types such as (silk, marcis, gold, etc.) , cotton and rayon) as well as sizes such as (2 m long – 110 cm wide, 110 cm long – 190 cm wide and 60 cm long – 2 m wide). With the problem of determining the price of songket, one alternative solution that can be used is to design a songket pricing application system that can help provide solutions to buyers. The Extreme Programming method itself is the most widely used approach to software development. So in this study it is very suitable to use Xp because the nature of the application made is done quickly through the existing stages such as: planning, designing, coding, and testing. thread.

Abstract

BPNT is non-cash food aid. What is paid in the form of food by the government. The BPNT program aims to provide opportunities for the government to improve food security and provide balanced nutritional value to poor families, such as in Muncan Village, the BPNT assistance program is distributed every month. In decision-making, the selection of BPNT recipients is constrained because quite a lot of data that is processed or selected by the apparatus is still done manually. So far, the existing system has not been optimal for selecting BPNT recipients with the existing criteria. Data management still uses a manual system and is not effective in determining who is entitled to receive BPNT and who is not. The method used in the decision support system for Social Assistance for Non-cash Food Assistance (BPNT) is the ARAS method to make it easier to identify who is eligible to receive and who is not. support Based on the weight value obtained in the assessment process. The criteria for determining BPNT assistance include: occupation, number of dependents, income, home ownership, electric power and age. For testing using the Black Box method using the Boundary Value technique focusing on errors. The programming language used is PHP or Hypertext Preprocessor.

Abstract

The Village Government and related officials have the task of managing and handling the interests of the local society especially in muncan village area. In the service system, residents expect services that are fast, precise and accurate. Muncan village has an area of 625,000 ha with a population of 8,035 in habitants and a geographical distance between hamlets that are very far from the place of service of villagers, to overcome this, it is necessery to design a web-based information on villages services in muncan village. It is based on the result of this study, it is expected that it could provide fast, precise and accurate services in muncan villages. The research method used is the method of data collection. The type of data used is perimer data and secondary data. Perimer data in question is interview data, while secondary data is information about village history, service information system. The data analysis method used is the PIECES method. The parts of PIECES are performance, information, economy, context and on time. The results of this study are population service information systems that have replaced several activities that were previously carried out manually so as to reduce the obstacles of data recording errors, data search, population data management, and fast and accurate information. It can also increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the functions of costs, time and labor.

Abstract

The selection process for granting loans to BUMDes Sinar Linus is done conventionally, in this case it makes researchers feel interested in designing a WEB-based Decision Support System as a decision support tool for members of BUMDes Sinar Linus. The methodology used in the development of this system is a method of collecting data in the form of observation, interviews and literature study. While the analytical method used is the TOPSIS (Technique For Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method as a decision-making method for the design method using Extreme Programming (XP) which includes planning, design, coding and testing stages. And for the testing method using Blackbox Testing includes home display, login, loan application, applicant, criteria, alternative and TOPSIS. This research resulted in a web-based decision support system that can facilitate members of the BUMDes Sinar Linus in Batunampar Village in deciding or determining prospective recipients of loan funds at BUMDes Sinar Linus.

Abstract

Geographically and demographically, Indonesia has natural conditions that have the potential for floods disaster. There are at least 16,771 islands and 65,017 rivers that fill the archipelago. Unfortunately, the ever-increasing urban population accompanied by a lack of awareness and preparation for protecting the environment has resulted in a higher risk of flooding in urban areas. This study utilizes digital imagery to detect flood conditions in urban areas. In terms of access, digital images are available in urban CCTV monitoring systems as well as office areas, housing, and from people who have smartphones. The detection method used in this study is the VGG19 model which consists of 16 convolution layers and 3 standard classification layers. All convolution layers are divided into 5 blocks followed by a MaxPooling layer for each block to reduce the resolution of the input image. In the last layer, SoftMax layer is used to estimate the probability between flood labels and normal conditions. There are 4 parameters that were optimized during the VGG19 model training process, namely Batch Size, Learning Rate, Dropout and Epoch (training repetition). To test the proposed model, public datasets are used, namely the Roadway Flooding Image Dataset and Road Vehicle Images Dataset. The best flood detection results (or normal conditions) achieve the accuracy of 98.78%. As for the other three performance metrics, namely precision, recall and F1-score, they reach 99%. These results are generated by the VGG19 model with a Batch Size parameter of 20, a Learning Rate of 1e-5 (0.00001), 50% Dropout and 100 Epoch. The achievement values of the four metrics can be considered quite good, so that the VGG19 model has the opportunity to be developed for flood detection applications in order to monitor urban flood conditions.

Abstract

The lack of access to the internet network in schools is a factor in the slow teaching and learning process, because the lack of wireless signal coverage also causes the school community to only gather at one point. In an effort to deal with this problem, researchers built an inter-vlan network blueprint with wireless hotspots, in order to improve network performance and network security. In the process of building an inter-vlan network blueprint with a mikrotik hotspot, using the ppdioo method, among others, prepare preparation, plan plan, design design, implement, operate, optimize optimization. From the results of this study, in building a blueprint for an inter-vlan network with a mikrotik hotspot, we get the appropriate results from the initial plan. Which can improve network performance and expand access to internet network coverage.
