Abstract

One of the efforts to maintain the availability of rice is the availability of easily accessible rice milling equipment, such as the mobile rice mill model. The mobile rice mill business can make it easier for farmers in terms of shorter time and no longer need to pay for transportation costs and can be run with profit sharing from the amount of milled grain. This mobile rice mill business started in 1980 and is still used today, so it is necessary to study the feasibility of this mobile rice mill business to increase the income of small business farmers. The research was conducted in Manisa Village, Baranti District, Sidrap Regency in February-March 2022. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, documentation and used data analysis in the form of NPV, Net B/C Ratio, Gross B/C Ratio, and Profitability Ratio. The results showed that 1) The non-financial aspects of the mobile rice mill business include market aspects that are acceptable to the market. 2) The investment and operational costs of mobile rice milling businesses increase every year according to annual needs. 3) The income earned at mobile rice mills averages IDR 419,156,400/year. 4) Based on the financial aspect of the mobile rice mill business with a total of Rp. 463,674,829.03> 0, then the rice milling business is feasible to run.

Abstract

Pengembangan SDM sangat terkait dengan sejauhmana organisasi atau perusahanan terus menerus meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Kinerja karyawan dalam sebuah perusahaan tentunya terkait dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan dan perasaan bangga atas pekerjaan sehingga terbangun ikatan yang kuat. Komitemen Organisasi bukan merupakan variabel yang berdiri sendiri tetapi dapat dipengaruhi oleh supervisi pimpinan, pelatihan yang dikembangkan dan budaya kerja yang terbangun dalam sebuah organisasi. Tujuan penelitian (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor supervisi terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan Kalla Group, (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor komunikasi terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan Kalla Group, (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor komunikasi terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan rekan kerja sebagai variabel moderasi pada karyawan Kalla Group. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis jalur melalui aplikasi SMART-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Supervisi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan nilai p value 0.000, komunikasi juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan nilai p value 0.000

Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of service, facility and tourist attraction on visit decision to visit Sa’pak Bayo Bayo Tourism Object in Sangalla, Tana Toraja. The result of t-test show that service variable does not have a significant effect on decision to visiting the tourism object. Otherwise, facilities and tourist attraction variables partially had a positive and significant effect on visit decision. The result of F-test show that all the independent variable simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on visit decision. The results of this study can be used by tourism object managers in developing and improving the quality of tourist objects in terms of services, facilities and tourist attractions.

Abstract

The Bugis are known as accomplished sailors, who really consider any conditions they will face before carrying out their activities. However, if it is related to consumption patterns, there has been a shift in values, where the visible phenomenon is that this shopping center is never empty even on weekdays or on religious holidays, it is always full of visitors. This behavior can illustrate that currently Bugis consumers make shopping centers a place of activity and Bugis consumer behavior is included in the emotional (hedonic) type, but has not yet answered this phenomenon. Thus, this study aims to explore whether the buying behavior of the Bugis community includes emotional buying behavior when shopping at the mall. This study uses a qualitative approach, which aims to explore the true meaning of the reasons behind the buying behavior of Bugis customers. Research informants obtained by purposive sampling technique. The results of the study show that the motive behind buying behavior at the mall in Makassar city is the existence of an emotional buying motive in shopping caused by (1). The mall is a suitable place for the customer's social status (2) the desire to find a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, (2). desire for refreshment and recreation with family, (3). Want to spend time at the mall while paying attention to the latest clothing trends worn by other visitors, and (5) desire to socialize while doing business or looking for a side job.

Abstract

Abstract In premarital counseling, there are practices to prepare prospective married couples for marriage. And usually this counseling practice is in the form of classes organized by the church according to the beliefs of the prospective bride and groom. The practice of premarital counseling is coaching with the intention of developing emotional maturity or other preparation, including personal ones. This research seeks to ascertain the importance of premarital counseling before entering into a holy marriage which will involve the church and be witnessed by many congregations. Through this research it will also be found that pre-marital counseling can foster a couple's relationship according to the Scriptures, and prepare them for the realm of marriage, then help grow emotionally mature, helping each couple to understand their role in marriage. Through a literature study with a biblical approach, this research draws a conclusion that marriage will go well and be solid for both bride and groom because it begins with pre-marital counseling where the church requires its congregation to go through that phase. This research seeks to find the best effort in dealing with marriage problems caused by a lack of counseling or guidance from related institutions, which is why divorces continue to increase. In this premarital counseling service, it can be given to prospective married couples with the aim that they really understand and understand the meaning of marriage that is desired by God in the Christian Family. So that their decision really becomes a married couple who are willing before God.

Abstract

Require to be done in family in that is fertilize the attitude of child discipline are family member can conduct the communications better and correctness which is adapted for by a time, place, atmosphere, age so that earn constructive of harmonious relation in family. This research design uses a qualitative approach. The research technique used in this research is literature study, namely by researching and understanding books, documents or other relevant written sources. Process the communications represent system of where the communications process can only take place maximal if provided with the communications elements. Relation and comminications among father, mother, child and also other; dissimilar family member very need in everyday life because can foster the personality and also improve the attitude of child discipline. No relation or kesenjangan relation among family member at home can make the child feel the disrespect, do not discipline, and lazy learn the.

Abstract

Sejak tahun 1975 tanaman kecipir sudah diprediksikan menjadi bahan hayati yang memiliki segudang manfaat di masa depan dan bernilai ekonomi yang tinggi. Penggunaan tanaman kecipir sebagai bahan panganan lokal dapat ditingkatkan lagi dengan melakukan pengembangan hasil produk olahannya. Pengembangan produk perlu diarahkan untuk menciptakan suatu produk baru yang memiliki beberapa sifat yang diminati oleh masyarakat. Maka dari itu, terdapat inovasi untuk menjadi solusi dari kurang diminatinya biji kecipir di kalangan masyarakat adalah dengan membuat produk olahan brownies maupun biskuit. Biji kecipir sebelum dijadikan sebagai adonan brownies atau biscuit dibuat menjadi tepung terlebih dahulu. Penelitian ini memiliki dua tujuan, yaitu untuk mengetahui daya terima panelis terhadap brownies tepung biji kecipir dengan tambahan bubuk kayu manis dan untuk mengetahui kadar protein brownies tepung biji kecipir dengan tambahan bubuk kayu manis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah uji organoleptik dengan kategori penilaian 1-5 dan pengujian kadar protein. Tambahan bubuk kayu manis terbukti berpengaruh terhadap rasa, aroma, dan tekstur pada brownies tepung kecipir. Tambahan bubuk kayu manis sebanyak 15 gr menghasilkan peningkatan kadar protein yang terkandung di dalam brownies.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan penduduk yang tidak terkendali mengakibatkan permasalahan yang sangat kompleks di Indonesia, program Keluarga Berencana menjadi salah satu jalan dalam menyeimbangkan permasalahan aspek kependudukan tersebut. Pelayanan Keluarga Berencana diberikan di berbagai unit pelayanan baik oleh pemerintah maupun swasta dari tingkat desa hingga tingkat kota dengan kompetensi yang sangat bervariasi. Pemberi layanan Keluarga Berencana antara lain adalah Rumah Sakit, Puskesmas, dokter praktek swasta, bidan praktek swasta dan bidan desa. Permasalahan sangat kompleks dan berkaitan satu sama lain sehingga mengakibatkan pertumbuhan penduduk menjadi tidak seimbang, permasalahan tersebut terurai seperti disuatu daerah dan kota-kota besar, umumnya masih sangat banyak masyarakat yang kurang memamahi penting program Keluarga Berencana Nasional. Dengan adanya keterlibatan dalam perannya sebagai aparatur sipil negara Petugas Lapangan Keluarga Berencana sangat lah penting perannya mengingat salah satu keterkaitan dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat yang membantu mensosialisasikan program keluarga berencana (Keluarga Berencana). Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran Petugas Lapangan Keluarga Berencana dalam program Keluarga Berencana. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian kualitatif yang berisikan riset bersifat deskriptif dan cenderung menggunakan analisis. Hasil Penelitian ini akan diterbitkan pada jurnal nasional atau internasional.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the promotional mix for the use of sMartCU in the member businesses of the Sauan Sibarrung Credit Union in Toraja. The type of research used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method with survey techniques. The descriptive qualitative method is research that attempts to provide proof of the truth of facts that occur in the field, situations based on a theoretical framework and the problems raised. The data collection techniques used were interviews and observations. The data processing technique used begins with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From the research results, it was found that the use of sMartCU is very influential in introducing products to the people who are marketing targets, and providing value exchange based on the benefits provided by the product. The marketing tools used are advertising, sales promotions, events and experiences, public relations and publicity, and online marketing.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to understand and identify the impact of vision and mission on the performance of the Napucinta Makassaar Fisheries Company. This research uses observations in the company environment. And the questionnaire was deliberately made short and concise in order to get a quick response. The structure of the questions is logistical. The limitations of this research are the limited time frame, limited number of questions, and employee attitudes that do not support limiting the sample size. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Napucinta Makassar as many as 50 people. With the saturated sampling technique, the total sample is 50 people. The research results show that vision and mission have a significant influence on organizational performance.
