Abstract

Indonesia is rich in diversity of marine biota because it is one of the countries that has a wider sea area than its land. Lobster is one of Indonesia's wealth, which is abundantly available and is the most sought-after commodity, even the seeds are exported to foreign countries. The existence of this writing is that the author wants to know how the government regulates the policy of exporting lobster seeds, in fact it is permissible or not since or before the corruption case of the former Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries and also wants the public to know how influential the export of lobster seeds is for the country's economy. By using descriptive research methods, the authors can compile the article based on existing data and regulations. Policies for lobster seed export activities have different opinions based on their interests. There are contras with the reason that it can harm the country because the selling value is lower than the sale value of lobsters that are already large, it is detrimental to fishermen because if the seeds are exported it results in the availability of large lobsters being small or even threatened to be non-existent, it is profitable for importing countries because the supply of lobsters will be more in imported countries , damage the marine ecosystem, rampant etc. Then, some people who are pro with the lobster seed export policy reasoned that if the export of seeds is prohibited or caught it can harm fishermen who used to export lobster seeds as a livelihood, lobster seeds can be eaten by other predators if left at sea, etc. Besides that, the government with its latest regulation prohibits the export of seeds and allows more if the seeds are bred according to the terms and conditions that have been regulated. Therefore, the government must be wise in making decisions, prioritizing the welfare of the community in the future and the welfare of natural resources.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of students' ability in understanding concepts so that it has an impact on students in learning mathematics. Because the ability to understand concepts is the basis of understanding principles and theories with the aim of making it easier for students to understand concepts in subsequent material in studying mathematics. One of the factors of the lack of students' ability to understand concepts is math anxiety which has a large influence on student learning processes, both at school and on the student's environment. This study aims to find out how students' conceptual understanding abilities are viewed from mathematics anxiety in the implementation of learning in class VII SMP Negeri 1 Mazo. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at Mazo 1 Public Middle School with a total of 35 research informants. Data collection techniques through written tests, student math anxiety questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there are students who have the ability to understand mathematical concepts with high anxiety, moderate and low anxiety. Students with high anxiety still cannot solve the test questions in a structured way due to a lack of focus and feeling a little anxious. students who are anxious are students who are good at completing test questions coherently, it's just that there are some that are not done. Students who are low on anxiety, students are able to solve test questions that are given in a structured way because students are calm and don't feel anxious when facing math problems, it's just that they can't finish up to the final result, so that this can have an impact on student learning. So in this case the ability to understand concepts with math anxiety is that the higher the level of students' math anxiety, the lower the students' ability to understand mathematical concepts. Conversely, the lower the students' math anxiety level, the higher the students' understanding of mathematical concepts.

This type of written research method is qualitative depending on the type of document. Qualitative research is a type of research whose results are not based on statistics or other calculations. The government and legal entities that employ workers must guarantee workers' rights in accordance with their dignity as workers, especially as human beings whose human rights are protected under Article 28 (D) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, and protect their interests. It establishes the right to legal protection for the welfare of workers and their health and safety. In fact, there are still many workers who have not received job security and BPJS Employment. Employment security and Employment BPJS are mandatory for workers if they work for the company or legal entity where they work. The government, especially companies and legal entities that employ workers, must consider the need to legally protect workers' rights in order to obtain workers' safety and social security.

Indonesia as a constitutional state has carried out general elections several times in an effort to safeguard people's sovereignty and state democracy. Every citizen has the right to be elected and elect qualified representatives of the people in accordance with statutory provisions. One of the most important aspects in holding general elections is the system used. Of course, these two systems raise debate in people's lives, there are pros and cons. The development of a proportional system and legislative general elections, especially in the election of members of the People's Legislative Assembly in Indonesia, can be the key answer to choosing this system in general elections in Indonesia. Until finally, this phenomenon made the researchers want to examine the closed proportional system which is said to replace the open proportional system that was implemented in the previous year's General Election. This study uses the research method used in the form of normative research with the approach used is a conceptual approach (conceptual approach) and statutory approach (statute approach) which aims to review the feasibility of the two systems by looking at the advantages and disadvantages.
