Abstract

Salah satu inovasi model pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan untuk memfasilisasi kegiatan pembelajaran yang menggunakan internet adalah model blended learning. Model Blended learning adalah integrasi dari pembelajaran tradisional (tatap muka) dengan metode pembelajaran jaringan. Tujuan penelitian adalah: 1) Mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran simulasi digital melalui penerapan model blended learning di SMK Negeri 1 Tuhemberua, 2) Mendeskripsikan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran simulasi digital melalui penerapan model blended learning di SMK Negeri 1 Tuhemberua. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 1 Tuhemberua. Sekolah ini terletak di Desa Botolakha Kecamatan Tuhemberua. Penelitian ini mengambil subjek kelas X Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan SMK Negeri 1 Tuhemberua, semester genap Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019 dan disesuaikan dengan jadwal di sekolah. Hasil penelitian adalah: 1) Pada siklus pertama diperoleh rata-rata hitung hasil belajar 76,33 dan termasuk kategori cukup, siklus dua pelaksanaan tes hasil belajar diperoleh rata-rata hitung hasil belajar 88,27 dan termasuk pada kategori baik sekali, dengan persentase ketuntasan 100% dan ketidaktuntasan 0%, sehingga ketuntasan belajar mencapai target 75%, 2) Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis deskriptif dengan menggunakan statistik parametris didapat thitung = 38,26 dengan ttabel = 1,684 untuk n = 31 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa “Model Blended Learning dalam Pembelajaran Simulasi digital SMK Negeri 1 Tuhemberua” meningkat dan dapat diterima.

Abstract

Munculnya persaingan dalam dunia bisnis/usaha merupakan tantangan yang harus dihadapi oleh setiap perusahaan. Perusahaan dimanapun pasti akan menghadapi ketatnya persaingan global, perkembangan yang terjadi pada dunia teknologi dan digital yang sangat cepat dan perubahan-perubahan yang tidak bisa dikontrol, sehingga diharuskan setiap perusahaan harus menyesuaikan diri dengan perkembangan dan perubahan yang ada. Setiap bidang usaha mempunyai tujuan untuk memperoleh keuntungan dan hal ini tidak serta merta mudah dicapai. Setiap pengusaha dalam menjalankan usahanya harus membaca situasi pasar dan mencegah serta menangani faktor-faktor yang membuat kerugian dalam usahanya. Penerapan quality control atau pengendalian mutu menjadi hal yang harus di gunakan oleh para pengusaha agar produk yang mereka produksi dan jual tetap eksis di kalangan masyarakat. Untuk mencapai keinginan dan tujuan, maka para pengusaha harus melakukan berbagai upaya untuk memuaskan para konsumen sehingga konsumen tetap loyal kepada perusahaan dan produk yang memiliki kualitas yang baik. Apabila proses produksi bagus dan terjamin kualitasnya, maka konsumen akan merasa puas dengan produk yang diciptakan. Kualitas produk menjadi hal yang harus sangat diperhatikan oleh para pengusaha dalam memproduksi barangnya sehingga perusahaan dapat dan mampu bersaing dengan perusahaan lainnya. Abstract

Menghadapi dinamika dunia usaha yang penuh dengan persaingan, berbagai upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menjaga kelangsungan operasional suatu perusahaan, salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan perusahaan adalah dengan melaksanakan proses produksi yang terus berkesinambungan dan berkembang sehingga kelangsungan hidup perusahaan terjamin. Kelangsungan proses produksi dalam suatu perusahaan dipengaruhi berbagai faktor antara lain persediaan bahan baku yang menjadi unsur utama dalam kelancaran proses produksi. Untuk itu, setiap perusahaan harus memiliki perencanaan kebutuhan bahan baku. Dalam pengadaan persediaan bahan baku seringkali terjadi masalah yang tidak terduga, salah satunya adalah kekurangan bahan baku yang mengakibatkan proses produksi tidak dapat berjalan dengan lancar sehingga diperlukan suatu pengendalian persediaan agar tidak terjadi kekurangan bahan baku. Tujuan dari pengendalian adalah untuk meminimalisir biaya-biaya operasional seminimal mungkin sehingga akan mengoptimalisasikan kinerja perusahaan. Biaya operasional merupakan sejumlah biaya yang dikeluarkan perusahaan untuk menjalankan aktivitas bisnis. Kata Kunci : metode kuantitas produksi ekonomis, biaya operasional

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of students' ability in understanding concepts so that it has an impact on students in learning mathematics. Because the ability to understand concepts is the basis of understanding principles and theories with the aim of making it easier for students to understand concepts in subsequent material in studying mathematics. One of the factors of the lack of students' ability to understand concepts is math anxiety which has a large influence on student learning processes, both at school and on the student's environment. This study aims to find out how students' conceptual understanding abilities are viewed from mathematics anxiety in the implementation of learning in class VII SMP Negeri 1 Mazo. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at Mazo 1 Public Middle School with a total of 35 research informants. Data collection techniques through written tests, student math anxiety questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there are students who have the ability to understand mathematical concepts with high anxiety, moderate and low anxiety. Students with high anxiety still cannot solve the test questions in a structured way due to a lack of focus and feeling a little anxious. students who are anxious are students who are good at completing test questions coherently, it's just that there are some that are not done. Students who are low on anxiety, students are able to solve test questions that are given in a structured way because students are calm and don't feel anxious when facing math problems, it's just that they can't finish up to the final result, so that this can have an impact on student learning. So in this case the ability to understand concepts with math anxiety is that the higher the level of students' math anxiety, the lower the students' ability to understand mathematical concepts. Conversely, the lower the students' math anxiety level, the higher the students' understanding of mathematical concepts.

Abstract

The background of this research is the researcher's observations about the learning process and learning outcomes that occur at UPTD SMPN 1 Gunungsitoli Idanoi. This study intends to obtain information or a clear picture of how the learning process is carried out in this school with the learning outcomes achieved by class VIII students. This type of research is a qualitative research using a descriptive approach research method. The research population was all students of class VIII which consisted of seven classes with twenty students in each class. Data was collected through interviews, documentation, observation of the learning process. Then, it is analyzed by the percentage of the learning process and learning outcomes presented in tabular form. The data analysis used consisted of data collection, data presentation, data triangulation, and conclusions. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the average percentage of observations of the learning process is 74.01% which is quite good with an average learning result of 73.98 which is quite satisfactory.

Abstract

The background of this research is based on the results of a preliminary study conducted by researchers at SMP Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli Idanoi. Problems were found, namely student learning outcomes in mathematics were still sufficient and students were less active in the learning process. The purpose of this research is to: Describe the results of learning Mathematics in the cognitive field using the Number Head Together model. This type of research is a quantitative research. The instrument used in this study was a test of student learning outcomes in the form of an essay test. The research data obtained was processed by describing the test results of the learning outcomes obtained from each student's answer sheet. The research results obtained: Based on the results of data analysis from the research that has been done, it can be concluded that: the results of learning mathematics in the cognitive field using the Number Head Together (NHT) learning model are very good categories of 46.8%, good categories of 40.7% , the adequate category is 9.4% and less is 3.1%. Overall, the results of learning Mathematics in the cognitive field of students reached the very good category, with an overall achievement of 87.5% being in the very good category.

Abstract

The problems in this study are educators who have not used the mathematics learning module in the teaching and learning process and the low learning outcomes of students because of the lack of students' ability to construct the knowledge they acquire. The objectives of this research are: to know the feasibility of learning modules, to know practicality, to know the effectiveness of problem-based learning-based learning modules in the material for class XI SMAK Arastamar Lotu lines and sequences in the learning process. This research is a development research using the ADDIE development model which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The instrument used is a validation questionnaire which includes aspects of content feasibility, presentation feasibility, and design feasibility, student response questionnaires and learning achievement tests. Research result; (1) module content validity reached an average percentage of 94.84% (very feasible), language validity achieved an average percentage of 100% with very feasible criteria, design validity achieved an average percentage of 95% with very feasible criteria. (2) the practicality of the module based on the corporate test reached a percentage of 95.65% with very practical criteria, small group tests reached a percentage of 91.95% with very practical criteria, field tests reached a percentage of 91.68% with very practical criteria, (3) effectiveness the module reaches a percentage of 90% with very effective criteria.

Abstract

The problems in this study are the lack of students' understanding of the material presented during ongoing learning and the use of instructional media which is limited to blackboards and other relevant sources. The aims of this study were: to know the validity, to know the practicality, to know the effectiveness of RME-based prezi learning media in class VIII SMP Cartesian coordinate material in the learning process. This research is a development research using the ADDIE development model which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The instrument used is a validation questionnaire which includes aspects of content feasibility, presentation feasibility, and design feasibility, student response questionnaires, and assessment of the practicality of learning media. Research result; (1) media content validity achieved an average rating of 4.94 with very valid criteria, language validity achieved an average result of 4.75 with very valid criteria, and design validity achieved an average value of 4.79 with very valid criteria. (2) the practicality of prezi learning media based on individual tests reaches a percentage of 91% with very practical criteria, small group tests reach a percentage of 87.11% with very practical criteria, field tests reach a percentage of 91.06% with very practical criteria, (3) the effectiveness of prezi learning media achieving an average student score of 81 with very effective criteria.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve students' understanding of mathematical concepts on the competence of rational and irrational inequalities through the application of the discovery learning model. The research method used is quantitative method with discovery learning approach, the subject of this research is X TKJ class students of SMK Negeri 1 Tuhemberua. This research took place in two cycles, namely cycle I consisting of 3 meetings and cycle II consisting of 3 meetings. Data collection techniques in this study were observation and objective tests. The instruments used were observation sheets and objective test questions. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the implementation of mathematics learning with the application of the discovery learning model can improve the understanding of mathematical concepts of class X TKJ students of SMK Negeri 1 Tuhemberua on the competence of rational and irrational inequality of one variable. This is based on data obtained through the results of cycle I tests and cycle II tests, the average percentage of students' understanding of mathematical concepts has increased by 15.67%, namely in cycle I of 66.28% and increased to 77.81% in cycle II. The conclusion in this study is that the average percentage of students' understanding of mathematical concepts has increased in cycle I and increased again in cycle II. Based on the qualification guidelines in the percentage table presented in the discussion section, it is classified in the high category. Abstract

The Problem Based Learning learning model is an innovative learning model that can provide active learning conditions to students. The distinctive feature of this learning model is that it involves students to solve a problem through the stages of the scientific method so that students can learn knowledge related to the problem and at the same time have the skills to solve problems. The research objectives were: (1) to describe the quality of learning mathematics through the Problem Based Learning model at SMP Negeri 4 Hiliserangkai. (2) Describe student learning outcomes in mathematics, especially problem solving through the Problem Based Learning model at SMP Negeri 4 Hiliserangkai. This research was conducted in class VIII of SMP Negeri 4 Hiliserangkai semester 1 of the 2021/2022 academic year with a total of 20 students. Based on the results of this study, the average quality of student learning in cycle I was 57.35%, which was classified as poor, while in cycle II, 79.41% was classified as good. And the average student learning outcomes in the first cycle is 62.5% in the sufficient category, and in the second cycle is 81.61% in the good category, this has reached the target set at 75%.
