Campus broadcast is a form of community broadcasting that aims to reach a limited environment known as the community. Campus broadcasting is commonly operated as a radio house where student journalists often get their practical exposure in broadcasting. This study investigated the operational bases and functionality of campus broadcasting and the prospects of student journalists in Nigeria, using OkoPoly Radio FM as a case in point to ascertain the level of students' involvement in the operation of the radio studio as well as their performances. In this study, the researchers made use of development media theory which sees the media as a pivot for national development in developing countries. The study was anchored on the survey research method and the instrument for data collection was a well structure questionnaire that was designed to elicit a response from 356 respondents who got copies of the questionnaire through a face-to-face approach. Data collected was presented using a frequency table with analyses for proper understanding. The findings revealed among others that student journalists were not fully involved in the operation of campus broadcasting for fear of mishandling the instruments as most of them are very expensive. The researchers, however, concluded that campus broadcasting in most cases is not giving the students full access to broadcast operations which is the main reason for its establishment rather there as a requirement for passing accreditations when the need arises. The researchers, therefore, recommended among other things that campus broadcasting which is a student-oriented broadcast outfit should be operated fully by the students under the guidance of the studio technologists as this will help the students acquire the necessary practical knowledge in broadcasting.

Tax avoidance is an effort to avoid taxes that are carried out legally and safely to taxpayers in accordance with applicable tax regulations. This is because the methods and techniques used are based on exploiting the weaknesses contained in the tax laws and regulations. This type of written research method is qualitative depending on the type of document. Qualitative research is a type of research whose results are not based on statistics or other calculations. Application of high tax rates is also an obstacle because it burdens taxpayers. Other disabilities include: Regulations that apply the law are often inconsistent with the law. There are many formal and informal taxes at the central and regional levels. Weak law enforcement, complicated bureaucracy, and so on, will certainly help achieve good governance in the form of clean and authoritative government, if done properly. Indonesia does not yet have strong enough regulations to regulate tax avoidance. This is because Article 18 of Law Number 36 of 2008 concerning the Fourth Amendment to Law Number 7 of 1983 concerning Income Tax only regulates one taxpayer effort to avoid taxes, namely the only application of the concept of transfer pricing. On the other hand, other forms of tax avoidance are not regulated. Therefore, the state needs to reform its tax system.

The agreement was born because of agreements between the parties, which gave rise to rights and obligations for the parties involved. Every agreement that is made always aspires that what is agreed upon can run as it should, but in practice there are often broken promises between the parties or what is known as default. Default is a situation where one of the bound parties is negligent or does not fulfill the obligations set out in the agreement. A debtor is declared in default if: does not do what is agreed upon in the agreement, carries out what was promised but is not in accordance with the agreement, does something that cannot be done in the agreement. In the case of the cooperation agreement between Plaintiff Puji Riyanto and Defendant I Susi Suryani and Defendant II Atoillah Dalil, this cooperation agreement was deemed to have defaulted where the defendants neglected to return the capital money and profits for the cooperation agreement to make Alfamart franchise stores. The purpose of writing this journal is to find out the consequences of default according to the Civil Code and legal settlement efforts for default. The writing method used in this paper is normative juridical. The legal consequences of default are cancellation of agreements, compensation, transfer of risks and paying court fees. Legal settlement efforts for acts of default are means of preventive and repressive legal protection.

There are many things that made us interested in this book where the book discusses a lot about the conflicts that exist on campus with the community, from this we can learn and also respond as students or the campus knows how to solve problems or solutions. which exists. The conflict incidents in this book can give us practice to prevent this from happening in the future and on other campuses. The theories provided in the studies can also be a source of reference for us as students. In the first chapter of this book, it discusses a university that has many agents of change, there are lecturers as educators or researchers, there are students who are always making changes in thinking and trying new methods and lifestyles, there are administrative and technical staff who have specific managerial and technical skills in supporting the teaching and learning process and managing the entire campus area. Small conflicts have continued to occur throughout the history of the development of this campus. The nuances of conflict between the Unimal campus community and the surrounding gampong community are actually an extension of the vertical and horizontal conflicts that have existed in Aceh for a long time, between the government (central and regional) and the Free Aceh Movement. It is the main discussion in this book. Like the conflict between the residents of the gampong around the campus and Unimal, it has been ongoing and intertwined with the wider conflict, the Aceh conflict which has been going on for quite a long time since 1953 which has put Aceh into a territory that is rebelling against the Central Government. This peace agreement became the initial capital for creating new socio-political conditions in post-conflict Aceh and as a prerequisite for carrying out rehabilitation and reconstruction activities for the area after being hit by the tsunami disaster on December 26, 2004. Several stages in the peace process were successfully passed with generally quite positive results. even unexpectedly; demobilizing GAM and decommissioning its weapons; non-organic redeployment of TNI/POLRI; amnesty for GAM political prisoners; reintegration of former GAM members; the enactment of Law Number 11 of 2006 concerning the Government of Aceh; and the election of the head of the Aceh administration and local elections at the district and city levels throughout Aceh.
