Abstract

The problem of illegal labor smuggling is a serious problem. There are many things that must be reconsidered when a prospective worker wants to become a migrant worker. So that the presence of this research is to find out legal issues related to workers with illegal status which are balanced with workers with legal status as a form of comparison. This research was conducted using a method to facilitate and be able to support research interests. Where this research uses normative legal research. With this form of study using the statutory method, it is descriptive and analytical in nature and examines the meaning and intent of several sources of statutory regulations as well as the rules and standards used. By using secondary legal materials taken from several literacies such as journal articles and the thoughts of scholars as a basis for research and consideration in the analysis carried out by researchers. The method used for data collection in this study was library research, namely examining related library materials when conducting research. The results of the analysis stated that the lack of education and outreach related to legal and illegal status to the community was considered lacking. In addition, there is a lack of explanation why the process of obtaining legal status takes longer than that of workers with illegal status.

Abstract

The capital market is one of the instruments in investing. The Capital Market or what is commonly called the capital market can provide opportunities for the public to gain profits. However, the capital market also plays an active role in improving domestic economic conditions. Capital Market or capital market is an activity related to the public offering and trading of securities, public companies related to securities issued, as well as institutions and professions related to securities. The Capital Market or capital market acts as a liaison between investors and companies and government agencies through long-term trading of instruments such as bonds, stocks and others. According to Article 1 paragraph 13 of Law Number 8 of 1995 concerning Capital Markets, the definition of capital markets is activities related to public offerings and securities trading, public companies related to the securities they issue, as well as institutions and professions related to securities.

Abstract

There are four media that are the strategy of the Indonesian government in promoting its tourism within the framework of the 'Wonderful Indonesia' branding, namely online media, electronic media, print media and space media. This research looks at how the influence of the location of the Pertamina Mandalika Internasional street circuit has on the decision to visit Lombok via Lombok International Airport, NTB. As well as how much influence the location of the Pertamina International Street Circuit has on the decision to visit Lombok via Lombok International Airport, NTB. This research is a quantitative research, data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The population of this study were passengers using a sample of 100 respondents, with data collection techniques: surveys, literature studies, and instrument tests. The data analysis technique used: simple linear regression, T test, and the coefficient of determination, which was processed using SPSS version 22. The value (a) or a constant of 8.562 this value indicates that at the Pertamina Mandalika Internasional Street Circuit (X) Location it was worth 0 or not increases, then the Visit Decision (Y) will still be worth 8.562. the regression coefficient value (b) is 0.611 (positive) which shows a unidirectional effect, which means that if the Pertamina Mandalika International Street Circuit Location is increased by one unit, it will increase the Visit Decision by 0.611 units. With a sig value (0.000) ≤ (0.05), which means the location of the Pertamina Mandalika International Sreet Circuit has an influence on the interest in visiting Lombok through Lombok International Airport. The location of Pertamina Mandalika International Street Circuit contributes 62.6% to the interest in visiting Lombok through Lombok International Airport and the remaining 37.4% is influenced by other factors which are not summarized in this study. The results showed that the Pertamina Mandalika International Street Circuit location variable had a significant influence on the interest in visiting Lombok through Lombok International Airport, NTB.

Abstract

This research is motivated by PETI workers who experience economic problems in household life, where the income earned by PETI WORKERS is not sufficient for household needs. Where the average income of PETI workers is Rp. 1,000,000. per month, however, PETI workers continue to work even though work as PETI workers is at high risk, namely raids from the government. The problem in this research is that gold mining without a permit (PETI) is illegal and can also damage the environment. So that the apparatus conducts raids once a month, which are carried out a maximum of two weeks in a month. Therefore this study aims to describe the household survival strategies of unlicensed gold mining workers (PETI). The theory used in this research is Max Weber's social theory. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type to describe the problem under study. Retrieval of informants using purposive sampling with a total of 15 informants. There are two types of data in this study, namely primary data and secondary data. The research data was collected using observation techniques, interviews and document studies. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions using the unit of analysis in this individual study. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, it was found (1) that PETI labor is the main job in fulfilling the household economy of Jorong Sungai Aro. (2) There are 3 livelihood strategies for PETI workers. The first strategy is to optimize family potential, the form of family potential optimization strategy used by the Jorong Sungai Aro household is that the wife helps her husband work vegetables and children who sometimes during school holidays help the family by becoming working PETI. Second, the strategy of minimizing expenses with a priority scale is carried out by getting used to living frugally. The third is utilizing social networks by borrowing money from neighbors, paying at stalls or shops and so on. The strategy for utilizing social networks that is usually carried out by poor families is to borrow money from neighbors or family and borrow money from food stalls to buy basic foodstuffs.

Abstract

Basically an agreement is made based on negotiations by the parties, but using standard clauses. One of the default cases that occurred was decided by the Surabaya District Court at the First Level Court with case number 55/Pdt GS/2022/PN Sby. The lawsuit was filed because the Defendant, namely CV AL-FAYYADH, had defaulted on the Plaintiff who is an investor/financier. The method in this study uses normative juridical methods. defaults made by CV AL-FAYYADH did not carry out achievements in payment. The dispute resolution process between CV AL-FAYYADH and Investors used the negotiation route based on Article 6 paragraph (2) of Law Number 30 of 1999 concerning Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution by producing a new agreement or renegotiation and of course with a favorable agreement before going through the courts.

Abstract

As far as the author's observations while conducting pre-research at Husein Sastranegara International Airport in Bandung, the authors see that the lost and found service at Husein Sastranegara International Airport Bandung has deficiencies, namely in human resources (HR) there are only two officers per day. As the author observed, on November 9 2021, at the time of arrival of passengers, officers experienced difficulties dealing with passenger baggage problems, there were passengers who complained about problems with their missing luggage and there were also passengers who experienced luggage damage. The purpose of this study was to find out the services provided by Gapura Angkasa passasi officers in serving passengers to achieve passenger satisfaction. This research is expected to provide an overview for companies to determine the Effect of PT. Gapura Angkasa's Lost And Found Service Quality on Passenger Satisfaction at Husein Sastranegara International Airport Bandung. To further optimize and improve the services provided in order to prioritize passenger satisfaction. This study uses quantitative analysis methods to analyze the effect of the lost and found service quality of PT. Gapura Angkasa on passenger satisfaction at Husein Sastranegara Airport, Bandung. The population in this study were all passengers who used PT. Gapura Angkasa's lost and found service at Husein Sastranegara Airport, Bandung. The research sample used purposive sampling. The samples taken in this study were passengers using lost and found services based on age, occupation, and gender. The criteria for the respondents were passengers who used the lost and found service of PT. Gapura Angkasa Bandung Husein Sastranegara International Airport. The samples taken in this study were 50 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique uses an instrument quality test which consists of a validity test, a reliability test. And test the hypothesis using simple linear regression analysis, T test and the coefficient of determination. Based on the data analysis carried out, it was concluded that there is a significant influence between the variables x (Influence of facilities) and Y (Passenger satisfaction). This can be done through SPSS passenger satisfaction has increased 1%, then the variable influence of facilities will also increase by 0.181. The coefficient is positive, so that it can be stated that there is a relationship between the independent variable (Service Effect) and the dependent variable (Passenger Satisfaction) and the T count 10.904 T table 1.353 with a significant value of 0.000 0.05, it can be concluded that the hypothesis (Ho) rejected, and (H1) accepted. the R relationship is 0.879 on the effect of lost and found service quality, which means that 87.9 has an effect on lost and found service quality at Husein Sastranegara Airport, Bandung.

Abstract

The background of this research is based on the results of a preliminary study conducted by researchers at SMP Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli Idanoi. Problems were found, namely student learning outcomes in mathematics were still sufficient and students were less active in the learning process. The purpose of this research is to: Describe the results of learning Mathematics in the cognitive field using the Number Head Together model. This type of research is a quantitative research. The instrument used in this study was a test of student learning outcomes in the form of an essay test. The research data obtained was processed by describing the test results of the learning outcomes obtained from each student's answer sheet. The research results obtained: Based on the results of data analysis from the research that has been done, it can be concluded that: the results of learning mathematics in the cognitive field using the Number Head Together (NHT) learning model are very good categories of 46.8%, good categories of 40.7% , the adequate category is 9.4% and less is 3.1%. Overall, the results of learning Mathematics in the cognitive field of students reached the very good category, with an overall achievement of 87.5% being in the very good category.

Abstract

With the existence of a production sharing contract carried out by the Government with contractors, it is possible to realize equitable energy in Indonesia. Gross Split itself will not eliminate State control in controlling oil and gas. The urgency of applying the principle of good faith in production sharing contracts with the gross split system is very important, with the hope of creating justice for business actors, which is a reflection of the principle of good faith in production sharing contracts with the gross split system, which illustrates that the principle of good faith is very important. important in making agreements, and in making contracts or cooperation must be based on the good faith of both parties in achieving common goals. So it is hoped that the application of this principle in production sharing contracts will be able to have a good impact on the development of the investment world in Indonesia which is increasingly advanced, and avoid losses for both parties.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the world has had a major impact on the country's economy. Indonesia is one of many countries that are trying to restore economic conditions by holding government programs such as social assistance. However, the program was misused by Juliari P. Batubara as an official of the Minister of Social Affairs who committed the criminal act of corruption in aid funds for personal use. Therefore, these actions are very detrimental and must be held criminally accountable for the perpetrators in order to provide a deterrent effect. The results of this study are that the death penalty is appropriate for those who are not responsible for using social assistance funds belonging to underprivileged people. In the writing that we make, this writing is motivated by Pancasila and the Law. So have the authorities carried out the appropriate punishment for the perpetrators? This act has been regulated in Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Crimes. This research uses a normative method which is carried out by examining library materials or secondary data.

Abstract

General elections, hereinafter referred to as elections, have the means of popular sovereignty to elect members of the People's Representative Council, members of the Regional Representatives Council, President and Vice President, and to elect members of the Regional People's Representative Council which are carried out directly, publicly, freely, confidentially, honestly and fairly in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Any choice is very prone to various violations and even fraud. Indicators that show the reasons for this problem are not only in the organizers, but also in the behavior of competitors. The intended Indonesian citizens are the original Indonesian people/nation and people of other nations who are legalized by law as citizens. Any choice is very vulnerable to various violations and even cheating. One of the violations that we often face is the abuse of the right to vote. General elections are considered to be the earliest stage of various series of democratic constitutional life. Law Number 7 of the 2017 Election clarifies various criminal provisions against violations and/or fraud in the administration of elections. So that elections are the driving force behind the mechanism of the Indonesian political system. Until now, elections are still considered as an important state event. This is because elections involve all the people directly.
