Abstract

Security in general is always considered as a guarantee of safety. When there is a problem in a place, it is none other than the security or security forces in that place, like at an airport, security issues are handled by Aviation Security officers. The importance of the natural abilities and characteristics of Aviation Security employees greatly influences the smooth implementation of standard operating procedures which one day will be needed when unexpected problems occur and not only for problems but the natural abilities and characteristics of Aviation Security employees play an important role for the comfort of the services provided for passengers or users of the airport. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of the natural abilities of individual Aviation Security employees in implementing Standard Operating Procedures and the role of the Characteristics of Aviation Security employees in implementing SOPs. This study uses a qualitative method of sampling purposively and snowball, triangulation research technique. The results of Intellectual avation security research in implementing standard operating procedures as research has carried out show that the potential possessed by Aviation Security employees is very influential in providing services to users of aviation services, members or Aviation Security personnel who have intellectual abilities such as having smart minds can carry out security and safety at the airport as best as possible, can detect the movements of a person, be it a flight service user or an employee at the Lombok International airport. Aviation Security personnel must have the courage to take decisive action in dealing with unruly passangers or service users who do not comply with applicable regulations for the safety of service users at the airport and on the basis of operational standards that apply at Lombok International Airport.

Abstract

Education will give a child's character and personality which is carried to adulthood. Implementation of education can be used with various methods where one of them is the method of giving rewards (award) and punishment (punishment). However, the imposition of this punishment is now often used as a debate among the community because some people think that the imposition of punishment violates children's rights. The child protection law, which was supposed to function to protect children, has become a weapon that can undermine the teacher's role and duties as an educator. It is appropriate that there is a convergence of the punishment method in education and child protection laws so that teachers can still carry out their educational roles and tasks properly without feeling intimidated by the applicable laws. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the convergence of punishment methods in education and child protection laws. The method used is a qualitative method with a literature review and comparative study approach. The results of the research show that both teachers and students actually have a legal umbrella that regulates the rights and obligations of each. However, regulations that protect teachers are still considered blunt and have not been able to provide full protection for teachers. Therefore, it is necessary to converge the punishment method in education and child protection laws so that teachers do not bear the bad consequences of disciplining students by giving punishment.

Abstract

This writing aims to discuss trademark disputes between Gudang Garam and Gudang Baru regarding image names and logos. The problem that arises is a dispute over the brand name and image displayed on the new Warehouse product. Indonesian law regulates two ways to deal with Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) issues, either through a judicial process (litigation) or through a process outside the court (non-litigation). Laws relating specifically to intellectual property rights, viz. HaKi. Brand Law No. 20 of 2016, regulates trademark protection. What is studied in this study is related to the settlement of rights in trademark disputes between Gudang Garam and Gudang Baru, and on the other hand with substantive and legal considerations of judges in trademark disputes between Gudang Garam and Gudang Garam. New. The author of this study will examine in detail the trademark dispute between Gudang Garam and Gudang Baru.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain that the waiting room infrastructure at Yogyakarta International Airport is able to facilitate the needs of passengers while in the airport ground area. In addition, facilities that accommodate the needs of passengers are able to create an impression of good feedback so that the airport can improve the quality of airport services. Apart from that, it is also useful with the impact of the spread of economic activities that can be influenced by the existence of Kulon Progo which is close to Glagah Beach, this triggers ecotourism and introduces tourism that is close to Yogyakarta International Uda Airport. The availability of transportation facilities and infrastructure also adds to the primary network of the economy. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques used to find data by using a system or method of interviews, observation and documentation. Public services and airport facilities are one unit in achieving passenger satisfaction in the airport area. With a building structure that is typical of Yogyakarta custom, therefore it can be a characteristic of Yogyakarta's cultural diversity, becoming iconic or the center of attention for souvenirs. The results of the research are based on the results of interviews and observations of objects that have a positive impression or the Yogyakarta International Airport facilities really support operational activities in the waiting room. In addition, the results of the observations that the researchers made were that the waiting room facilities had good availability and infrastructure.

Abstract

Students of Islamic economics should be taught the English language with the goal of equipping them with the abilities necessary to successfully complete duties both in the classroom and in the workplace via this instruction. This study has a dual objective: first, to investigate the perspectives of both students and lecturers regarding the types of English language skills required for a major in Islamic Economics; and second, to determine whether the current English for Specific Purposes (ESP) course being offered is pertinent to what the students really require. The participants in this qualitative descriptive study included three lecturers and 219 students who were enrolled in the third and fifth semesters of the Islamic Economics Study Program at an Indonesian State Islamic University. The study was carried out by researchers using qualitative research methods. Two different methods were used to collect the data: an online survey that was broken up into two sections (one to investigate information related to the demographics of the student participants, and the other to investigate their perceived language skill needs), and an interview with the participants of the study who were lecturers. According to the findings, the instructors and the students do not have the same notions about the necessary linguistic abilities. The majority of students believed that the ability to speak and write were more essential than any other language abilities; nevertheless, the instructors placed greater emphasis on the ability to read and use proper grammar. This study recommends that the existing ESP syllabus be redesigned to meet the students’ needs.

Abstract

Labor in Indonesia is regulated by Labor Law no. 13 of 2003. Problems that arise in the world of work are usually caused by a less harmonious relationship between employers/employers and workers/employees. With this digitization, the company in question is taking efficiency measures, so that the company can take steps to lay off employees. Efficiency here means limiting the use of resources in the processes used by companies within their respective companies. The author uses the method of normative legal documents. In this method, the use of legal norms becomes the subject of study, and law is studied normatively by looking at it from an internal perspective. Protection of workers' rights, namely the implementation of wages that must be paid to the employer at the time of dismissal. The right in the form of compensation is divided into three parts including severance pay, gratuity pay and compensation for other rights obtained by workers/employees.

Abstract

Bankruptcy according to Article 1 point 1 of the Bankruptcy Law No. 37 of 2004 is a general confiscation of all the assets of the Bankrupt Debtor which management and settlement are carried out by the Curator under the supervision of the Supervisory Judge as stipulated in this Law. The Bankruptcy and PKPU Laws have a wider reach both in terms of norms, scope of material, and the process of settling debts. This wider reach is necessary due to the emergence of legal developments and needs in society. PT Istaka Karya has been declared bankrupt by the Central Jakarta District Court. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to implement Law No. 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and PKPU in the bankruptcy case of PT Istaka Karya and whose authority has the right to bankrupt a State-Owned Enterprise. The reason for the bankruptcy of PT Istaka Karya is because it is unable to fulfill its obligations due at the end of 2021 on the Peace Decision Number 23/PKPU/2012/PN Niaga Central Jakarta dated January 22 2013 in accordance with the cancellation of homologation.

Abstract

This research focuses on the role of digital citizenship activities in preserving national culture. The purpose of this study is to find out digital citizenship on cultural preservation, what factors make this Indonesian nation's culture fade and how to preserve it. This research uses a survey method (survey research) with a descriptive design. This data collection method is done by distributing questionnaires. Participants in this study were students of the Indonesian University of Education and the general public. The results of this study indicate that the role of social media networks is very important to preserve the nation's culture.

Abstract

The problems in this study are educators who have not used the mathematics learning module in the teaching and learning process and the low learning outcomes of students because of the lack of students' ability to construct the knowledge they acquire. The objectives of this research are: to know the feasibility of learning modules, to know practicality, to know the effectiveness of problem-based learning-based learning modules in the material for class XI SMAK Arastamar Lotu lines and sequences in the learning process. This research is a development research using the ADDIE development model which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The instrument used is a validation questionnaire which includes aspects of content feasibility, presentation feasibility, and design feasibility, student response questionnaires and learning achievement tests. Research result; (1) module content validity reached an average percentage of 94.84% (very feasible), language validity achieved an average percentage of 100% with very feasible criteria, design validity achieved an average percentage of 95% with very feasible criteria. (2) the practicality of the module based on the corporate test reached a percentage of 95.65% with very practical criteria, small group tests reached a percentage of 91.95% with very practical criteria, field tests reached a percentage of 91.68% with very practical criteria, (3) effectiveness the module reaches a percentage of 90% with very effective criteria.

Abstract

This journal aims to analyze the effectiveness of DKI Governor Regulation No. 31 of 2019 concerning Development and Revitalization of Water Resources Infrastructure in an Integrated with the Naturalization Concept of Rivers in the Jakarta Area. This journal analyzes the concept of water naturalization as a solution to restore river water quality in Jakarta. In addition, this journal also analyzes how this Pergub can overcome problems related to the restoration of river water quality in Jakarta. The results of this journal show that this Pergub is effective in improving the quality of river water in Jakarta by applying the concept of water naturalization.
