Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to determine the role of the family in shaping the character of broken home children in Wanath Hamlet, Kec. Leihitu Kab. Central Moluccas. This research was conducted in Wanath Hamlet, Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency. Primary data collection was carried out through interviews with a number of informants who were considered to be directly involved. Based on the results of interviews conducted by researchers, it was revealed that most of the children who were in a broken home family situation had negative characters, one of which was being a child who liked to fight when ordered, did not listen when his parents advised him, but some of them who like to help their parents when their parents are sick. The activities of the children in Wanath Waisane Hamlet are not far from helping their parents at home, both boys and girls. If men help by adding water and for women cooking and cleaning the house. , in this case it becomes a separate task for the family in shaping the character of the child to be even better. Therefore, the family's efforts, in this case the parents of broken home children, by giving advice to their children and also applying rules that can make children their children get better or even limit their children's association. In addition to the efforts that have been made by the family, of course there must be obstacles to lack of communication, cell phones and also environmental factors of friendship, for example, but the rules and advice that are carried out by parents do not rule out the possibility of being a supporting factor for the role of parents of broken home kids.

Abstract

Some time ago there was a dispute between the skincare brands MS Glow and PS Glow. In this dispute, the thing that is disputed is the similarity of the brands of the two products. According to Law No. 20 of 2016 article 1, a mark is a sign that can be displayed graphically in the form of an image, logo, word name, letter, number, color arrangement in the form of 2. (two) dimensions and/or 3 (three) dimensions, sound, hologram, or a combination of 2 (two) or more of these elements to differentiate goods and/or services produced by persons or legal entities in the activity of trading goods and/or services. Furthermore, the article also mentions the matter of trademarks. A trademark is a brand that is used on goods that are traded by a person or several people together or a legal entity to differentiate them from similar goods. Collective Mark is a mark used for trading activities of goods and/or services with the same characteristics which are traded by several persons or legal entities together to differentiate goods and/or services of other types. Trademark rights are a form of IPR protection in which the brand owner registered are given an exclusive right to use their own mark that has been registered for trading activities of goods and/or services, or give permission to other parties to use the mark in question by means of a license. Trademark rights are regulated in Law NO. 20 of 2016 concerning brands and geographical indications.

Abstract

Transportation has an important and strategic role in implementing the archipelago concept and in strengthening relations between nations. Methods and tools for creating customer satisfaction using this marketing mix refers to customer retention as an obligation to buy or reuse a product or service. with Super Air Jet airlines. The survey method is a quantitative method by collecting a sample of 100 respondents by distributing surveys via Google Forms using data collection technology. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the marketing mix of its Superair jets at international airports and its effect on customer loyalty. Soekarno Hatta. The results of this study concluded that the marketing mix variable has value. From this it can be concluded that H1 is accepted or rejected as the marketing mix variable (Y) which affects customer loyalty. Several respondents agreed and specifically agreed with the survey results. Superjet physical signs such as: B. Automatic check-in facilitates passenger check-in. The market mix produces a positive coefficient of determination with an R-squared value of 0.771. From these results, there is an influence of marketing mix variables on customer loyalty of super air jet airlines of 58.9%.

Abstract

The background of this research is the researcher's observations about the learning process and learning outcomes that occur at UPTD SMPN 1 Gunungsitoli Idanoi. This study intends to obtain information or a clear picture of how the learning process is carried out in this school with the learning outcomes achieved by class VIII students. This type of research is a qualitative research using a descriptive approach research method. The research population was all students of class VIII which consisted of seven classes with twenty students in each class. Data was collected through interviews, documentation, observation of the learning process. Then, it is analyzed by the percentage of the learning process and learning outcomes presented in tabular form. The data analysis used consisted of data collection, data presentation, data triangulation, and conclusions. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the average percentage of observations of the learning process is 74.01% which is quite good with an average learning result of 73.98 which is quite satisfactory.

Abstract

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia is a high state institution in the Indonesian constitutional system which is the holder of judicial authority together with the Supreme Court. In the dismissal of the Constitutional Court Judges it is very urgent to decide because it relates to the independence of the Constitutional Court Judges. The longer the case, the political pressure from the DPR as a fellow state high institution will result in the instability of the legal system in Indonesia. Moreover, at this time the DPR has confirmed that it will not annul the replacement of Constitutional Justice Aswanto, so it is important that the DPR's actions be immediately tried by the judicial authority, in casu the Constitutional Court. The formulation of the problem in this study is what is the authority of the DPR in removing Constitutional Court judges? This study uses normative research with descriptive research specifications. The province's request for an examination is very priority and also so that the Court suspends all actions aimed at replacing a serving Constitutional Justice in a manner or procedure outside of the provisions in Article 23 of the Constitutional Court Law, and it is also not justified to issue a stipulation that legalizes the action as the applicant requested in the petitum provision. The petition of the applicant is based on strong reasons which are non-nobis solum sed omnibus (not for us alone, but for everyone), because the independence of the MK as guardian of constitutional rights is at stake.

Abstract

Financial statements are important information needed by investors, creditors, analysts and certain parties which are used as a basis for investing in an asset. However, fraud is often found in financial reports. PT. Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk is an example in cases of financial report manipulation practices. The method used in this research is descriptive, in which this research uses a type of research that produces descriptive data or results in the form of written or spoken words from the object of observation. The results of this study concluded that PT. Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk has resulted in losses to investors and the OJK as a regulator has imposed administrative sanctions, suspended assets and revoked business licenses

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to find out how the legal protection of employment law relates to the granting of leave in accordance with applicable regulations. This type of written research method is qualitative in nature with the type of document. Qualitative research is a type of research whose results are not based on statistics or other calculations. Work is one of the efforts of humans as social beings to fulfill their basic needs. Legal protection for workers is needed considering that the government often ignores equality and fairness in the workplace. Legal protection for maternity leave for pregnant employees from several companies which is regulated in the employment contract, ie. the right to maternity leave and payment for maternity leave. In addition, based on the research results it is also known that in several companies the company's responsibility for maternity leave rights includes granting maternity rights. With the right to maternity leave, pregnant workers do not have to work shifts and pay during maternity leave. From an Islamic point of view, the aqad or contract that a company makes with its employees fulfills the principle of the contract. Because according to the clause that has been agreed before. However, there are still several rights that have not been fulfilled under Article 83 of the Labor Law No. 13 of 2003, namely granting the right to breastfeed a child if it has to be done during working hours.

Abstract

Motorized vehicles are one of the forms of transportation that are needed by Indonesian people to carry out their daily activities. The development of motorized vehicles in circulation will also make traffic conditions more congested. Motor vehicle insurance is insurance for losses in which there is no specific regulation in the Commercial Code (KUHD). All general general insurance provisions in the Criminal Code apply to motor vehicle insurance. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with an empirical juridical approach. Insurance law is an object of civil law, if it is concluded that unless specified in the Commercial Law Code (KUHD) as a special provision as an agreement. An insurance agreement is an agreement in which one party (guarantor) agrees to bear the risk of an event where the event cannot be determined. On this basis the other party (the insured) is threatened and has an agreed interest in the occurrence of the insured event. The insurer will pay the insured in the form of money or other benefits that have financial value. Insurance in the Criminal Code shows that there is a scope arrangement that focuses on fire insurance, while there are various other types of insurance that also require regulation. From what has been discussed above, it can be concluded that the insurance business as an institution that collects funds belonging to the public runs its business adhering to sound business principles and is responsible for the arrangements ordered by the government and also accountability is carried out by issuing insurance policies that have been agreed upon jointly by the insured and the insurer as well as the premium payment by the insured to the insurer so that there is a transfer of risks arising between the rights and obligations between the two.

Abstract

Customer Service is any activity that is intended or intended to provide customer satisfaction, through services that can fulfill the desires and needs of customers. Sign facilities are signs or information that are placed or installed at airport terminals, made clear, easy to understand and function to explain or provide instructions, warnings, regulations, prohibitions and orders for all users or service users at the airport. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence the performance of Customer Service and Sign placement has on the level of passenger satisfaction at Zainuddin Abdul Majid International Airport. This study uses quantitative data. The data used in this study were taken from primary data based on questionnaires distributed to passengers at Zainuddin Abdul Majid International Airport from August to October 2022. With a total of 150 people, the data analysis technique used was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test , F Test and Coefficient of Determination. The results showed that H1 was rejected and H2 was accepted, which means that the calculation results of the F test showed the calculated F value = 0.829181 ftable value = 0.737812. It is very clear that H1 and H2 are accepted. The T test shows a significant value of the X1 variable to the Y variable, namely = 0.003244 Less than the threshold value Significance = 0.05 means that Customer Service Performance has a significant effect on Passenger satisfaction and a significant value of the Variable X2 to Variable Y, namely = 0.040887 Smaller than the threshold value. Significance = 0.05 means that the Placement of Sign Facilities has a significant effect on Passenger satisfaction. The results of the Coefficient of Determination test which shows how much the X1 variable is Customer Service performance and the X2 variable is the placement of Sign Facilities on the Y variable passenger satisfaction is known to be a determination coefficient of 78.7%, which means that the X1 variable is Customer Service performance and the X2 variable is the placement of Sign Facilities. Y variable is passenger satisfaction. contributed 78.7% to the Y variable of passenger satisfaction with a Correlation Value = 0.92087 (Very Strong).

Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) To improve the learning outcomes of regional creative dances by using audio-visual media in class IV students at SD Negeri 2 Pangenjurutengah Purworejo. (2) To improve students' cognitive aspects by using audio-visual media in class IV students at SD Negeri 2 Pangenjurutengah Purworejo, and (3) To improve students' psychomotor aspects by using audio-visual media in class IV students at SD Negeri 2 Pangenjurutengah Purworejo. This research is a Classroom Action Research conducted in 2 cycles. The subjects in this study were all fourth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Pangenjurutengah Purworejo, totaling 24 students. Data collection techniques using observation, tests and documentation. The instruments used were observation sheets of cognitive aspects and psychomotor aspects and test items to measure students' learning outcomes. Data analysis using percentages and averages. The results of the study showed that (1) there was an increase in the results of observations on students' cognitive aspects in learning regional creative dance with the application of audio-visual media. The percentage of student completeness from cycle I was 79.17%. The percentage of completeness in cycle II increased after improvements were made to reach 91.67%. This result has reached the specified success indicator, namely 75%. (2) There is an increase in observations on the psychomotor aspects of students in learning dance creations in the entrance area with the application of audio-visual media. The percentage of student completeness from cycle I was 62.50%. The percentage of completeness in the cognitive aspects of students in cycle II increased after improvements in learning were made. reached 95.83%. (3) there is an increase in the average learning outcomes in learning through audio-visual media which has increased, namely in the pre-cycle the total value average is 71.79% and then it increases in cycle I, namely the total value average is 77.42% and then increases again in cycle two, namely the total average value of 81.63%. The increase in completeness in learning outcomes, namely in the pre-cycle mastery of students by 37.50%, then increased in cycle I, namely 75%, and increased again in cycle II, which was 100% of all existing students after there was an improvement in the learning carried out. That way these results have met the specified indicators.
