<![CDATA[Background: Autism or ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) is a range of conditions characterized by some degree of impaired social behavior, communication and language, and a narrow range of interests and activities that are unique to the individual and performed repetitively. The majority of the phenomenon of maternal stress is higher than paternal stress. The purpose of this study was to explore more deeply the experiences of mothers who have children with autism in SLB Negeri Jepara. Methods: This study used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The informants of this study are mothers who have children with autism. The selection of informants was carried out using purposive sampling technique (nonprobability sampling). The data collection technique used is in-depth interviews and data collection tools used such as interview guideline formats, notebooks, pens and other supporting tools such as cellphones as recording devices during interviews. Results: The results of this study are in accordance with the themes that the researcher has identified. According to the participants, it was not easy to immediately accept the child's condition when diagnosed with autism, so they experienced a variety of feelings, participants also made efforts to seek treatment for the child, during the process of caring for the child, participants said that the child had special care and some received social support. Conclusion: In this study it can be seen that there are four corresponding themes in the results. However, the four themes are less varied, so further research needs to be done on the experiences of mothers who have children with autism by developing these themes. autism]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to prove the influence of Dividend Policy and earnings per Share (EPS) on Company Value in Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2016 to 2020. The type of data in this research process is quantitative where the data is obtained from financial reports. The population used in this research was 7 companies multiplied by 5 years, namely 35 observations. In this research, the method used is panel data regression, using the Chow test, Hausman test, and Lagrange test Multiplier and Common models Effect is the best model to use in this research. The research results show that the Dividend Policy (X1) does not have a significant effect on company value partially on Company Value (Y) and the Earning Per Share (EPS) variable has a partially significant positive effect on Company Value (Y). Company value is the company's performance as reflected by the share price which is formed by demand and supply in the capital market which reflects the public's assessment of the company's performance.]]>

<![CDATA[The study aims to analyze the influence of Application System E-Filing against obedience must tax with socialization taxation and understanding the internet as variable moderation. research data was obtained from a questionnaire (primary) distributed to Must North Sumatra I Medan DJP Tax with the use method of convenience sampling. Population study is must personal Tax North Sumatra I Medan DJP. Sample used in research this as many as 50 respondents. The questionnaire was tested using a validity test and a reliability test before the research. Test assumptions classic used are the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and linearity test. The hypothesis test used is simple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis. Research results show that implementation of system E-Filing has an effect significant to obedience must tax, socialization taxation strengthens the application of system e-filing to obedience must tax, and internet understanding strengthens the application of system E-Filing against obedience must tax.]]>

<![CDATA[The main objective of this research is to determine the role of turnover intention in mediating the adaptation of green culture on the work productivity of lecturers at private universities in Medan City. The approach in this research is quantitative. The population comes from 5 private universities in Medan City, totaling 728 students. The sampling technique used cluster sampling, where 258 educational staff were used as research samples. The data analysis technique for this research uses statistical analysis, namely the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM), which aims to carry out path analysis with latent variables. The results of data analysis show that the adaptation of green culture directly has a significant effect on employee work productivity. Then, turnover intention hurts employee work productivity. Finally, indirect turnover intention does not significantly mediate the adaptation of green culture on employee work productivity. The implications of the findings in this research show that green cultural adaptation currently needs to be carried out by private universities. The provision of green open space and green cultural values at the private higher education level in Medan City has yet to be consistently and sustainably implemented.]]>

<![CDATA[The era of rapidly developing scientific and technological progress has opened up opportunities for international communication through English. The study was conducted to analyze the potential of elementary school students in English skills in Klambir Lima Kebun Village. Realizing this reality, the "Bengkel Inggris" program is offered to be one of the solutions. The program further investigates the causes of their difficulties in English. In addition, the " Bengkel Inggris " program is not only a place to learn English but also a place for consultation about English. As a result, there was an increase in both classes as seen from the scores on the pre-test, cycle 1 test and cycle 2 test. In the basic English class, the scores are 65, 73.5 and 89.5 while in the intermediate English class the scores are 65.83, 73 and 88.75. Therefore, it was concluded that English Workshop is a program to improve the English learning achievement of elementary school children in Klambir Lima Kebun.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the writing skills that must be mastered by intellectuals is writing scientific papers. The Indonesian curriculum covers all language skills, including writing. The curriculum is described in the Competency Standards and Basic Competencies (SK and KD) from elementary to high school levels. This study aims to determine the ability of students in class XII MIA 4 SMA Panca Budi in writing scientific papers that will be useful for continuing their education to the university level. This research was conducted as a solution offer that would guide these students to write using an approach, namely "Process Approach". The results showed a significant increase in the ability to write scientific papers. This is proven by the movement of students' average writing scores from 63.10 during the pre-test, to 73.13 during the test in cycle 1 and increased again to 88.82 in the test in cycle 2. In other words, the process approach has been proven to be able to improve the ability to write scientific papers of students, especially students of grade XII MIA 4 SMA Panca Budi.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this community research is to increase community understanding of the concept of trading goods in the domestic market through the digital economy so that there is an increase in income to the community in Kota Pari Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The specific target of this community research is that the village community knows the concept of trading goods in the domestic market and the digital economy, for example in the traditional market closest to the settlement and the village area markets, and how the trade can expand its marketing network. The materials to be presented in this research are: Domestic market goods trading and the digital economy are related to increasing community income through community knowledge and skills related to the prices of agricultural products and home industry business products that will be traded throughout the village and urban areas. From this research, it is hoped that the community in Kota Pari Village, Pantai Cermin Subdistrict, Serdang Bedagai Regency, can know and understand the impact of domestic market trade in goods, such as the selling price of agricultural products, home industry business products, or other business products to increase the community's income.]]>
