Abstract

Employee work problems are things that deserve special attention by members of the organization. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job training, transformational and compensation, either simultaneously or partially. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis method. The population in this study were all employees obtained as many as 139 people the sampling technique used the Slovin formula to obtain as many as 92 people as the research sample test. The data analysis technique used F-Test, T-Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. From the results of data processing, it is known that the transformational leadership variable (X1) partially has a significant and positive effect on the work productivity of PT. Vivo Elektronika Cb employees. Plaza Medan Fair. The work variable (X2) partially has a significant and positive effect on the work productivity of PT. Vivo Elektronika Cb employees. Plaza Medan Fair. The compensation variable (X3) partially has a significant and positive effect on the work productivity of PT. Vivo Elektronika Cb employees. Plaza Medan Fair. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh strategi pemasaran, pelayanan dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket pesawat terbang pada PT Duta Megah Wisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis data kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan data primer yang langsung dari perusahaan dan data sekunder yang menggunakan literatur buku dan jurnal. Populasi ialah konsumenPT Duta Megah Wisata berjumlah 133 penelitian dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Uji Asumsi klasik diperlukan agar analisis data regresi linier berganda tidak bias. Hasil penelitian yang menjadi kesimpulan adalah strategi pemasaran berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket pesawat terbang pada PT Duta Megah Wisata. Pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket pesawat terbang pada PT Duta Megah Wisata. Harga berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket pesawat terbang pada PT Duta Megah Wisata. Strategi pemasaran, pelayanan dan harga berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket pesawat terbang Pada PT Duta Megah Wisata. Kata Kunci :strategi pemasaran, pelayanan, harga dan keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Objek penelitian ini adalah PT. Berlian Transtar Abadi Medan yangmerupakan perusahaan jasa ekspedisi muatan kapal laut. Penelitian ini dilakukanuntuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kompetensi kerjaterhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara parsial dan secara simultan. Model penelitianmenggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakanpendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan sifat penelitianexplanatory. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 104 karyawan. Teknik pengambilandengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05). Secara parsial, disiplin kerja (nilai thitungdisiplin kerja sebesar 4,532 > ttabel 1,98373 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 <0,05) dan kompetensi kerja (nilai thitung kompetensi kerja sebesar 4,052 > ttabel1,98373 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0.05) berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan23,9% dari variasi variabel dependen kinerja karyawan yang dapat dijelaskan olehvariabel independen disiplin kerja dan kompetensi kerja sedangkan sisanya sebesar76,1% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak digunakan pada penelitian ini sepertimotivasi kerja, kompensasi, dan sebagainya.

Abstract

Human resources become the main role in every activity of a company. Although the company has a good infrastructure and facilities but without the support of human resources that are better than the activities of the company will not run properly and is difficult to achieve company goals. This study aims analyze the influence of Leadership Style, Motivation and Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Sumo Internusa Indonesia. Leadership style still can encourage or motivate the employees to work more actively, effectively, efficiently and optimally. Lack of motivation of employees in the company are visible from at least giving a salary increase, a promotion, giving an increase in incentives as well as the rise of the craft of money. Employees have less work discipline of the presence of employees’ delay. The performance of the employees looks of not achieving the target company. Research methods conducted is quantitative. The number of population and sample in this study a total of 62 employees. The simultaneous and partial leadership style, motivation and the discipline has positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Sumo Internusa Indonesia. Useful suggestions are the correct style of leadership that is able to motivate employees. Increase motivation, especially the salary increase. Improve the discipline by providing clear rules and sanctions in accordance with the degree of violation of the employee.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Panjiwira Surya Mandiri Medan. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Panjiwira Surya Mandiri Medan.This research approach is based on a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 82 employees and the number of samples in the study were 82 employees. The sampling technique used was census sampling. The test uses a linear regression analysis. The conclusion in this study is that Leadership, Motivation and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Panjiwira Surya Mandiri Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of doing this research is to determine the reduction in purchasing decisions that exist at PT. Astra International, Tbk Gatot Subroto Medan Auto 2000 branch caused by Price, Lifestyle and Quality of Service. The theory to support research is the theory according to experts related to Price, Lifestyle and Quality of Service. 1327 consumers used as population andThe sample in this study amounted to 93 customersout of 30 respondents to do the validity test. The results showed that price, lifestyle and service quality simultaneously and partially had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT. Astra International, Tbk, Auto 2000 Gatot Subroto Medan branch with a determination coefficient of 22.6% and the remaining 77.4% is the influence of other independent variables not examined in this study such as financial compensation, etc.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effects of Product Quality, Distribution Channels and Customer Satisfaction on the TOA Paint Purchase Decision at PT Medan Warna Abadi. The decline in purchasing decisions can be seen from not achieving sales targets. The product quality has decreased, which has triggered customer complaints. Distribution channels that are not optimal. Decreased customer satisfaction. The approach in this research is a quantitative approach. In this study, researchers used quantitative descriptive research methods. The total population of 149 customers and the sample in this study were all customers as many as 109 employees and used a sample collection technique, namely saturated sampling. The analyst method uses validity and reliability testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the calculation of the partial hypothesis testing Product Quality, Distribution Channels and Customer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the TOA Paint Purchase Decision at PT Medan Warna Abadi and simultaneously Product Quality, Distribution Channels and Customer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the TOA Paint Purchase Decision at PT Medan Warna Abadi

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, communication, and motivation on employee performance at PT. Tjipta Rimba Djaja. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study were all employees who work at PT. Tjipta Rimba Djaja, totaling 205 people. Due to the large number of population, the sampling technique will be reduced by using the Slovin formula with an error tolerance level of 5% so that there are 136 respondents. In the study which will be distributed with questionnaires measured by a Likert scale. The data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination as well as simultaneous test and partial test. The results showed that leadership, communication, and motivation partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. TjiptaRimbaDjaja. Based on the results of this study, the implications for management are to further improve leadership, improve a better communication, imporve the motivation.

This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study were all employees who worked at PT. Medisafe Technologies as many as 211 employees. Due to the large number of population, the sampling technique will be reduced by using the Slovin formula with an error tolerance level of 5% so that there are 138 respondents. In the study which will be distributed with questionnaires measured by a Likert scale. The data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination as well as simultaneous test and partial test. The results showed that leadership, work environment, and employee career development partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work achievement at PT. Medisafe Technologies Medan. Based on the results of this study, the implications for management are to further improve leadership, improve a better work environment, update the employee career development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, discipline, and competency on employee satisfaction at Bank BTN Medan. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study were all employees who worked at Bank BTN as many as 385 employees. Due to the large number of population, the sampling technique will be reduced by using the Slovin formula with an error tolerance level of 5% so that there are 196 respondents. In the study which will be distributed with questionnaires measured by a Likert scale. The data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination as well as simultaneous test and partial test. The results showed that motivation, discipline, and competency partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction at Bank BTN Medan. Based on the results of this study, the implications for management are to further improve motivation, improve a better discipline, update the competency.
