Abstract

The present study explores the revolutionary effects of chatbots on consumer interaction and satisfaction in the rapidly developing field of online marketing in Indonesia. Using a mixed-methods research design that includes both qualitative and quantitative interviewing, this study investigates the various ways in which chatbots impact both consumers and companies. The quantitative data shows a substantial correlation between the use of chatbots and higher levels of customer satisfaction, with a sizable percentage of respondents preferring the speed and convenience of chatbot interactions. Qualitative insights shed light on the reasons behind companies' adoption of chatbots as well as the difficulties encountered in their deployment. Overall, this study highlights how important chatbots are to creating satisfying consumer experiences in Indonesia's online marketing industry and provides insightful information for companies looking to maximize their customer engagement tactics.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effect of repurchase intention on the millennial generation through e-word of mouth (e-WOM) as an intervention variable on e-satisfaction and e-trust in Bukalapak e-commerce. This study used quantitative approach and survey method using online questionnaire. The sample used was 185 respondents who were millennial generation users of Bukalapak. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of Partial Least Squares (PLS) software. The results showed that e-WOM has a significant positive influence on repurchase intent, e-satisfaction, and e-trust. In addition, repurchase intent also has a significant positive influence on e-satisfaction and e-trust. These findings suggest that e-WOM can be used as a strategy to increase repurchase intent, e-satisfaction, and e-trust in Bukalapak e-commerce. Therefore, Bukalapak needs to pay attention to and improve the quality of e-WOM that appears on their platform, as well as improve the quality of service and customer experience to strengthen customers' repurchase intent, e-satisfaction, and e-trust in the future.

Abstract

Publikasi ilmiah menawarkan beragam manfaat untuk mahasiswa. Publikasi dapat mengasah kemampuan argumentasi serta memperdalam Pemahaman di Bidang Ilmu tertentu. Untuk itu, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Ilmu Sosial Universitas Sultan Syarif Kasim menggelar kegiatan workshop penulisan artikel ilmiah bagi mahasiswa dengan menghadirkan narasumber dari Institut Bisnis dan Teknologi Pelita Indonesia. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini terdiri dari tahapan perencanaan materi, tahapan pelatihan (penyampaian materi workshop) dan evaluasi penyampaian materi terhadap mahasiswa. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 60 orang peserta. Kegiatan berjalan kondusif dan peserta sangat antusias mengikuti kegitan dan bertanya selama sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab. Kegiatan workshop yang akan datang sebaiknya mensyaratkan agar seluruh peserta telah memiliki draft artikel sehingga bisa langsung direview dan direvisi. Artikel yang lolos proses review sebaiknya tetap didampingi sampai dengan publish sehingga dapat diakumulasi sebagai output dari hasil pendampingan pelatihan.

Abstract

Sistem Manajemen Transpostasi merupakan salah satu faktor kunci yang terbukti dibutuhkan dalam pengelolaan transportasi masa depan. Perancangan transportasi di new era tidak bisa hanya mengandalkan satu bidang keilmuan saja. Perlu dilakukan kolaborasi antar bidang jika manajemen transportasi ingin maju. Untuk mengakomodasi pentingnya kolaborasi berbagai bidang ilmu dalam mengatasi masalah transportasi di era masa depan, maka Universitas Muhammadiyah Riau, menginisiasi kerjasama dengan Institut Bisnis dan Teknologi Pelita Indonesia dan PT. Agung Automall Toyota untuk memberikan sosialiasi dan seminar bagi mahasiswa Mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Riau Program Studi Mesin Otomotif dalam bentuk kuliah Umum dengan tema “New Era of Transportation”. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini terdiri dari tahapan perencanaan materi, tahapan sosialisasi dan tanya jawab serta evaluasi penyampaian materi terhadap peserta. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 55 orang peserta. Kegiatan berjalan kondusif dan peserta sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan dan bertanya selama sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab. Sistem manajemen transportasi yang direncanakan dimasa depan hendaknya mempertimbangkan beberapa faktor diantaranya karakteristik permintaan, tata guna lahan,syarat yang terdapat di suatu daerah serta memaksimalkan peralihan kepada kendaraan listrik.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a considirable impact on education in Indonesia. The implementation of learning that was originally offline changed to online and caused various problems in its implementation. As happened in SD Negeri 180 Pekanbaru, where teachers are less adept at utilizing the various learning platforms available so only use the WhatsApp application only. In this devotion, the practitioner uses Edmodo for student learning assistance to be more attractive and effective, because in the application of edmodo features are provided more fully such as the creation of problem banks, video conferences, classrooms, and many other features that can support teaching and learning activities. The devotional team also teaches teachers to operate Edmodo for teaching and learning activities so as not to just fixate with the WhatsApp application. The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of the use of Edmodo in distance learning or online in SD Negeri 180 Pekanbaru. This devotion uses the method of analysis of precisely kulalitative data case studies by utilizing strategic alignment model (SAM) literature. The results of this devotion show that students feel happy about the implementation of online learning using Edmodo. Keyword: Covid-19, Edmodo, SAM Literatur

Abstract

Pelatihan teknis penggunaan aplikasi Mentimeter dengan kecerdasan buatan (AI) untuk para dosen pemula ialah langkah yang diambil untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi menjadi lebih interaktif dan inovatif. Di era pendidikan digital, aplikasi AI seperti Mentimeter menjadi alat yang efektif untuk mendukung pembelajaran yang berfokus pada partisipasi siswa. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi metode dan manfaat dari pelatihan ini dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di lingkungan perguruan tinggi. Pelatihan mencakup pemahaman dasar tentang Mentimeter, cara praktis dalam mengintegrasikannya dalam pembelajaran, serta strategi untuk memanfaatkannya dalam metode pengajaran. Dosen pemula diberikan kesempatan untuk berlatih, memahami fitur-fitur AI yang relevan, serta merancang sesi pembelajaran interaktif yang melibatkan mahasiswa. Hasil kajian memperlihatkan jika pelatihan ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan dosen pemula dalam menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih interaktif dan inovatif. Aktivitas interaktif mahasiswa melalui Mentimeter meningkat, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan pemahaman mereka serta tingkat partisipasi. Pelatihan ini juga mendorong dosen pemula untuk mengadopsi teknologi AI dalam metode pengajarannya. Oleh karenanya, pelatihan teknis AI Mentimeter memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan tinggi dengan menyediakan alat yang mendukung pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan inovatif di lingkungan akademik.

Abstract

A transformational era of consumer behavior has begun with the advent of the digital age, where multichannel brand involvement is the standard. Businesses are progressively implementing omnichannel marketing tactics in Indonesia's dynamic economy to effectively navigate this intricate terrain. In order to find out how well omnichannel marketing techniques work in Indonesia, this study used a mixed-methods approach that included quantitative surveys, qualitative interviews, and content analysis. The results show that omnichannel marketing techniques do, in fact, work, since they significantly influence purchase decisions and generate a high degree of consumer involvement. Customized offers and recommendations strike a powerful chord with Indonesian customers, indicating that personalization is a major success factor. Although omnichannel marketing is generally viewed favorably, worries over data privacy highlight how crucial it is for companies to have open and honest data procedures. Practical suggestions are given for Indonesian businesses to maximize their omnichannel marketing endeavors in light of these findings. This study adds significant understanding to the ever-changing omnichannel marketing scene in Indonesia and provides direction for companies looking to prosper in the digital era while preserving customer confidence and data protection.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of digital marketing strategies in the digital era in increasing product sales to MSMEs in Riau Province. This research aims to explain digital marketing strategies for MSMEs in Riau Province in the digital era. This research uses qualitative methods using Miles and Huberman analysis. This research was conducted on MSMEs in Riau Province where the informants were owners, employees and customers who were determined using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The research was carried out for one month, where the research will be analyzed using the Miles and Huberman method, namely: collecting data, data reduction, data display, and verification. The results of this research explain 1) A case study of digital marketing strategies for MSMEs in Riau Province in the digital era explains that the strategies implemented are marketing via social media, quality content, special promotions on social media, collaboration with local influencers and active customer service, and 2 ) Best practice digital marketing strategies for MSMEs in Riau Province in the digital era include understanding target markets, building online marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, collaboration with local influencers and email marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the influence of employee commitment and cultural organizational factors towards employees of the Job Performance, Regional Secretariat (SetDa) Riau Province both simultaneously (overall test) and partial (individual test). The research method used is verification, while the population in this study is the Regional Secretariat (SetDa) Riau Province based on increasing totaling 402 people. By using the method of proportional stratified random sampling in the sample amount to obtain 40 respondents. While data collection technology is used by the field study and library that includes observation, interviews and question-naires, and to determine the relationship and the influence of an independent variable to the model variables to use Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that the calculated results obtained statistically Multiple Correlation Coefficient (R) was 0.8950 with p <0.05 and the coefficient value of Determination (R2) 80.11%. This means that approximately 80.11% of employee commitment and organizational culture factors have a significant influence on employee job performance. Partial test showed that the partial coefficient of determination values contained in the organizational culture variables for (r2) = 54.58% with p = 0.00000 and tresult = 7.515> ttable = 1.678 and ttable variables for employee commitment (r2) = 78, 74% with p = 0.00000 and tresult = 13.196> ttable = 1.678. These results indicate that organizational cultural factors and employee commitment have a significant relationship influence on employee job performance of the Riau Province Regional Secretariat (SetDa).

Abstract

Mendukung program pemerintah untuk menciptakan wirausaha muda maka Institut Bisnis dan Teknologi Pelita Indonesia melaksanakan program Business Innovation kolaborasi mahasiswa dan dosen untuk membantu Usaha Mikro dan kecil (UMK) dalam bentuk pendampingan guna mengembangkan usahanya dengan memanfaatkan digitalisasi dan Inovasi. Healthy Food Healthy Snack “Aisyah” adalah Usaha Mikro Kecil yang telah berdiri selama satu tahun. Memproduksi makanan sehat yang halal, tinggi serat, tanpa MSG dan pengawet, beralamat di Jalan Permata Duyung Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai Pekanbaru. Pendampingan ini memberikan peluang bagi UMK yang telah menjalankan usaha untuk mendapatkan pendampingan dalam mendesain logo, packing kemasan, pembuatan media sosial, membuka toko di market place, plat form toko on line, melakukan studi kelayakan, analisis strategi dengan analisa SWOT serta membantu menyusun laporan keuangan hingga analisa resiko. Metode yang digunakan melalui tiga tahapan, pertama tahap sosialisasi dan seminar, kedua tahap pendampingan dan ketiga tahap bazar dan pameran. Pendampingan UMK Healthy Food Healthy Snack Aisyah oleh Tim Business Innovation Pelita Indonesia, terbukti memberikan manfaat dan dapat meningkatkan profit sehingga Kegiatan StudentPreneur Business Innovation ini semakin diminati dan dinanti oleh UMK di kota Pekanbaru
