The concept used is the concept of innovation according to Widodo, namely that innovation must be sustainable, have a positive impact on society and be able to provide solutions to problems. The type of research used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The results of this research are that innovation has gone as well as possible and the public hopes that this innovation will continue in the future, but problems are still found such as a lack of human resources because there are no special staff in the field of human rights issues and a lack of supporting facilities in carrying out human rights innovations. and lack of coordination with the hospital to implement these thumb human rights services.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the independence curriculum, one of the achievements of which is the Pancasila Student Profile, which aims for Indonesian education to embody Indonesian students as students who have global competence and have behavior that is in accordance with Pancasila values. We certainly don't get the formation of the Pancasila Student Profile from the learning process alone, there are organizations that facilitate the implementation of the formation of the Pancasila Student Profile. The activities of the school and OSIS are able to have a positive impact, making it easier to understand the Pancasila Student Profile. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of OSIS on the formation of the Pancasila Student Profile at SMKN 3 Pekanbaru, using descriptive quantitative research. Meanwhile, data collection techniques use questionnaires, documentation and interviews. The results of the F test obtained that F_tab is 4.052 while F_hit is 43.798 so it can be concluded that in this case F_hit is greater than F_tab so Ho is rejected and so Ha is accepted. Based on this statement, this research hypothesis is accepted. The relationship between OSIS and the formation of the Pancasila profile is in the strong range. Where the value of the relationship (R) is 0.698. From this output, a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.488 was obtained, which means that the influence of the independent variable (OSIS) on the dependent variable (Pancasila Student Profile) was 48.8%. so it can be concluded that the Intra-School Student Organization has a positive influence on the Pancasila Student Profile at SMKN 3 Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Notaries as Public Officials are given the authority by the state to declare the existence of a legal relationship between the parties in a deed which directly records the agreement clauses of the promising parties. The promises stated in the deed are a reflection of the sincere wishes of the parties. An Authentic Deed is a means of evidence for the parties to legally prove a legal event in both civil and criminal cases. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the notary is held civilly responsible for the deed issued and what is the legal protection for notaries regarding the deeds they make regarding the civil liability of notaries. The research method used in this research is a normative juridical approach and an empirical approach. Secondary data is data obtained through library research, such as literature books and scientific works related to research problems. Secondary data consists of 3 (three) Legal Materials, namely, Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Legal Materials. Prime data is data obtained from research results in the field directly on research objects (field research) carried out by means of direct observation and interviews. The results of this research show that the Notaries are obliged to be held accountable for their actions by being subject to civil sanctions in the form of reimbursement of costs or compensation to parties who suffer losses due to unlawful acts committed by the Notary. However, before the Notary is subject to civil sanctions, the Notary must first be able to prove that there has been a loss resulting from the Notary's unlawful actions against the parties, and that between the losses suffered and the Notary's unlawful actions there is a causal relationship, as well as the unlawful actions or negligence. caused by errors that can be accounted for by the Notary concerned. And then, then the legal protection for Notaries for the deeds they make regarding the civil liability of Notaries is the establishment of a Supervisory Board based on Articles 70 and 73 of the Notary Position Law. In the event that a Notary is suspected of committing a violation by making a Deed that is detrimental to the parties, then there are processes and procedures before the Notary can attend the trial which must be approved by the Notary Honorary Council, so that investigators do not arbitrarily summon the Notary to appear before the trial, one of which is to maintain the honor and dignity of the Notary and protect the notary's oath which must maintain the confidentiality of the Deed that has been made.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with the most accident statistics in Southeast Asia, where Indonesia is in fifth position. Where the number of traffic accidents in Indonesia, one of which is caused by brake failure, reaches 31%. Therefore, a reliable and good braking system is very necessary to maintain the safety of drivers of both two-wheeled and four-wheeled traffic vehicles. One of the components that plays a very important role in the braking system is the disc brake, and in this case the greater the heat produced, the smaller the braking effectiveness. So this research aims to find out with the existing variations, which one is better able to reduce the heat that occurs when braking takes place. The method used in this research is transient thermal simulation in Solidworks 2022 software, the disc brake diameter used is 180mm and the material variations used are AISI 304, AISI 1020, and Alloy 1060. The conductivity of each material is AISI 304 16W respectively. /m.K, AISI 1020 47W/m.K, and Alloy 1060 200W/m.K. The results obtained from simulations with AISI 304 material, minimum temperature of 1.995ºC, maximum temperature of 2.172ºC, AISI 1020 material, minimum temperature of.996ºC, maximum temperature of 2.185ºC, and for Alloy 1060 material, minimum temperature of 1.996ºC, maximum temperature of 2.224ºC. The conclusion obtained from this research is that materials that have high thermal conductivity values tend to be able to withstand temperatures better during braking

Abstract

This research aims to map crime-prone areas in the Brebes Police area using the K-Means Clustering method. The crime data used in this research was collected from weekly police reports in the Brebes Police area during 2023. The K-Means Clustering method was chosen because of its ability to group data based on similar characteristics, making it easier to identify crime patterns in various areas. The data was analyzed using rapidminer software to perform clustering, and the results were visualized in the form of a web-based interactive map developed using Visual Studio. The clustering results show that the Brebes area can be categorized into three levels of vulnerability: moderately vulnerable, vulnerable and very vulnerable. This mapping provides a clear picture of the distribution of crime rates in various regions, helping the police in designing more effective and efficient handling strategies. The system developed also provides features for accessing detailed data regarding the type and frequency of criminal acts in each area, which can be used by the Brebes Police and the general public. The implementation of this system is expected to increase the efficiency of crime data management, facilitate access to information, and support more targeted preventive and enforcement efforts. In addition, with information that is more structured and easily accessible, people can be more aware of potential threats in their surrounding environment. This research shows that the use of technology in managing crime data can make a significant contribution to increasing security and order in society. The web application system for mapping crime-prone areas using K-Means Clustering in the Brebes Police area was successfully developed and implemented, providing accurate and useful information for efforts to prevent and handle crime.
