The use of pesticides in husbandry is nothing new, it aims to increase agrarian products. Still, growers frequently don't use pesticides wisely, so the prevalence of poisoning due to pesticides is still high. One of the causes of high situations of poisoning is the low use of a particular defensive outfit. Abstract

One of the things that can cause the healing process to take longer is a nurse's lack of knowledge performing nursing rounds, which can lead to subpar medical care. Ignoring nursing rounds puts patients at risk for physical dysfunction, life-threatening conditions, and worsening of the illness. Situations such as these have the potential to harm patients because they make nursing service providers less professional and provide lower-quality care. The objective of this activity is to find out and optimize the implementation of nursing rounds. The methods used in this activity include assessment, analysis of study results, implementation and evaluation of activities. A nursing management problem was found, namely that the implementation of nursing rounds was not optimal. The review and analysis of the study results was carried out on February 12 - March 9 2024. Implementation and evaluation regarding nursing round education was carried out on April 3 2024.According to the implementation findings, every nurse in the Siger room participated in the activity and had pre- and post-test scores between 60 and 75 and 85 and 95, respectively. It is intended that nurses will be dedicated to carrying out nursing rounds in compliance with SOPs for actions conducted in line with the available SOPs for nursing rounds.

Abstract

Physiologically, adolescent girls experience menstruation every month, but sometimes menstruation is accompanied by disorders. Menstrual disorders can occur in three forms, namely pain (dysmenorrhea) before and during menstruation, menstrual cycles that are too long (oligomenorrhea) or too short (polymenorrhea), and/or excessive bleeding (hypermenorrhea) or too little bleeding (hypomenorrhea). These menstrual disorders can interfere with the quality of life and health of adolescent girls. The purpose of this community service activity is as an effort to reduce morbidity due to menstrual disorders and improve the health and quality of life of adolescent girls. The method used is health education and the provision of leaflets on menstrual disorders which are delivered in one meeting and continued with a discussion. This activity went well and was attended by approximately 40 nursing students. During the discussion process, the participants of the education seemed very enthusiastic, as shown by several questions submitted to the education worker both during the first and last discussion sessions. Educational institutions are expected to be able to organize routine health education activities for adolescent girls from an early age regarding menstrual disorders, as an effort to improve their health and quality of life

Abstract

Yoga has been proven effective in helping reduce dysmenorrhea (menstrual pain) in adolescent girls by enhancing muscle relaxation, blood circulation, and hormonal balance. Proper yoga techniques can alleviate muscle tension and improve flexibility, which may help relieve pain and discomfort during menstruation. This community service activity aims to provide education and counseling on the benefits of yoga as a non-medical approach to reducing dysmenorrhea for students at SMAN 1 Pangkep Makassar. The methods used in this activity include counseling, demonstrations of yoga poses, and joint practice sessions guided by an experienced yoga instructor. Student participation was documented and evaluated to measure their increased understanding of yoga and its effects on menstrual pain. The results of this activity showed that 85% of participants reported a decrease in pain intensity after regularly practicing the yoga poses taught, compared to their condition before the training. This counseling successfully improved students’ knowledge and skills in managing dysmenorrhea through yoga and encouraged them to take better care of their health. Thus, this counseling not only provides a practical solution for students in addressing menstrual pain but also has the potential to enhance the quality of life and well-being of adolescent girls in school and community environments

In addition, there are several outputs that will be in this service, namely increasing efforts to ensure the orderly use of Personal Protective Equipment, promotive and preventive handling of workers with work-related accident problems. Work accidents and work-related illnesses occur in workers so that workers are entitled to social security, for this reason the Government has created the Jamsostek Program which is regulated in the Law on Social Security for Workers as recognition of the rights of workers to obtain social security.
