Abstract

This study discusses learning difficulties and their effect on student achievement in Islamic subjects at Dewi Sri Private Islamic Elementary School, Tanjung Kasau Plantation, Sei Suka District, Batu Bara Regency . The results of the study indicate that learning difficulties affect the learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education students at Dewi Sri Islamic Private Elementary School at Tanjung Kasau Plantation, Sei Suka District, Batu Bara Regency. This is shown from the simultaneous test of learning difficulties in obtaining F count 5.468 with a significance of 0.023. Because the significance value of learning difficulties < 0.05, it can be concluded that simultaneously learning difficulties affect student achievement in Islamic religious subjects at Dewi Sri Islamic Private Elementary School, Tanjung Kasau Plantation, Sei Suka District, Batu Bara Regency.

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency can no longer be viewed as an ordinary delinquency, many children commit acts that are classified as criminal acts, such as: stealing, carrying sharp weapons, getting into fights, being involved in drug use, and others. So it requires serious attention from the government, parents and the community. Crime cases involving children as perpetrators of crimes bring their own phenomena. Given that children are individuals who are still emotionally unstable and have not become legal subjects, the handling of crime cases with child perpetrators needs special attention. So that the selection of the title of this thesis is Criminal Law Policy in Overcoming Juvenile Delinquency according to Law no. 3 of 1997.

Abstract

75% of maternal deaths are caused by bleeding, infection, and high blood pressure in the mother during pregnancy. Danger signs in pregnancy are a sign that a serious problem has occurred in the pregnant mother or the fetus in her womb so that it can cause illness or death before or after delivery. The method of this community service is the extension method in the form of direct presentation of lecture material to 20 pregnant women using leaflets and browsur media. This community service as a whole is very effective, so that an increase in knowledge is obtained after counseling on the danger signs of pregnancy to pregnant women

Abstract

Patient safety has been recognized as an issue of global importance over the last 10 years. Unsafe primary and outpatient care results in greater morbidity, higher use of health services, and economic costs. All medical procedures against patients have their own risks. Of course, there is no single health worker or doctor who wants his patient to experience unwanted risks. Therefore, patient safety must be prioritized in every medical treatment by reporting Patient Accident Incidents (IKP), especially primary services or Public Health Center. Patient safety is an important key for every health facility. COMMUNITY SERVICE activities are carried out at UPT Public Health Center Bajoe Kel. Bajoe district. Tanete Riattang Timr Kab. Bones. Aims to explore the perception of Public Health Center officers on IKP and their reporting as well as increase knowledge about the types of IKP and their reporting. The results obtained from this Community Service are that the health officer understands the types of IKP and their reporting and understands the importance of policies and SOPs related to IKP reporting in primary health facilities such as Public Health Center.

Abstract

Land as a source of life and one of the important factors of production, besides being able to guarantee the availability of space to build infrastructure and facilities for development needs in accordance with the priorities that have been set, it is also necessary to maintain its fertility and sustainability in order to create a comfortable living environment. The pattern of land use in supporting development will experience a shift in accordance with developments in each development sector. Policies in the land sector are aimed at achieving three main things that complement each other, namely efficiency and economic growth, social justice, environmental conservation and sustainable land use patterns. Government has given legal protection to agricultural land by issuing several regulations such as Law Number 41 of 2009 concerning the Protection of Sustainable Food Agricultural Land. This rule emphasizes that sustainable food agricultural land must be protected and cannot be converted unless it is in the public interest.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Effect of Prior Experience and Trust on Customer Loyalty with Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable (Case Study on PT. High Cliff City Branch Pawnshop). The population in this study is all CUSTOMERS of PT. High Cliff Branch Pawnshop. In determining the sample, the slovin formula was used with the purposive sampling technique, the sample taken was 91 respondents. The analysis tool in this study was data processing using the help of IBM SPSS 25.0 0 for windows. The results of hypothesis testing use the t test (Partial) and to test the intervening variables of researchers using the path analysis method. From this test it can be concluded that based on the results of the analysis of hypothesis 1 it can be seen that t count ( 3.584 ) > t table ( 1.662 ), similarly with the significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 then it can be concluded that the first hypothesis of dit Erima, meaning that the Prior Experience Variable (X1) has an effect on the Satisfaction Variable (Z), hypothesis 2 can be known that t count ( 22.258 ) > t table ( 1.662 ), and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05 then it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted.
