<![CDATA[The growth of Internet of Things (IoT) technology has a significant impact on the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. This study aims to analyze and implement an IoT-based monitoring system in MSMEs in Medan City. This research involves surveys, interviews, and prototype development as the main methodologies. First, a survey was conducted to understand the level of readiness and awareness of MSMEs towards IoT technology. The findings of this survey became the foundation for designing solutions that fit the needs of the MSME sector. In-depth interviews with MSME owners provided deep insight into the challenges and opportunities faced in adopting this technology. Furthermore, based on the survey findings and interviews, a prototype IoT monitoring system was developed and implemented in several MSMEs in Medan City. The system includes connected sensors, communication modules, and a simple yet effective user interface. Evaluation results from the prototype implementation show that MSMEs in Medan City can gain significant benefits from IoT technology, including improved operational efficiency and inventory monitoring. In this context, the successful implementation illustrates the potential positive impact of IoT technology on the productivity and competitiveness of MSMEs. This research provides a comprehensive view of the challenges and opportunities of IoT implementation in the MSME sector, providing a foundation for the development of strategies and policies that support the adoption of this technology. The implications of the findings can contribute to the development of a technology-enabled MSME ecosystem in Medan City and provide insights that can be applied to similar contexts across the region.]]>

<![CDATA[Following the COVID-19 outbreak, using technology to run a business has become essential for all business actors. increased economic expansion along with the arrival of the "digitalization 5.0" era. In the age of digitization, traditional in-person sales must give way to online sales through a variety of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. The goal of this community service programme is to use e-commerce to improve knowledge and skills. The Medan Johor District Government and community service teams from the surrounding area are among the several stakeholders involved in this endeavour. This time, the service activities include: building strong customer communication and customer commitment applied in the selected firm; teaching e-commerce-based business skills in accordance with motivational direction acquired; and aiming to expand the knowledge of entrepreneurs. The purpose of these activities is to help district inhabitants in Medan, Johor, satisfy their financial demands by increasing their living income.]]>

<![CDATA[An expert system is a technology that is able to integrate medical knowledge and data processing to diagnose spinal cord diseases. With various algorithms and a carefully structured knowledge base, this expert system can identify spinal cord diseases based on the symptoms presented by the patient. The main advantage of this expert system is its ability to process data quickly and provide diagnostic recommendations consistently. The results provided from this research are an expert system for identifying spinal cord disease which was built using the Visual Basic software application system. From patient data and symptom data applied to the expert system for in spinal cord disease, it is known that the accuracy of the system for diagnosing spinal cord disease is 95% of patients.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of supply chain management on company performance. supply chain management is the process of integrating business processes between interconnected networks of suppliers, manufacturers, distribution centers, and retailers to improve the flow of goods, services, and information from suppliers to end customers while reducing costs throughout the system and maintaining service levels. Performance is the ability of workers to produce results. Company performance is something that a business produces over time in accordance with established standards. This study uses a type of causal research. The results of this study state that the effect of Supply Chain Management on Company Performance is accepted based on the findings of the analysis and discussion. This is based on the results of the t test, namely Supply Chain Management with t count> t table which shows that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. <![CDATA[Malnutrition is a serious public health issue affecting quality of life in many rural areas. Comprehensive, evidence-based approaches are needed to identify dietary patterns associated with this condition. In this study, we applied the Apriori algorithm for data mining to analyze the relationship between dietary patterns and malnutrition prevalence in Secanggang Village. Using Apriori, we discovered significant associative patterns between foods and malnutrition. Our analysis showed several dietary patterns with sufficiently high support and confidence, indicating potentially strong associations with malnutrition. These patterns may include combinations of less diverse or nutritious foods, which could be risk factors for malnutrition. Our findings provide valuable insights for authorities and health institutions to formulate more effective intervention programs in tackling malnutrition in Secanggang Village. By understanding the relationship between dietary patterns and malnutrition, prevention and treatment efforts can be better targeted to positively impact community health and welfare. Further research and cross-sectoral collaboration are still needed to comprehensively address the complex challenges of malnutrition. ]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to investigate the relationship between motivation and job satisfaction and its impact on the performance of agricultural instructors in Nias Regency. Data was collected through a survey using a questionnaire distributed to several agricultural instructors in the area. The variables studied included the instructor's motivation level, job satisfaction level, and agricultural instructor performance. The results of the data analysis show that there is a significant positive relationship between the motivation of agricultural instructors and their level of job satisfaction. The higher the level of motivation, the higher the level of job satisfaction felt by agricultural instructors. Besides that, This research also reveals that the level of job satisfaction of agricultural instructors has a positive impact on their performance in supporting agriculture in Nias Regency. The results of this research have important implications for the development of human resources in the agricultural sector. Efforts to increase the motivation of agricultural extension workers can be key to increasing their job satisfaction, which in turn will contribute to improved performance in supporting local agriculture. Therefore, it is recommended that related parties in the agricultural sector in Nias Regency pay more attention to the motivation and job satisfaction of agricultural instructors to increase the effectiveness of agricultural programs in the region. <![CDATA[This service activity aims to provide outreach and education to the people of Kota Pari Village about the design of an automatic chili plant watering system. This system was designed with the aim of increasing agricultural efficiency and productivity, especially in chili cultivation. Through this activity, it is hoped that the public can understand and apply the concepts and working principles of automatic watering systems in agriculture. The activity began with outreach to the public about the benefits and working principles of automatic watering systems as well as the potential for increasing agricultural yields that can be achieved through the use of this technology. Next, practical education was carried out regarding the installation and use of an automatic watering system for chili plants. Participants will be given a step-by-step guide in installing and operating an automatic watering system. Apart from that, this activity also involves direct assistance and monitoring of the implementation of the automatic watering system in the community's chili plants. The service team will assist in overcoming obstacles that may arise and provide direction and suggestions in using the system. Through this outreach and education activity, it is hoped that the people of Kota Pari Village can utilize and adopt automatic watering system technology to increase their agricultural yields. With this system, it is hoped that the efficiency of water use and labor can increase, so that the productivity and quality of chili plants can be improved. ]]>

<![CDATA[The teaching assistance program requires literacy learning activities carried out by students collaboratively with lecturers and teachers. Students' lack of ability is due to monotonous and inactive learning procedures. This condition is seen from the students' lack of understanding in analyzing texts, resulting in difficulties in learning Indonesian which consists of six meetings per week. To overcome this problem, digital counseling was held for Indonesian language learning which aimed to maximize writing skills using Food Truck literacy media, as an interesting learning process. This research was located at Putra Anda Binjai Vocational School, where the Education Unit Teaching Assistance program activities were carried out. The methods used in this research are lectures, discussions and demonstrations. The research results show that counseling using Food Truck media can be used as an alternative in improving students' writing skills, this increases students' creativity in learning Indonesian. During the activity, students played an active role in the fun learning process using Food Truck media "very well".
