Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of convenience, trustworthiness, and price on customer perceived value in the context of online food delivery services in Indonesia. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to users of online food delivery services using purposive sampling, with a total of 200 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to examine the relationships between these variables. The results of the study indicate that convenience and price have a significant positive effect on customer perceived value. Conversely, trustworthiness does not show a significant impact on customer perceived value. These findings suggest that the convenience of using the application and competitive pricing are key factors in enhancing customer perceived value. Therefore, online food delivery service companies are advised to continuously improve features that provide convenience and offer competitive pricing to maintain and enhance customer perceived value.

Abstract

Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) theory posits that the relationship quality between leaders and their subordinates significantly influences various aspects of the workplace, including employee satisfaction, retention, and overall performance. The primary purpose of this research is to analyse the effects of high-quality LMX relationships on job satisfaction, career development, and employee retention. Recognising the vital role of effective leadership in enhancing employee engagement and organisational performance motivates this study. As workplaces become increasingly complex, understanding LMX dynamics is crucial for developing strategies to improve satisfaction and retention. The study aims to fill gaps in existing literature to inform future research and practical applications. Employing a qualitative approach, this study conducts a comprehensive literature review of existing research on LMX theory. It synthesises theoretical models, empirical studies, and case analyses to robustly understand LMX relationships and their implications in diverse organisational contexts. The literature reveals that high-quality LMX relationships characterised by mutual trust, support, and respect significantly impact employee satisfaction and retention. Employees with solid leader relationships report higher job satisfaction and commitment, leading to improved performance and lower turnover rates. The findings underscore the need for leaders to enhance trust and support within their teams through recognition and career development opportunities. Organisations prioritising these elements will likely experience increased employee satisfaction and performance, fostering a positive workplace culture.

Abstract

This study was conducted due to the demands of the community for fast, precise, and efficient implementation of public services. The government innovates by implementing an e-government system, or electronic-based public services. This research uses a qualitative approach and concentrates on the effectiveness of state administrative law on online public services. This research shows that the effects of the e-government program are close to efficient, as shown by the number of people who have been able to use e-government services. However, not all Indonesians can use these services, as shown by the large number of people in areas where people are still poor and technology illiterate, and there are still many areas that do not have e-government services.

Griffin, Management is a process of planning, organizational processes, coordination processes, and the process of controlling resources to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. However, based on facts in the field obtained from observations, there are several problems in the implementation of production management, namely, the direction function and the control function have not been running properly. This research was conducted at the Aria Chips Home Industry, Jl.Nusa Indah SP 2 Kelurahan. Of course, the district. Mariat Sorong Regency. The research method used is Qualitative Descriptive, namely researching the reality in the research field. Based on the research results, the application of home industry production management of Aria Usaha Chips has implemented five management functions per Ricky W. Griffin's theory. However, the implementation of production management has not run optimally because the direction and control section has not been carried out properly. The impact of the application of production management on the development of the home industry is the difficulty of obtaining raw materials for products; raw materials for Aria chips greatly affect the quality of the product.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company specializing in the manufacturing of agricultural equipment. Currently, the company is facing issues related to waste in its production processes, which are negatively affecting product quality. PT XYZ aims to address these problems in order to enhance both productivity and profitability. To resolve these challenges, the company has adopted a structured approach, beginning with the development of a Material Information Flow Chart (MIFC), followed by an analysis using Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) based on fuzzy logic. The results of the MIFC analysis show a reduction in lead time from 0.45 days under current conditions to 0.35 days under the improved scenario. This improvement is attributed to the implementation of an ERP system and the introduction of visual monitoring tools. Meanwhile, the FMECA fuzzy analysis identified the primary causes of disruptions that should be prioritized for corrective action. These include non-compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), high levels of mental stress among workers, the use of materials that do not meet specifications, and unfavorable environmental conditions.

Abstract

This research aims to minimize waste in the sickle production process at PT XYZ by applying Lean Manufacturing techniques, specifically Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Value Stream Analysis Tools (VALSAT). The study began with direct observation and data collection of production activities to identify non-value-added activities (NNVA) and waste. Types of waste, including defects, excessive inventory, and waiting times, were identified and analyzed using the 5 Whys method to determine their root causes. Process Activity Mapping (PAM) was employed to classify activities into value-adding, non-value-adding, and necessary non-value-adding categories. Improvements were implemented, such as optimizing material transfers with forklifts, reducing waiting times, and strengthening quality control processes. As a result, non-value-adding activities were reduced from 9% to 0%, significantly enhancing production efficiency.

Abstract

This study examines and analyzes the effect of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Intellectual Capital on firm value, with financial performance mediating variables in banking companies. The population in this study includes all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021–2023 period. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method. The data used are secondary data sourced from annual reports and financial statements. The data analysis technique employed in this study is Partial Least Squares (PLS) using SmartPLS 4 software. The results show that GRC has no significant effect on financial performance or firm value. Intellectual Capital does not directly affect firm value, but significantly and positively influences financial performance. Furthermore, financial performance itself has no significant effect on firm value. The mediating effect analysis indicates that financial performance does not mediate the relationship between GRC and firm value, nor between Intellectual Capital and firm value.

Abstract

Using a quantitative approach, this study examines how customer satisfaction with KPR financing products at BTN Syariah KCP Probolinggo is impacted by service quality, product quality, and trust. Information was gathered through documentation, questionnaires given to 81 respondents, and observation. The findings indicated that all three independent variables significantly and favorably affected customer satisfaction simultaneously and partially. This is evidenced by the calculated F value greater than the F table and the significance value less than 0.05. Moreover, the t-test indicates an important impact of each factor on customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination test shows that 47.2% of customer satisfaction is influenced by service quality, product quality, and trust, while other factors outside this study influence 52.8%. These findings indicate that improving service quality, product innovation, and building strong trust can increase customer satisfaction. Therefore, BTN Syariah KCP Probolinggo is advised to continue developing strategies to improve these three aspects to strengthen customer loyalty and competitiveness in the Islamic banking sector.
