Abstract

Divorce in Indonesia in 2020-2022 has always increased in number. Related to divorce, Islamic law, since its inception, has raised many values of humanity and justice, especially towards women, so that it regulates in such a way that divorce does not give rise to injustice, especially towards women. Women's rights after divorce have been regulated in several laws and regulations. The embodiment of these regulations is then stated by the judges in their decisions. Even though it has been regulated in such a way, there are still problems in resolving disputes over women's rights after divorce, namely, regarding the method used by judges in determining the amount of women's rights after divorce. So it is important to examine a theory that can provide certainty and accuracy in determining the amount of women's rights after divorce. The theory in question is jurimetry. The problems in this study are first, what are the rights of women after divorce? Second, what is the concept of jurimetry in determining women's rights after divorce? This type of research is library research or a literature study. Women's rights after divorce include iddah, mut'ah, and past livelihoods. The study of the use of jurimetry using variables based on legal norms makes this method fulfill the concept of distributive justice and also procedural justice. Distributive justice is fulfilled because, in imposing post-divorce obligations, the judge also looks at the role and services of each party in the household, whether during the marriage, each husband or wife has carried out their obligations, so that when a divorce occurs, each party can obtain their rights. As for the fulfillment of procedural justice because the judge, in formulating a decision based on jurisprudence, in addition to having to apply the correct procedural procedures, also provides clear legal considerations based on statutory regulations.

Abstract

This study aimed to assess the impact of halal labelling and legality on purchasing decisions for health drink goods, JaeQue, in the Lubuk Dalam District in 2023. The sampling formula was used to choose a sample of 100 responders. This is a quantitative research methodology, using data collected via a questionnaire. The determination coefficient (R2) analysis yielded 46.9%, with the remaining 53.1% explained by other variables. According to the F-test results, F-count>F-table (42.810>3.09), halal labelling and legality have a substantial effect on purchase decisions. If the T-test of halal labelling (X1) on purchase decisions (Y) is T-count < T-table (1.458 < 1.984), HO is accepted and H1 is rejected. This demonstrates that halal labelling has little influence on purchase decisions. If the T-test of legality (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) is T-count>T-table (5.887>1.984), H2 is allowed, whereas HO is denied. This implies that there is a strong link between legality and purchase decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how operational constraints in the Culinary Tourism Center (SWK) affect the sustainability of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and their impact on the socio-economic aspects of the surrounding community. Through an organizational behavior approach, this study examines the influence of leadership, work culture, and conflict management in managing SWK. The results of the study indicate that limited infrastructure, lack of human resource training, and ineffective operational management have led to a decrease in the competitiveness of MSMEs and have a negative impact on the local economic cycle. This study recommends improving leadership strategies, organizational communication, and managerial training as steps to overcome these constraints and support the desires of MSMEs in the SWK environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the impact of conventional and digital marketing strategies on consumer purchase intention in increasing commercial vehicle sales, with purchase intention serving as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed using an explanatory research design. Data were collected through purposive sampling from 111 respondents, consisting of consumers who have either purchased or not yet purchased Hino brand commercial vehicles, including trucks and buses. The collected data were analysed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The findings reveal that both conventional and digital marketing strategies have a positive and significant influence on consumer purchase intention, which in turn directly and indirectly contributes positively to sales performance. Furthermore, purchase intention acts as a significant mediating variable between marketing strategies and vehicle sales. The study concludes that purchase intention plays a crucial mediating role in the relationship between marketing strategies and the increase in commercial vehicle sales. These findings provide valuable insights for commercial vehicle dealers in selecting and implementing appropriate marketing strategies, particularly in leveraging both conventional and digital media to enhance consumer purchase intention and drive sales growth.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (KKN) was conducted in Mainan Village, Sembawa District, Banyuasin Regency, with a focus on branding digitalization strategies for local sewing MSMEs. The home-based sewing business targeted by the program is owned by Mrs. Sandiya, who previously lacked a business identity, such as a brand name, logo, banner, or attractive product packaging. The methods used included surveys and interviews, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation stages included creating the business name "Sandiya Fashion", designing a logo, banner, packaging stickers, and creating social media accounts (Facebook) to expand marketing reach. The results of the mentoring showed increased brand awareness, ease of consumer recognition, and location of the business, and increased product visual appeal. This branding digitalization is expected to strengthen the business identity, expand the market, and encourage MSME sales growth in the technology era.
