Abstract

Students are expected to have a clear understanding of their interests and talents as a foundation for determining their career direction. However, many students still cannot fully recognize their potential, which makes it difficult for them to plan their future careers. This study aims to describe the role of career guidance and counseling services in helping students understand and develop their interests and talents. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, drawing on relevant national and international journal articles. The findings indicate that career guidance and counseling services play a significant role in helping students identify their potential through mentoring, interest and talent assessments, and the provision of educational and occupational information. These services contribute to deeper self-understanding, enabling students to plan and make career decisions more accurately and realistically. Therefore, the continuous implementation of career guidance and counseling services is essential to support students' optimal career development.

Abstract

Career planning is a crucial indicator of life success, but many high school teenagers face obstacles, such as confusion and low self-understanding, when determining their future. This study aims to examine the influence of self-efficacy on career planning among high school students. The method used is library research with a qualitative approach, synthesizing scientific literature from the years 2015-2025, accessed through academic databases such as Google Scholar and ScienceDirect. The research findings indicate that self-efficacy has a positive and significant impact on career planning, as reported in various previous studies, with contributions ranging from 38.9% to 65.52%. Students with high self-efficacy demonstrate lower levels of career indecision and better job readiness, especially in the context of vocational education. Theoretically, these results reinforce the role of self-efficacy as the primary driver of exploring career options and setting challenging goals. The practical implications of this research emphasize that career guidance programs in schools should shift from merely providing job information to strengthening internal psychological factors through psychoeducational interventions and fostering a supportive learning culture. In conclusion, self-efficacy is a fundamental psychological foundation that enables students to plan and prepare themselves to face the workforce more maturely.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Supply Chain Management on Environmental Entrepreneurial Performance, mediated by Waste Management and Green Innovation in cement manufacturing companies. A total of 205 respondents participated in this study, consisting of managers, supervisors, and operational staff operating in the Citeureup area, Bogor Regency. Data were collected through questionnaire distribution using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach. The collected data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results indicate that: (1) Green Supply Chain Management has a positive effect on Waste Management, (2) Green Supply Chain Management has a positive effect on Green Innovation, (3) Green Supply Chain Management has a positive effect on Environmental Entrepreneurial Performance, (4) Waste Management has a positive effect on Environmental Entrepreneurial Performance, (5) Green Innovation has a positive effect on Environmental Entrepreneurial Performance, (6) Green Supply Chain Management has a positive effect on Environmental Entrepreneurial Performance through the mediation of Waste Management, and (7) Green Supply Chain Management has a positive effect on Environmental Entrepreneurial Performance through the mediation of Green Innovation.

Abstract

awareness, and organizational learning on sustainable supply chain performance through green supply chain innovation. This research was conducted in the cosmetics manufacturing industry in Ciledug, South Jakarta, Indonesia. A quantitative approach was used, with data collected from 240 employees involved in supply chain activities using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The results show that digital leadership, environmental awareness, and organizational learning have a positive and significant effect on green supply chain innovation. Green supply chain innovation also has a significant positive effect on sustainable supply chain performance and mediates the relationship between the independent variables and sustainable supply chain performance. These findings highlight the importance of digital leadership, environmental awareness, and organizational learning in improving sustainable supply chain performance through green innovation. This study provides practical insights for managers to strengthen digital capabilities and sustainability practices and contributes to the sustainable supply chain management literature.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of digital media in enhancing student engagement and career readiness in career guidance and counseling services. This research employs a qualitative method based on a literature review. The literature used is derived from scientific journals and relevant articles discussing the utilization of digital technology in career guidance services. The data collection process involved a systematic search of Google Scholar using keywords aligned with the study's focus. The data were analyzed by identifying, classifying, and synthesizing the main themes that emerged from the systematically reviewed literature. The results indicate that the use of digital media, such as instructional videos, online service platforms, and game-based learning media, consistently increases student engagement, motivation, and active participation in career guidance services. The use of digital media facilitates easier access to information, offers flexibility in time and place, and creates a more interactive and engaging service environment. These conditions enable students to obtain broader, more in-depth career information, thereby supporting the tailored improvement of career readiness for each student's needs and characteristics. The use of digital media by school counselors can serve as an innovative and adaptive strategy to improve the quality of career guidance services in schools. The appropriate selection and use of digital media are expected to help students better prepare to meet the evolving dynamics and demands of the labor market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Supply Chain Integration on Supply Chain Resilience with the role of Supply Chain Risk Management mediation and Regulatory Uncertainty moderation in cement manufacturing companies in the Narogong area, Bogor Regency. This study is motivated by increasing business dynamics and regulatory changes affecting industrial stability, while research integrating risk management mediation and moderation of regulatory uncertainty is still limited, especially in the cement sector in Indonesia. Data was collected through a questionnaire using purposive sampling technique and analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the study show that: (1) Internal Integration has a positive effect on Supply Chain Resilience, (2) Supplier Integration has a positive effect on Supply Chain Resilience, (3) Customer Integration has a positive effect on Supply Chain Resilience, (4) Supply Chain Risk Management mediates the positive influence of Internal Integration on Supply Chain Resilience, (5) Supply Chain Risk Management mediates the positive influence of Supplier Integration on Supply Chain Resilience, (6) Supply Chain Risk Management mediates the positive influence of Customer Integration on Supply Chain Resilience, (7) Regulatory uncertainty does not negatively moderate the influence of Internal Integration on Supply Chain Resilience, (8) Regulatory uncertainty does not negatively moderate the influence of Supplier Integration on Supply Chain Resilience according to the hypothetical direction proposed, and (9) Regulatory uncertainty negatively moderates the influence of Customer Integration on Supply Chain Resilience Supply Chain Resilience.
