Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of loose parts-based learning as a strategy to stimulate early childhood creativity at Harapan Putra Kindergarten. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, using a quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group design to obtain quantitative data, as well as interviews with the principal, teachers, and parents as supporting qualitative data. The research subjects consisted of children aged 4–6 years, divided into an experimental group and a control group. Creativity was measured using an observation checklist based on the indicators of fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. The results show that the experimental group experienced a higher increase in creativity scores compared to the control group. The average score of the experimental group increased from 59.40 in the pretest to 83.20 in the posttest, while the control group only improved from 60.10 to 69.30. The independent sample t-test results indicate a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, demonstrating a statistically significant difference in creativity improvement between the two groups. The qualitative findings support these results, showing that loose parts-based learning enhances children’s enthusiasm, active exploration, and ability to collaborate with peers. Therefore, it can be concluded that loose parts-based learning is an effective and innovative strategy for stimulating early childhood creativity and supporting child-centered learning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the role-playing method in improving children's communication skills and cognitive development in a kindergarten in Tahunan Village. The background of this research is the importance of contextual and active learning for early childhood, where role-playing can serve as a meaningful learning medium. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with teachers, the school principal, and students’ parents, participatory observation, and documentation of activities. The results indicate that the role-playing method encourages children to interact actively, improves their communication abilities, symbolic thinking, and simple problem-solving skills. This activity aligns with the concept of the Zone of Proximal Development proposed by Lev Vygotsky, where children are able to reach their cognitive potential through teacher guidance and social interaction. In conclusion, the role-playing method is effective as an enjoyable learning strategy that supports the social and cognitive development of early childhood learners.

Data sources include the principal, PAI teachers, students, and parents, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis is conducted descriptively through data reduction, data display, and verification. The findings reveal that PAI teachers implement holistic strategies grounded in religious values, such as habituating noble character, providing exemplary behavior, offering moral advice, and applying educational sanctions in preventive, curative, and persuasive ways. These strategies are supported by school programs and parental involvement. In conclusion, these strategies are effective in shaping Islamic character and can serve as a model for addressing bullying in faith-based schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on profit growth. The objects of this study were property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020-2024 period. Sampling was conducted using a purposive sampling technique, with a sample size of 22 property and real estate companies. Based on the statistical analysis, it can be concluded that TATO has a positive but insignificant effect on profit growth. Based on the statistical analysis, it can be concluded that DER has a positive but insignificant effect on profit growth. Based on the statistical analysis, it can be concluded that NPM has a positive but insignificant effect on profit growth. This indicates that increasing the efficiency of asset use, capital structure, and profitability levels have not been able to significantly influence profit growth. Thus, it can be concluded that TATO, DER, and NPM are not entirely the main factors in driving profit growth in property and real estate companies. This research is expected to be a consideration for company management and investors in decision-making and serve as a reference for further research.

Abstract

The development of digital technology, especially blockchain, has given birth to a new innovation in the world of contract law known as smart contracts. These contracts work automatically through programming code, so their execution no longer relies on human intervention. This provides various advantages such as a faster, more transparent process, and minimal risk of breach of agreement. However, the emergence of smart contracts also raises an important question: whether this form of agreement is in accordance with the applicable legal provisions in Indonesia, especially regarding the requirements for the validity of agreements and the recognition of electronic agreements. This study shows that basically smart contracts can be considered valid as long as the parties really understand and agree on the mechanisms embedded in the system. This means that even if the agreement is done digitally and automatically, the important elements of the agreement can still be met. On the other hand, there are still several challenges that need to be considered, such as difficulties in proving in the event of a dispute, limitations in making contract changes, and the possibility of inequality in technology understanding between parties. Compared to countries such as the United States, which are already more adaptive, Indonesia still needs more specific arrangements so that the use of smart contracts can provide legal certainty as well as adequate protection for the parties.

Abstract

Unlawful acts are a fundamental concept in Indonesian civil law as stipulated in Article 1365 of the Civil Code as the basis for liability for losses incurred to other parties. Along with the development of society, the meaning of unlawful acts is not only limited to violations of the law, but also includes violations of subjective rights, legal obligations, moral norms, and the principle of propriety. This study aims to analyze the concept and application of unlawful acts in Indonesian civil law by using normative legal research methods through legislative, conceptual, and case approaches. The results of the study show that unlawful acts play an important role in legal protection, but there are still differences in judges' interpretations of its elements that have the potential to cause legal uncertainty. Therefore, consistency of interpretation and strengthening of jurisprudence is needed to realize justice, legal certainty, and utility.

Abstract

The skincare industry in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth, intensifying competition among local brands. In this environment, Skincare Augment faces significant challenges low brand awareness and suboptimal brand positioning, despite its strong Unique Selling Proposition (USP) centered on Salmon DNA content (PDRN 5000 ppm). Insufficient brand recognition has directly impacted sales, which have not met targets. Thus, a more effective advertising strategy is needed to bridge the gap between product quality and consumer perception. This study aims to design an advertising strategy that enhances consumer visibility and understanding of Skincare Augment’s product advantages, utilizing the Seven Modes of the Design Innovation Process through advertising videos. Employing a mixed-methods approach combining observation, in-depth interviews, and questionnaires distributed to 103 respondents aged 20–40 the research revealed that 78.6% of respondents were unfamiliar with Skincare Augment. The primary barrier to consumer interest was identified as a lack of education regarding the benefits of Salmon DNA. By applying the seven-stage process goal setting, understanding context and audience, formulating insights, exploring concepts, and realizing outputs this research developed a short storytelling video advertising concept tailored for social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok. The final output includes a storyboard, treatment, and an advertising video emphasizing the regenerative benefits of Salmon DNA. In conclusion, the Seven Modes method provides an effective framework for crafting persuasive, educational, and relevant advertisements. This approach has the potential to increase brand awareness and strengthen Skincare Augment’s positioning in Indonesia’s competitive skincare market.
