Abstract

This study uses questionnaires, interviews, observations, and document reviews to align the respondents' answers with the actual situation to ensure the accuracy of the data obtained. The results will be presented in percentage figures and frequency distribution tables. The analysis reveals that all dimensions of service quality—physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy—are significantly related to customer satisfaction at Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) in Baras District, North Mamuju Regency. Specifically, each dimension, including tangible evidence, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance, contributes to customer satisfaction. Among these, reliability stands out as the most influential factor, as indicated by its highest Chi-Square (χ²) value, contingency coefficient, and Cramér's V, though physical evidence, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy also play important roles in enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Abstract

In an increasingly complex era of globalization, the role of audit in supporting Good Corporate Governance (GCG) has become a central focus in the accounting and finance literature. The background of this research is based on the need to comprehensively understand the dynamics and developments in research related to audit and GCG, with the aim of identifying key themes, influential authors, and gaps in the existing literature. This study utilizes data from Scopus, covering 109 documents published between 1994 and 2022. Using a bibliometric approach, the study analyzes publication trends, citation rates, international collaborations, and the main themes emerging in the study of audit and GCG. The results indicate that themes such as corporate governance, earnings management, audit quality, and financial performance dominate the literature, with major contributions coming from countries like Indonesia, China, and the United Kingdom. Additionally, the study finds a decline in the relevance of certain themes, such as firm performance, highlighting the need for further research. The novelty of this research lies in identifying gaps and new research opportunities in underexplored niche themes, as well as revealing patterns of international collaboration that could enrich the literature in the future.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of reproductive health counseling on adolescents' knowledge regarding premarital sex. Reproductive health counseling serves as an educational tool to improve adolescents' understanding of reproductive health issues, aiming to reduce the prevalence of risky sexual behaviors and the negative consequences associated with premarital sex, such as sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and unintended pregnancies. A pre-experimental design was employed, utilizing a one-group pretest-posttest approach. The sample consisted of 81 adolescents selected from a population of 433 students at MAN 2 Deli Serdang in 2023. Data was collected through direct engagement with participants, who completed a structured questionnaire to assess their knowledge before and after the counseling sessions. The findings indicate a significant improvement in adolescents' knowledge levels after receiving reproductive health counseling. The analysis, conducted using a paired sample T-test via SPSS, resulted in a p-value of 0.000, indicating a statistically significant difference between pre-counseling and post-counseling knowledge levels (p < 0.05). This suggests that reproductive health counseling effectively increased the adolescents' knowledge about premarital sex. The study concludes that reproductive health counseling positively impacts the level of knowledge regarding premarital sex among adolescents at MAN 2 Deli Serdang. It is recommended that school authorities collaborate with healthcare centers to facilitate regular educational sessions, ensuring that adolescents are well-informed about reproductive health and the risks associated with premarital sexual activities.

Abstract

Recent advancements in natural language generation (NLG) have revolutionized content creation, enabling artificial intelligence (AI) tools to produce coherent and seemingly authentic texts, including scholarly papers. While AI-generated content offers efficiencies in speed and volume, concerns over authenticity, ethical implications, and academic integrity persist. This review explores methods and considerations for identifying AI-generated research papers, emphasizing the need to distinguish between human-authored and AI-generated content to uphold scholarly standards and ensure transparency in research. Key detection techniques include textual analysis, metadata examination, and content evaluation. Ethical concerns regarding AI's role in research are also discussed, underscoring the importance of ongoing research to refine identification methodologies and maintain research integrity.
