The author tries to analyze the personality of the main characters using the study of literary psychology, whether the main character is more melancholic or pblegmatic. M.F. Hazim in his novel "Introver" tells the story of the world intover. Reading it, we are invited to explore in the mind and soul of an introver who is always nervous, restless, and upset; also the inner conflict that torments him, and how he finds "friends" to fill his loneliness and make his life more meaningful. The author wants to know more clearly what exactly the lives of introverts are in their daily lives. This research is directed to one main problem, namely "What is the personality type of the main character introver in the" Introver "novel by M.F. Hazim ". This research uses descriptive qualitative method with heuristic and hermeneutic reading techniques in order to understand and reveal "something" contained in literary works. The results of the research that have been carried out are in accordance with the research hypothesis, namely the main character Nawawi has an introvert personality type in the novel "Introver" by M.F. Hajim. Researchers found 42 quotes stating that Nawawi has an introverted personality type. Of the 42 quotes that have been found, 28 quotes state that Nawawi has a melancholic personality type and 14 quotes state that Nawawi has a phlegmatic personality type.

The value of humanity is an attitude or behavior among fellow human beings that is related to mutual tolerance, freedom, openness, fairness, fairness, honesty, between religious communities. Novel Dust Dust Jerusalem tells the story of a difference that occurred between Roman religious, Christian, and Jewish. This difference resulted in a disaster for humans at that time. The method used in this research is Qualitative Descriptive. The approach used is the Sociology of Literature approach. The research data source is the novel DebuYerussalem by QuodvultdeusBagaskoro. The research instrument uses tables of lattice instruments of human values and corpus data. Data collection techniques using text analysis techniques. The validity used is a flowing technique that includes three components of activity namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The stages of research carried out consist of several stages, namely the initial stage, the implementation phase, and the completion phase.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that in the novel DebuYerussalem by QuodvultdeusBagaskoro contains human values that are very useful for the readers. Humanity values contained in the novel cover three aspects of aspects, namely the aspect of justice, fair in deciding a case based on the law and religion that has been determined. Not taking sides with one party but prioritizing peace, choosing for the common good for peace between people. Aspects of suffering, physical and mental suffering with acts of torture include hitting, kicking, killing carried out on humans. Feeling a sense of hurt in humans.The aspect of love, the realization of compassion, compassion, attention expressed by responsible behavior.Providing a sense of devotion and comfort for others.Keywords: Values, humanity, Dust of Jerusalem

Religious value is a person's religious value towards absolute divine truth, religious values are also reflected in everyday life as well as speaking well, having good morals, ethics, politeness towards people who are older than him. The formulation of the problem in this research has three aspects, namely (1) How is the religious value of the character Langit and his God in the novel Lintang Langit Pada Senja by Ririn Astutiningrum. (2) How is the religious value of the character Langit and his fellows in the novel Lintang Langit at Senja by Ririn Astutiningrum. (3) How is the religious value of the character Langit with nature in the novel Lintang Langit at Senja by Ririn Astutiningrum. The objectives of this study are: (1) To describe the religious values of the character Langit and his God in the novel Lintang Langit Pada Senja by Ririn Astutiningrum. (2) Describing the religious value of the character Langit and his fellows in the novel Lintang Langit at Senja by Ririn Astutiningrum. (3) Describing the religious values of Langit and nature in the novel Lintang Langit at Senja by Ririn Astutiningrum.This study uses a descriptive qualitative method using a Sociology of Literature approach. Research that looks for verbal data in the form of written words or sentences that show the attitude of life and behavior of the main character (Langit) in the novel Lintang Langit at Senja by Ririn Astutiningrum.The conclusion of the novel Lintang Langit at Senja by Ririn Astutiningrum is a work of fiction that serves to provide an inner experience of moral values. In religious values reflect various things related to life problems that are expressed through the attitudes and behavior of the characters. These noble qualities are: The religious values of the main character of Langit and his God in the form of piety, patience, sincerity and faith. The religious values of the main character of Langit towards others in the form of compassion, togetherness in life, respect for others and fairness to others. The religious value of the main character of Langit with nature in the form of protecting and preserving the natural environment.

Diction is a diction or a choice of words which includes an understanding of which words are used to convey an idea, how to form the right grouping of words or use appropriate expressions, and which style is best used in a situation. The GorysKeraf divides meaning into two types, namely denotation meaning and connotation meaning. Then divide the change of meaning into six types, namely expansion of meaning, narrowing of meaning, amelioration, observation, metaphor and metonymy. There are two formulation of the problem in this study, namely (1) How is the variation of the use of diction in the novel "Go" by TereLiye, (2) How does the meaning of diction change in the novel "Go" by TereLiye. The purpose of this study is (1) to describe variations in diction on the novel "Go" by TereLiye, (2) describe how changes in the meaning of diction in the novel "Go" by TereLiye.The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. The object of this research is the variation of diction and changes in the meaning of diction according to GorysKeraf. The source of data used in this study is the novel "Go" by TereLiye. Data collection techniques in this study are determining the novel to be studied, reading repeatedly, giving a code or mark on the sentence to be studied, identifying and sorting data accompanied by discussion. Based on the analysis concluded that the novel "Going" by TereLiye tells about telling many things about life including telling the importance of loyalty and how to deal with a cool head when someone has betrayed, a friend who has various characters that sometimes irritate, and also facing family life that will not always live in harmony.

Personality is the life of a person as a whole, individually, unique, effort to achieve goals, ability to survive and open up, ability to gain experience. This personality is influenced by the use of the three personality systems in Sigmund Freud's theory, namely the id, ego, and superego. There are three research problem formulations, namely (1) How is the personality aspect related to the main character Diva's id in the novel "Muhasabah Cinta" by Dini Fitria, (2) How is the personality aspect related to Diva's main character's ego in the novel "Muhasabah Cinta" by Dini Fitria, (3) How is the personality aspect related to the main character superego Diva in the novel "Muhasabah Cinta" by Dini Fitria. The purpose of this study are (1) Describe the personality aspects related to the main character id Diva in the novel "Muhasabah Cinta" by Dini Fitria, (2) Describe the aspects of personality related to the main character Diva in the novel "Muhasabah Cinta" by Dini Fitria , (3) Describe the personality aspects related to the main character superego Diva in the novel "Muhasabah Cinta" by Dini Fitria. This research uses descriptive qualitative method using Sigmund Freud's personality psychology approach. The object of this research is the psychological aspect which is focused on the personality of the main character of Diva according to Sigmund Freud's personality theory. The data source used in this study is the novel: "Muhasabah Cinta". Data collection techniques in this study are note-taking techniques. The data that has been collected is then processed and analyzed through several stages, namely the heuristic reading stage by interpreting the text and the hermeneutic reading stage by interpreting the meaning.

Literary work is the result of creative and imaginative human thought. Literary work is a medium that utilizes language to reveal the problems surrounding human life. Creative nature causes a person to be able to give birth to a beautiful creation. Literary work has literary value if it contains equivalence between form and content. Therefore it is worth the hand, heart and imaginative. Literary work is an expression of the author's imagination to tell various human and author issues expressing this problem through literary works such as poetry, drama, short stories and novels. The method used by researchers in the study used a qualitative descriptive method. In this study researchers tried to discuss the narrative structure and characterization of The Perfect Charm novel by Dy Lunaly. Thus this research is designed in accordance with the characteristics of qualitative research and qualitative data sources. including the following: (1) objects, (2) data, (3) data sources, (4) data collection and, (5) data analysis. Qualitative research was carried out to describe the narrative structure and characterization of Dy Lunaly's The Perfeck Charm. This research is a qualitative research. The source of the data in this research is Dy Lunaly's The Perfeck Charm with a focus on research on narrative structure and characterization. The data collection technique used is reading notes by reading and recording research subjects repeatedly until they get consistent data. The results show that: (1) the narrative structure in the novel The Perfeck Charm. The flow found in the novel The Perfeck Charm is divided into five, namely: Exposition, Complication and Conflict, Climax, Revelation, and Denousement. (2) characterizations in the novel The Perfeck Charm. The figure discussed in this study is every character in the novel The Perfeck Charm and his character. Adhela figure (Dhe) Stubborn, Not confident, Afraid, Desperate, Appreciate, Merciful, Anxious, Keep promises and Jealousy. Mama's figure is anxious, angry, and feels guilty. Alena Iri figure, and regret. Figure Julia Not desperate and fond of eating. Figure Ann Attention. Papa's attention. Ahsan Peduli figures, female idols and willing to sacrifice. Career Bri and Cheating Person. Satria Figure Handsome, Not Desperate, and Enthusiastic.

The purpose of this research: (1) To seek on how the role of headmaster of MTs. Al-Amiriyyah in academic year 2019/2020, (2) To find educational Innovations of MTs. Al-Amiriyyah in academic year 2019/2020 (3) To find the developers and inhibitors aspect of educational innovation at MTs. Al-Amiriyyah in academic year 2019/2020. This research is using a descriptive qualitative methodology, and using an interview for gathering up the information, observations and documentation. Analyzing data using three models interactives, while the data validation using triangulation. Results of the research: The Role of headmaster of MTs. Al-Amriyyah Blokagung: (1) Planning, (2) Implementation, (3) Evaluation, (4) Communication. While Educational Innovation at MTs. Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung: (1) Capable to seek, to find, and adopting new ideas from other individuals, (2) Capable to renew in teaching and studying process aspect and counseling, recruiting and accompanying new teacher and staff, to re new the human resources in committe and society. After being classified between developers and inhibitors from the result of the researsh, which is formulated in the role of headmaster of educational innovation at MTs. Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung: (1) The role of headmaster the weakness in management changed into opportunities, (2) Cooperation needed in order increase newer innovation, (3) New management needed to make so that facilities and infrastructure and resources being fulfilled.

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) Curriculum innovation ma'had aly Darussalam Blokagung. (2) Interest of prospective students of Ma'had Aly Darussalam Blokagung. (3) The effect of knowing the effect of curriculum innovation on the interest of prospective students of Ma'had Aly Darussalam Blokagung. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Curriculum innovation of Ma'had Aly Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi is classified as good, because the T-test results are 7.885 > 1.29025 t table, which means Ha is accepted; (2) The interest of prospective students of Ma'had Aly Blokagung is good, because the results of the T-test are 6.832 > 1.29025 t table, which means Ha is accepted; (3) there is the effect of curriculum innovation on the interest of prospective students of Ma'had Aly Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi by 46.0% while the remaining 54.0% is influenced by other variables not examined, which means that there is an influence of curriculum innovation on the interests of prospective students of Ma' had Aly Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi.

The objectives of this study are 1). To find out the recruitment at MTs Al-amiriyyah Blokagung Banyuwangi 2). This is to determine the work performance of teachers at MTs Al-amiriyyah 3). This is to determine the effect of recruitment on teacher work performance at MTs Al-amiriyyah. This type of research is quantitative descriptive using observation, questionnaires, and documentation for data collection techniques, data analysis using the product moment. The population in this study were 42 teachers / educators at MTs Al Amiriyyah. After analyzing the findings, it was found that the implementation of the recruitment was very influential on the work performance of MTs Al Amiriyyah teachers as evidenced by the results of data analysis of 0.662. It can be said that 0.662 <0.312. This means that there is a strong relationship between recruitment and teacher work performance at MTs Al Amiryyah Blokagung Banyuwangi

The objectives of this study are 1). To determine the effect of the Principal's Managerial Skills on Teacher Performance in SMA Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi, 2). To find out how much influence the principal's managerial skills have on teacher performance in SMA Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi. This research uses quantitative descriptive method with product moment technique in data validity test and to find data reliability using alpha formula, while in hypothesis testing using F test and T test using regression models. The population of this study were 42 SMA Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi teachers. After analyzing that it was found that the Principal Managerial Skills were very influential on Teacher Performance in SMA Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi as evidenced by the results of data analysis of 67.7% while the remaining 32.3% was influenced by other variables.
