Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menilai usability penggunaan (Learning Management System) LMS pada pelatihan tenaga kesehatan di masa pandemi Covid-19. Pada penelitian sebelumnya penelitian tentang LMS digunakan untuk pengolahan data master yang dibutuhkan dalam menunjang kegiatan pelatihan dan pembelajaran di kalangan guru, pendidikan formal dan perusahaan. Namun penelitian ini fokus pada pemanfaatan LMS dalam pelatihan jarak jauh, di balai pelatihan Kesehatan Cikarang. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Januari 2021, menggunakan model teori usability Neilsen, dengan subyek alumni peserta pelatihan Penugasan Khusus di angkatan tiga belas yang berjumlah 38 orang. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner, pedoman wawancara dan telaah laporan penyelenggaraan pelatihan. Analisis penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini melakukan pengukuran usability untuk mendapatkan gambaran seberapa besar manfaat aplikasi dalam meningkatkan pemahaman peserta dan tingkat kesulitan yang ditemukan. Pengukuran dilakukan terhadap tingkat ketergunaan sistem melalui lima kriteria, yaitu learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors dan satisfaction. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat ketergunan (usability) dari aplikasi adalah mudah dipelajari, efisien, pada saat pengguna berinteraksi, mudah mengingat prosedur, dan pengguna merasa nyaman dalam mengoperasionalkan aplikasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai masukan dalam pengembangan antarmuka aplikasi untuk pelatihan berikutnya dan untuk pelatihan bidang kesehatan lainnya. Kendala terbesar yang dialami alumni dalam mengakses LMS adalah, bahwa ini merupakan pengalaman pertama menggunakan LMS, dan kurangnya ketersediaan jaringan internet dan listrik.

Abstract

In auditing audit ethics, auditors' work experience, auditor competence, and functional audit behavior have an important role in determining audit quality. This research is included in qualitative research. The author uses the method of literature review and descriptive research techniques. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the role of auditor ethics, auditor experience, auditor competence and functional audit behavior on audit quality. The results of this study indicate that auditor ethics Auditor experience, auditor competence and dysfunctional behavior also have a positive effect on audit quality.

Abstract

The biggest problem found in writing English text is that there are errors in English grammar. Therefore, the effort in this study was carried out with the aim of analyzing errors in English grammar through writing English texts as well as measuring the increase in the ability to analyze writing errors using the group discussion method. This research was conducted using Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is part of the qualitative descriptive method in research using the Kemmis and Mc. Taggart. The object of research in eleventh grade students are fifteen students. Based on the research conducted, the results of the study found three errors in English grammar including: 1) Verbs, 2) To Be, and 3) Personal Pronouns. The errors in the three types of grammar are mostly writing errors, subtraction and even exaggerating words, as well as students' incomprehension in placing grammar in the correct position. Thus the research conducted at the pre-test stage of cycle 1. Cycle and cycle 2 reached the final result, namely 60% of student learning outcomes were in the very high category, which indicates that the minimum completeness standard of e-learning is for students in schools.

Abstract

Pernikahan merupakan ikatan batin antara seorang laki-laki dan perempuan untuk mencapai tujuan keluarga. Pernikahan bertujuan untuk memperoleh keturunan. Namun, tidak semua pasangan dapat memiliki anak karena alasan kesehatan (childless) dan tidak ingin memiliki anak (childfree). Childless terjadi akibat adanya permasalahan kesehatan yang membuat pasangan sulit untuk memperoleh keturunan. Selain itu, childless dapat terjadi dengan tujuan untuk menunda memperoleh keturunan atau mengatur jarak dalam memperoleh keturunan. Childless dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat kontrasepsi baik yang tradisional maupun modern. Sedangkan, childfree merupakan keputusan yang dilarang dalam agama Islam jika ditinjau dalam ilmu fiqih, karena penerapan childfree tidak berdasar pada alasan yang jelas dan terkesan menggunakan alasan perihal urusan duniawi seperti karir, pekerjaan maupun ekonomi. Padahal, dalam agama Islam sudah dijelaskan bahwa anak memiliki banyak keutamaan diantaranya sebagai amal jariyah, mendapatkan berkah dunia dan akhirat, meningkatkan ketakwaan, mendapatkan syafa’at dan mendapatkan derajat tinggi di surga. Oleh karena itu, sebagai umat Nabi Muhammad Saw hendaknya selalu mengikuti dan mengamalkan ajaran Agama Islam agar kelak mendapatkan syafaat di yaumul akhir.

Abstract

Bangsa Indonesia adalah masyarakat yang religius, mereka yakin bahwa Tuhan itu ada. Karena itu argumentasi yang dibangun tidak hanya berbasik pada fakta empirik alamiah (A) dan atau logika teoretik kata manusia (M), namun juga nash firman Tuhan (T). Kerangka berfikir ini mulai dipresentasikan pada Seminar Nasional Peningkatan Pendidikan dan Penelitian Pascasarjana II, di ITS Surabaya dengan judul Sinergi ATM sebuah Paradiqma Baru dalam Penelitian (Ali Sukamtono, 2002). Bagi umat Islam al Quran adalah firman Tuhan yang menjadi sumber utama kebenaran. Tidak saja bagi umat Islam, al Quran juga merupakan petunjuk bagi seluruh umat manusia (QS 2:185). Seluruh isi kandungan al Quran termuat dalam Ummul Quran atau al Fatihah yang terdiri tujuh ayat (QS 1: 1-7) yang dibaca berulang-ulang (QS 15:87). Karena itu sudah selayaknya bila tujuh ayat ini dijadikan acuan dalam setiap langkah kehidupan.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini banyak anak yang mengikuti berbagai bimbingan belajar di luar jam sekolah, mengakibatkan anak stres, waktu bermain berkurang, dan akibatnya ada anak yang menjadi gila, banyak orang tua menuntut agar anaknya pintar, di bidang akademik. Sehingga anak mogok sekolah, cepat bosan, dan kurang konsentrasi dalam belajar. Hal ini akan berakibat pada perkembangan kecerdasan anak khususnya perkembangan sosialnya pada keterampilan mewarnai biasanya disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor salah satunya saat proses perkembangan sosialnya. Guru kurang mengenalkan permainan tradisional gobag sodor kepada anak-anak. Berdasarkan rumusan masalah dan tujuan penelitian yang telah diketahui diperkuat dengan hasil analisis data yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung = 3,12 lebih besar dari ttabel 1,73 dengan taraf signifikansi 3,12 dan signifikansi 1,73 tingkat 1,73 dimana N = 20 yang berarti hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak dan hipotesis kerja (H1) diterima. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa hipotesis kerja (H1) yang menyatakan “ada pengaruh positif permainan tradisional gobag sodor terhadap perkembangan sosial anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Darussalam Belahan Wedoro” diterima. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa permainan tradisional gobag sodor dapat berdampak pada perkembangan sosial anak.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of the development of story-telling ability in early childhood. One of stimulation in the development is the story, as the skills to make a variety of images. With the formulation of the problem is "Do the methods of drawing tasks affect the ability to tell the students in group B TK Wijaya Bendul Mrisi Surabaya?. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the method of administration tasks such as drawing on the ability to tell the students in group B TK sill Merisi Wijaya Surabaya. The study was designed according to the concept of Pre-experimental One group Pre and Post test design. Data collected by the method of performance tests with instrument observation sheet performance. The experiment was conducted on students in kindergarten kolompok sill Merisi Wijaya Surabaya by the number of learners 35 children. Based on the analysis of data obtained using a T-test t calculate equal to 6.883 while t table of 2.032 with 35 degrees of freedom and a confidence level of 0.5 means Hi accepted. From the results of this study concluded that the method of administration tasks such as drawing an effect on children's storytelling ability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence product quality and product design have on Pixy's product purchasing decisions. The analytical method used is the method of multiple linear regression (multi linear regression). The results of the t-test (partial) can be seen that there is an influence between Product Quality Variables on Pixy Product purchasing decisions with a tcount of 3.084 With = 5%, ttable (5%; 51-2 = 49) obtained a ttable value of 1.676 from the description it can be seen that tcount (3.084) > ttable (1.676), as well as the significance value of 0.000 > 0.05, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that product quality (X1) has an effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Testing Hypothesis 2 states that: The results of the t-test (partial) can be seen that there is an influence between Product Design on the Pixy Product Purchase Decision with a tcount of -0.271 With = 5%, ttable (5%; 51-2 = 49) obtained the value ttable of 1.676 from the description it can be seen that tcount (-0.271) < ttable (1.676), and the significance value is 0.788 <0.05, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is rejected, meaning that Product Design (X2) has no effect on Purchase Decisions (Y) . Testing Hypothesis 3 states that: Product Quality and Product Design have a joint effect on the Pixy Product Purchase Decision (Case Study on STIE Bina Karya Tebing Tinggi Students). This is evident from the results of the F test which obtained an Fcount of 8,119 With = 5%, dk of numerator: 3, dk of denominator: 51-2-1(5%; 2; 48; ftable 3,191) obtained ftable value of 3.191. From this description, it can be seen that Fcount (8.119) > Ftable (3.191), and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05, it can be concluded that the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning that Product Quality (X1) and Product Design (X2) have a joint effect ( simultaneous) on the Purchase Decision Variable (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) The magnitude of the influence of brand equity on Motorcycle Purchase Decisions at Honda Sau Sin Power Motor Dealers. 2) The level of buyer satisfaction with the marketing of Honda motorcycles at CV. Sau Sin Power Motor. The instrument analysis technique in this study used simple linear regression analysis and the determinant coefficient test. So the results of this study are 1) Brand Equity has a positive effect on purchasing decisions for Honda motorcycles in Medan City with a CV case study. Sau Sin Power Motor Medan. 2) Characteristics of the respondents in this case the consumers of Honda motorcycle buyers in CV. The majority of Sau Sin Power Motor Medan are male, and with the age of 31 – 40 years with self-employed jobs. This study aims to determine: 1) The magnitude of the influence of brand equity on Motorcycle Purchase Decisions at Honda Sau Sin Power Motor Dealers. 2) The level of buyer satisfaction with the marketing of Honda motorcycles at CV. Sau Sin Power Motor. In this study, using the sampling technique is non-random sampling with the Solvin method with the respondent's criterion is consumers who buy Honda motorbikes at CV. Sau Sin Power Motor. This study used a sample of 80 respondents. The instrument analysis technique in this study uses simple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determinant test. So that the results of this study are 1) Brand Equity has a positive effect on purchasing decisions for Honda motorbikes in Medan with a case study CV. Sau Sin Power Motor Medan. 2) Characteristics of respondents, in this case, consumers who buy Honda motorbikes at CV. The majority of Sau Sin Power Motor Medan are male, and those aged 31-40 years old work as entrepreneurs
