Currently in Indonesia there are many kinds of E-Wallets including; DOKU, BBM money bank Permata, cash XL, Telkomsel T-Cash, CIMB Niaga Mobile Account, and so on. One example of an E-wallet is Gopay, inaugurated in April 2016 that can be used in all payment transactions in the Gojek application. This study aims to investigate the effects of E-wallet and Sales Promotion of Hop Hop Purchasing Decisions among high school students in the city of North Jakarta. This is explanatory research using probability sampling method and using a questionnaire on Google Form for collecting data. The sample used is 100 respondents from high school students who use the GOPAY electronic wallet to buy Hop Hop in the city of North Jakarta. This research uses quantitative analysis: validity, reliability, classic assumptions, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, simple and multiple linear regression, hypothesis significance of t test and F test. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that there was an effect of E-wallet and Sales Promotion on purchasing decisions. The variable correlation coefficient of the use of E-wallet and Sales Promotion on the GOPAY E-wallet has a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination of the variable using E-wallet on the Purchasing Decision variable is 59.4%, and the coefficient of determination of the Sales Promotion variable on the Purchasing Decision variable is 43.1%.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the implementation of differential analysis in ultra-micro manufacturing businesses. The literature shows the role of differential analysis in cost allocation decisions. Consideration of costs and benefits to be gained becomes the main focus when conducting differential analysis. This research was conducted with a qualitative method. This research shows that management has not applied differential analysis in calculating the cost of goods manufactured for special orders. The differential analysis plays an important role especially in the decision-making to accept or reject special orders. This research shows that the proposed alternatives can accept special orders as long as the production capacity is adequate. The research findings indicate that based on the results of the differential analysis, management should choose an alternative to buying raw materials because it is more profitable than producing them yourself. Managers should start applying differential cost analysis so that special orders can be used as an alternative to increasing company profits.

Abstract

This paper aims to investigate the mediating impact of occupational stress on the association of workplace violence and staff performance. This association was assessed through theoretical lenses and then verified through empirical evidence. This study is based on quantitative research using a survey instrument for data collection. Data was collected from 242 academic employees working in the public sector commerce and management sciences colleges in five big cities of Peshawar, Abbottabad, Mardan, Swat, and Noshehra in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This study applied Andrew F. Hayes PROCESS v3.4 to conduct mediation analysis in IBM SPSS 23. The statistical results reveal that occupational stress partially mediates the association between workplace violence and staff performance. The proposed framework sheds light on how occupational stress increases workplace violence's impact on staff performance. Thus, this study is the first of its kind to quantify the level of occupational stress in the association between workplace violence and staff performance of academic employees. The current study's findings benefit educationists, principals, administrators, and policymakers owing to educational developments.
