Aplikasi Antigen Bakteri Streptococcus Agalactiae Sebagai Kandidat Vaksin untuk Pencegahan Penyakit Streptococcosis pada Ikan Nila (Oreochromis Sp)Applications bacteria Streptococcus agalactiae As Antigen Vaccine Candidate for Disease Prevention Streptococcosis in Tilapia (Oreochromis Sp)Sri Dwi HastutiJurusan Agribisnis, Fakultas Pertanian PeternakanUniversitas Muhammadiyah Malang Email: sridwihastuti@yahoo.comABSTRACTIn Indonesia, cases of disease caused by the bacterium Streptococcus sp attack many tilapia fish farming (Supriyadi, 2002), especially those caused by bacterial infection S, agalactiae. To cope with the bacterium Streptococcus infection in farmed fish are usually used antibiotics, but the continuous use of antibiotics and unwisely can lead to bacterial resistance and the impact on the environment. Therefore we need an alternative that is more effective disease control and safe is the vaccine development. During these existing vaccines are vaccines developed from bacterial cells inactivated with formalin  or heating.  The method used in this study is experimental, with a treatment method of vaccination by injection and orl. For the injection method of treatment dose vaccination 5 tested: 0, 50, 100, 150 and 200 mL / fish tail. As for the oral doses used were 0, 5, 10, 15 and 20 mL / fish. The design used was CRD with each of 3 replications.  The results showed that the injection method is better in meproteksi fish against bacterial attack S.agalactiae, because it can provide up to 100% survival after challenge test. The highest antibody titers obtained in the method of injection at a dose of 50 mL, whereas hematocrit and best phagocytic activity at a dose of 200 mL, and the highest leukocrit at a dose of 100 mL. At oral methods can only protect from SR  only up 46.67% were obtained at a dose of 20 mL, while for hematocrit and best phagocytic activity at doses of 10 mL, and leukocrit highest in the control treatment.Keywords: Streptococcus bacteria, vaccines, TilapiaABSTRAKDi Indonesia, kasus penyakit yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Streptococcus sp serangan budidaya ikan nila banyak (Supriyadi, 2002), terutama yang disebabkan oleh infeksi bakteri S, agalactiae. Untuk mengatasi infeksi bakteri Streptococcus pada ikan budidaya biasanya digunakan antibiotik, namun terus digunakan antibiotik dan tidak bijaksana dapat menyebabkan resistensi bakteri dan dampak terhadap lingkungan. Oleh karena itu kita perlu alternatif yang pengendalian penyakit yang lebih efektif dan aman adalah pengembangan vaksin. Selama ini vaksin yang ada vaksin yang dikembangkan dari sel-sel bakteri tidak aktif dengan formalin untuh atau pemanasan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimental, dengan metode pengobatan vaksinasi melalui suntikan dan ORL. Untuk metode injeksi pengobatan dosis vaksinasi 5 diuji: 0, 50, 100, 150 dan 200 mL / ekor ikan. Adapun dosis oral yang digunakan adalah 0, 5, 10, 15 dan 20 mL / ikan. Desain yang digunakan adalah acak lengkap dengan masing-masing 3 ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode injeksi yang lebih baik ikan meproteksi terhadap serangan bakteri S.agalactiae, karena dapat memberikan hingga 100% bertahan hidup setelah uji tantang. Titer antibodi tertinggi diperoleh pada metode injeksi dengan dosis 50 ml, sedangkan hematokrit dan aktivitas fagosit terbaik dengan dosis 200 mL, dan leukocrit tertinggi pada dosis 100 mL. Pada metode lisan hanya dapat melindungi dari SRnya hanya sampai 46.67% diperoleh dengan dosis 20 ml, sedangkan untuk hematokrit dan aktivitas fagosit terbaik pada dosis 10 ml, dan leukocrit tertinggi pada perlakuan kontrol.Kata kunci: bakteri Streptococcus, vaksin, nila

Abstract

Penelitian untuk mengetahui daya hidup bakteri-bakteri selulolitik asal Yoghurt Sapi pada media pembawa pollard telah dilaksanakan pada bulan April sampai dengan Juni 2004 di Laboratorium Mikrobiologi Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. Kedalam pollard ditambahkan probiotik sebanyak 20% dari bahan kering pollard untuk kemudian dinkubasi pada suhu 39oC. Pengamatan yang meliputi jumlah koloni bakteri selulolitik, karakterisasi bakteri selulolitik dan perbandingan populasi spesies bakteri dilakukan pada hari ke 0, 30, dan 60. Koloni bakteri selulolitik mengalami penurunan pada pengamatan hari ke 0 (108), ke 30 (104) dan ke 60 (102). Setelah pengamatan bentuk koloni, dilakukan karakterisasi yang menunjukkan terdapat 3 spesies bakteri selulolitik yang hidup yaitu: Fibrobacter succinogenes, Butyrifibrio fibrisolvens, dan Ruminococcus albus. Walaupun ke-3 spesies mengalami penurunan, terdapat perbedaan pola penurunan. R. albus yang dominan pada hari ke 0 turun secara drastis pada pengamatan berikutnya. Pada pengamatan hari ke 30, F. succinogenes merupakan bakteri yang paling dominan, dan B. fibrisolvens dominan pada hari ke 60.

The purpose of this study was to assess the condition Sempu IslandNature Reserve, assessing tourism potential and assess appropriate strategies for the developmentof ecotourism in the area Sempu Island Nature Reserve. The study was conducted by surveymethods, data collection methods include primary and secondary data. Analysis of data to determinethe strategy of the development of ecotourism in the area of Island Nature Reserve Sempu usedSWOT analysis and to determine the best decision in the selection criteria with respect to aspects(economic, environmental and social) to approach analytical hierarchy process (AHP), is to assessthe benefits of "impact positive "and cost" negative impact "tourism development based on stakeholderperceptions.The results based on conditions on the ground shows that Sempu Island Nature Reserve hasbecome a tourist spot with tourists ± 200-300 wiatawan each week and more than doubled eachholiday season with a growth rate of 4.97% of tourists visit each year, an estimated tourists in theyear 2021 reach ± 17 715 tourists. Abstract

Result of research Dian Indratmi previously (2000, 2001, and 2002) indicated among antagonisfungi that shown potential inhibition Colletotrichum gloeosporioides better were fructoplant yeastinoculan especially Debaryomyces sp. For evaluation of efficacy yeast Debaryomyces sp.as apotential biokontrol agent of chilli anthracnose or to develop this agent as biopesticide, it is importantto have available culture media that maximize production at low cost.The aimed of this research to find out a low cost media culture formulation for yeast fructoplantbiomass production for their application on field to suppressed anthracnose disease on pepper.The laboratory experiment with Complete Randomized Design and 6 replication. There were11 treatment, it?s A = malt extract liquid media; B = malt extract liquid media + pepper extract; C= corn meal liquid media; D = corn meal liquid media + pepper extract; E = sugar potato extractliquid media; F = Alioshina liquid media; G = sugar mixture of rice and bran liquid media; H =sugar pepper extract liquid media; I = maize solid media; J = waste water rice media; K = ipomoealiquid media.Results of the experiment indicated 11 of the yeast media culture test can as a substrate foryeast biomass production. Yeast Debaryomyces sp that cultured on the substrate corn meal liquidmedia that added with or without pepper extract resulted better weight and quantity cell of yeastDebaryomyces sp. The yeast for their growing needed a rather acid substrate, it?s about pH 4.79-6.07.

Alsina and Tomas (2005) discuss about inequaty of the gamma function by geometricalapproach. Sandor (2005) and Baiduri (2008) discuss about some inequalities that involves the gammafunction based on the series representaion of psi function. Based on these results and use samemethod, this paper discusses some inequalities involves the q-gamma function.

Abstract

This research considered to study how to control the dynamic changing of induction motor speed, if there were various loads or inputs from out of system by using PID Controller. Every changing of loads on induction motor caused the changing of speed perform of induction motor and system specification. Therefore, there were several changing on values of Kp, Ki and Kd components of PID Controller. Every component of PID Controller was designed for every dynamic changing of output signal of induction motor, that could use to prepare it's specification such as rise time (tr), steady time (ts) and maximum overshoot (Mp) depending on system perform that have wanted to design. The results of analysis from modeling system and PID Controller design simulated by using Matlab 6.5 and Simulink. Various of load were based on five load conditions when induction motor move in normal condition below it's full load, full load, 100% over full load, 200% over full load and 300% over full load.  The simulation indicated that even though there were several various loads in five different conditions, induction motor can move in good perform and the speed can keep well.  That was indicated by results of simulation, especially such as rise time (tr), steady time (ts) and maximum overshoot (Mp) were better than without PID Controller
