Abstract

Krupuk kupang merupakan salah satu diversifikasi produk olahan kupang, kerupuk kupang merupakan salah satu komoditas yang sangat potensial untuk dikembangkan menjadi pangan bergizi tinggi dan mempunyai prospek industri yang sangat baik. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Pemberian kaldu kupang berpengaruh nyata (p<0.05) terhadap kadar protein krupuk kupang, kadar protein krupuk kupang tertinggi sekitar 11,11%. Pemberian kaldu kupang berpengaruh sangat nyata (p<0.01) terhadap pengembangan krupuk kupang. Pengembangan krupuk kupang terbesar 115%. Pemberian kaldu kupang tidak berpengaruh nyata (p>0.05) terhadap uji sensori krupuk kupang yang meliputi bau, tekstur, dan warna. Rata-rata konsumen menyukai krupuk kupang.

Korelasi Antara Penambahan Aspal Minyak Pada Campuran Perkerasan Aspal Beton Hasil Daur Ulang Terhadap Karakteristik MarshallAlik  Ansyori  AlamsyahStaf Pengajar Jurusan Teknik Sipil, Fakultas TeknikUniversitas Muhammadiyah MalangEmail: alik.syah@yahoo.comABSTRACTImproved  road  by  adding  extra  layers  of  constant  thickness  will  result  in increasingly thick layers of pavement and materials needed thining. Treatment with pavement  recycling  technologies  (recycling)  is  an  alternative  to  overcome  this problem because it has several  advantages such as to restore power and maintain the geometric road pavement and overcome dependence on new material. Recycling processed and supported by adequate equipment will  produce a mixture that can offset the value structure of the mixture. The addition of new  materials and or additional  materials  in the  former  material  scratching  the  old  pavement  is  one alternative to increase the carrying capacity of ex-scratching material.Research conducted at the Laboratory of Highway Muhammadiyah University of Malang. The quality of asphalt concrete recycled with the addition of new asphalt can be known through the Marshall test results (stability, flow plastically, the results for the marshall, and the cavity in the mix). The binder used was 60/70 penetration bitumen with each variation with the addition of 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 2%, and 2.5%. From the result showed that the addition of new asphalt on a mixture of  recycled asphalt to improve the power tie. Optimum asphalt content based on the value of stability, flow, and Marshall Quotient amounted to 7.25% of the total weight of the mixture, then there was  an increase of 0.45% asphalt needs of optimum asphalt content of 6.8%.Keywords : Marshall stability, recycling, asphalt.

On Vermicompost Quality And Application In Plants Mustard Sri Mursiani ArifahJurusan Agronomi, Fakultas Pertanian PeternakanUniversitas Muhammadiyah MalangEmail: sri_mursiani@umm.ac.idABSTRACTThe material so the worms will feed determines the quality and kuntitas vermicompost produced, also will give different effects on plants that utilize the vermicompost, but assumtion of this information so obtained is not done the research to get the information to the problem of the composition of the feed worm that will generate solid vermicompost and liquid as well as its application to the mustard plant. So the research done twice. The purpose of this study to look at the quality vermicompost with different feed compositions given in the application and vermicompost were tested in solid and liquid forms of the mustard plant. The first study cultivation of worms with different feed compositions treatment in order to obtain and quality vermicompost, vermicompost then determine the best based on the results of laboratory analysis associated with the needs of mustard. A second study testing the solid vermicompost combined with concentrations of liquid vermicompost vermicompost derived solid part of the mustard plant. The results showed that vermicompost obtained from worms feed material 50% liquid cow manure and 59% forage materials give better effect to the plant (plant height, number of leaves, brush the leaves and plant fresh weight) at each level of administration of liquid vermicompost fertilizer concentration which range from 35 ml / l water-105 ml / l of water.Keywords: Casting solid liquid and organic waste.ABSTRAKBahan yang jadi pakan cacing akan mementukan kualitas dan kuntitas kascing yang dihasilkan, juga akan memberikan efek yang berbeda terhadap tanaman yang memanfaatkan kascing tersebut, namun.asumsi ini informasinya tidak didapat sehingga guna mendapatkan informasinya dilakukan penelitian dengan permasalahan komposisi pakan cacing yang akan menghasilkan kascing padat dan cair serta aplikasinya terhadap tanaman sawi. Sehingga dilakukan dua kali penelitian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat kualitas kascing dengan diberi komposisi pakan yang berbeda dan dalam aplikasinya kascing yang dicobakan dalam bentuk padat dan cair terhadap tanaman sawi. Penelitian pertama budidaya cacing dengan perlakuan komposisi pakan yang berbeda guna mendapatkan kascing dan kualitasnya, kemudian menentukan kascing yang terbaik berdasarkan hasil analisa laboratorium yang dikaitkan dengan kebutuhan tanaman sawi. Penelitian kedua pengujian kascing padat dikombinasikan dengan konsentasi kascing cair yang berasal bagian kascing padat terhadap tanaman sawi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kascing yang didapat dari bahan pakan cacing 50% cairan kotoran sapi dan bahan hijauan 59% memberikan efek yang lebih baik terhadap tanaman ( tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, kuas daun dan berat segar tanaman) pada setiap level pemberian konsentrasi pupuk kascing cair yang berkisar 35 ml/l air- 105 ml/l air.Kata Kunci : Kascing padat, cair dan limbah Organik.

And to achieve the research objectives, theresearch is directed at the target qualitative descriptive and explanatory goals, and the type of researchconducted survey research.The results of sustainability research efforts in the area of dairy cattle showed a relativelymoderate conditions, in detail indicated that: the ecology and breeding, agro-climatic suitability indicator,land for other crops, and land management for lingkunngan can be considered high. which meansnot cause problems. Sustainability Indicators in the economic dimension has average category,which means that the business community developed dairy farmers are not too conducive to creatinga system of highly competitive agribusiness, capable of responding to market dynamics effectivelyand efficiently. Considered the cultural dimension of social roles and patterns of public relations inthe dairy business activities categorized high. Dimensions infrastructure and tekonolgi show stillneeds the role of technology and adequate infrastructure according to the needs of dairy farmers.Legal and institutional aspects of the low where the role of education, banking and microfinance aswell as the involvement of farmer groups is very less.

Energy source drawer for to multiply is electricenergy from nature renewable energy exercise sun energy, win energy and water energy, and moresmall scala, and obstacle stock small generator for water energy and win energy with small scalawith low turn not to be available.In research make to design, planning and making small generator 100 watts with low turning300 rpm, for produce electric power 2,4 kWh/ unit/ day.

Abstract

The involvement of financial institutions is needed in the development of its business. What isthe mechanism between home industry partnerships with financial institutions is something thatneeds to be studied so that the synergy between the home industry with a financial institution canrun.This study is proposed as a whole is completed in 2 stages. Phase I aims to: Describe theprofile of home industry & financial institutions in the research area, describe the performance of anexisting home industry in the research area. Phase II aims to: analyze the ever growing system ofcooperation between the home industry with financial institutions in the research area, formulatethe concept of cooperation in order to knit synergy between the home industry with financialinstitutions in order to be profitable for both parties.

Abstract

Stove Industry in Malang town have the central which is located in Merjosari village of LowokwaruDistrict, competition sharply felt in stove segment of middle to below level, so that many small industry iswhich big before and now withdraw even some of closing down because unable to compete in market at thismoment domestic stove product competition is more strict, proven by the big factory like PT. Maspion PTKuwatsu and others and also small factory under it more much its amount. Theoretically basic competition isthe quality of product in this matter is stove product; have to be suitable with expectation of customer asaccording to market segmentation which is made by small entrepreneur. Improving of competition accordingto M. Porter one of them is by improving the quality of product, in this case is stove product by doingdevelopment of some control concept of quality during process of making from raw material of stove untilpackaging of stove product without change the design or total job system of stove production process. Toget the stove product which with quality, hence during stove production process must be done a planningof quality, one of them is by the quality control method of statistically (PKS or, Statistical Process Control,SPC).Based on observation that found, there are some problem faced by small company or industry ofstove there is no system of planning of production control which correct. Along of that?s trying to doresearch of the stove small industrial to be able to plan the control of quality for the control of stove product.Result of this first phase research is a profile picture of stove quality in stove small industrial central ofMerjosari village.Conclusion from this research is the first effect of defect stove product of the most have a lot offrequency is at the tank production process, the reason is existence of trace material that have got theproduction process before. Both calculation process of the quality control based on attribute effect of defectis in control in quality. Third profile of control quality is like in diagram picture of statistical control, its meanthat all process of making stove tank still in limit of quality control of its attribute.

Thick seed coat of the results of analysis of variance there was no significant interaction between treatments. The surface area of seeds and water absorption of soybean seeds are the result of analysis of variance significant interaction between spacing and fertilizer P. The content of phosphorus compounds shows that there is significant interaction between the treatment plant spacing and fertilizer P. The content of glucose and protein from the results of analysis of variance there is a significant interaction between treatment and dose spacing P fertilizer, while the fat content is not real interaction in treatment spacing and fertilizer P. spacing of 40 cm x 20 cm and P fertilizer dose of 100 kg / ha of SP-36 increase the harvest index, number of pods, seed weight per plant, seed weight per hectare, and the weight of seeds per hectare. Treatment plant spacing and fertilizer P effect on the physical form of the surface area of soybean seed and water absorption and nutrient content of glucose and soybean seed proteins. After empirically n phase I in the first stage of the research conducted to-2 in the second year. In the second year of this study, the size of the seed as genetic and environmental characteristics (spacing and fertilizer P) is suspected to be the cause of differences in the quality and storability of soybean seeds. Therefore, the models estimate the necessary seed storability of soybean seeds with a large pengusangan techniques quickly.Key word : germination power, fast pengusangan, seed storability of seed, and germination models.
