Abstract

In recent years, attention towards the creative economy has increased on a global scale. This concept refers to an economy that is not only based on physical goods, but also involves the ownership of intangible assets, such as innovation and creativity. This article aims to explain how the creative economy can become a major driver in Indonesia's economy, potentially leading the country towards a more advanced future. The discussion includes a paradigm shift from an economy focused on physical production to one that emphasizes innovation, as well as a transformation from a recorded economy to a creativity-based economy. Furthermore, the article reveals how the creative economy can help Indonesia develop more innovative industries and compete in the international market. The use of the creative economy is also expected to reduce poverty levels and create a brighter future for the national economy. Therefore, success in implementing policies and utilizing Indonesia's high creative potential will lead the country towards an innovative, competitive, and sustainable economy in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the production costs of the domestic industry “Elis Bandung” located in Gandekan RT02/RW04, Pucangan, Kartasura, Sukoharjo, Central Java. At the same time, group production costs into direct costs, direct labor costs and manufacturing overhead (BOP). This industrial park was established in 1998. The analysis method includes interviews and data collection for the 2023-2024 season. In this study, the domestic industry divided its employees into production, packaging, frying, baking, administration, drivers, agents, and sales. Production in the small biscuit industry “Elis Bandung” includes kneading, mixing with flour, hydraulicizing the dough, molding, baking, frying, packaging and finally the distribution process. Elis Bandung biscuits have a delicious, attractive flavor thanks to the blend of shrimp juice and meat sauce. This domestic industry is already in operation. Output reaches 80,000 per day and total income 15,000,000 to 25,000,000 per day. From the results of the analysis of the domestic industry, it was concluded that the company "Elis Bandung" can make a profit through the analysis of production costs and profits earned.

Abstract

Economic growth is the process of changing the condition of a country continuously towards the better during a period of time. The existence of economic growth is an indication of the success of economic development. The objective of this research is to find out the contribution to the development of pre-economic structures and economic growth in Banyumas district in 2021 and 2022, to know which sectors are the basis and non-base sectors in the economic structure development and growth of Banyumas district, to know the changes in the superior sector in the structure of the economy of Banyumas District. This research uses secondary data such as Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) data, and the rate of economic growth of Banyumas district. The analysis method used is Location Quotient (LQ), Shift Share (SS). From the results of the analysis of the calculation of the LQ sectors that have a value of LQ > 1 i.e. the sector of Processing, Construction, and Procurement of Electricity and Gas, and the sector that has a LQ < 1 i.e. agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Mining and Demolition, as well as Information and Communications, from the result of the shift share (SS) indicated that pointing out that there are some sectors that have the potential to be positive

Abstract

Competition in the business sector requires that every company needs to produce quality products. This can be done by always checking and standardizing product quality. The costs incurred for these needs are often called quality costs or quality costs. The purpose of this research is to find out the extent of the quality of quality carried out by the round tofu company PD Jempol located in Ciamis Regency to improve the quality of its products. The method used by the author is a descriptive qualitative method. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources obtained from interviews, observations and literature studies. The results of the research show that from the components taken, it can be concluded that the PD Jempol Round Tofu Company has implemented quality costs but needs to maximize the Cost of Quality in the business carried out.

Abstract

Companies need to have quality employees who can play an active role in dealing with various problems, therefore, the induction program is a stimulus and has an important role in increasing employee engagement in an organization. This research aims to find out the impact of an orientation program with a motivational approach on employee involvement in a company. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive method, which describes in detail or describes the phenomena that occur. The data collection method uses library research (library study). The results of the research show that developing the management of human resources, especially employees through an introduction program, this program indirectly has benefits for the company so that they can get a sense of attachment earlier from new employees so that the company can maintain its human resources. , and minimize turnover

Abstract

This study explores the strategy of sales budgeting in relation to profit planning through a combined analytical approach that includes both qualitative and quantitative methods. The author collected data through documentation, interviews, and related literature studies. The analysis results indicate that the company failed to prepare the budget effectively due to the use of a top-down (authoritarian) approach in collecting sales data from the previous year. The author suggests that the company consider using quadratic sales forecasting techniques when preparing the sales budget

Abstract

Pak Gareng Tofu Factory is one of the small and medium enterprises engaged in tofu production in Purwogondo, Kartasura. The tofu factory established by Mr. Gareng was established in 2019 which is almost five years ago. This study aims to analyze production costs, load costs, work costs and factory overhead costs at Pak Gareng's Tofu Factory. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The results of the research from the total costs incurred during one month amounted to Rp. 90,230,000.00. In Pak Gareng's tofu factory there are 3 employees, of which 2 workers are in charge of making tofu and 1 is in charge of cutting tofu. The process of making tofu in this factory includes, washing soybeans, grinding soybeans, boiling soybeans, filtering soybeans, molding them into tofu, cutting tofu, and finally the tofu is ready to take. The workers at Pak Gareng's tofu factory usually work for 26 days a month.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has brought significant changes to the world of work, requiring organizations and individuals to adapt quickly to new technologies and evolving skill demands. This study aims to explore effective talent management strategies to address the challenges and capitalize on the opportunities in this era of disruption. Through an in-depth literature review of relevant sources, this study identifies current trends in human resource management and related technologies.The findings indicate that enhancing both hard and soft skills is crucial. Hard skills, such as proficiency in digital technologies and data analysis, are essential to navigate technological advancements. Soft skills, including communication, collaboration, and leadership, are vital for adapting to the new work dynamics.  Furthermore, foreign language proficiency is increasingly important for collaboration and competition in the global market. Additionally, practical training, both within and outside the work environment, is necessary to apply knowledge and develop relevant skills. Implementing these strategies will provide a strong foundation for organizations to maintain competitiveness and maximize employee potential in the dynamic digital age. Organizations are encouraged to adopt a proactive approach in developing their talent to ensure long-term success.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is something that includes the entire system related to the aim of planning a price, distributing and promoting purchasing needs. This research aims to find out what strategies can be used to market a business or product for MSMEs. The research method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach, including literature studies on marketing strategies for MSME businesses. The result of this study is a utilization strategy in marketing a business or product is to take advantage of digital technology which as we know has a lot of roles for our lives. In addition, providing attractive promos and providing a time limit if or the number of items so that consumers feel they have to quickly and immediately buy the products we sell. In conclusion, an effective marketing strategy for MSME businesses combines the use of digital technology, the development of a strong brand identity, strategic collaboration, a deep understanding of consumers, and then in a creative marketing approach.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of work discipline and motivation on employee performance at PT. UPS Cardig International, where performance has declined. Using a quantitative descriptive approach, the study surveyed 96 respondents selected via simple random sampling from a total workforce of 138 across all divisions. Data collection involved an online Google Form survey, with analysis conducted using SmartPLS version 3.2.9. Results indicate that both work discipline and motivation positively and significantly influence employee performance. The findings suggest that implementing effective practices in these areas can improve employee performance at PT. UPS Cardig International. Based on these results, the study recommends that companies enhance employee development programs focusing on discipline and work motivation. However, limitations in variable complexity and data acquisition highlight the need for further research to gain a deeper understanding of factors affecting employee performance. This study contributes to the body of knowledge on employee performance management, offering insights for PT. UPS Cardig International and similar organizations facing performance challenges. By emphasizing the importance of work discipline and motivation, the research provides a foundation for developing targeted strategies to enhance employee productivity and overall organizational effectiveness.
