Abstract

This research is motivated by the performance of BUMDES marketing during the 4.0 revolution, entering the era of modern development of digital information and communication technology, especially the internet, which seems to be a primary human need and is almost involved in daily activities. In today's all-digital situation, the right promotion strategy is needed to increase sales. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of digital entrepreneurship, marketing mix and technology acceptance models on the marketing performance of BUMDES Nerang Jaya. The quantitative method used is a technique of collecting, processing, simplifying, presenting and analyzing data in order to provide an overview of an event through the distribution of questionnaires which are carried out and expressed in the form of numbers, so that they can be measured and calculated. Abstract

The development of information technology has enabled companies to simplify their business processes, face challenges and meet customer demands. ERP is one of the information technologies commonly used by companies. In order for a business to compete with its competitors, strong performance is needed which is supported by supply chain management by operating as efficiently as possible with the help of information technology. The Nestlé company is an important component of the corporation and global food supply as the world's largest food producer. Nestlé companies implement various types of information technology tools in SCM, such as ERP systems to help manage their supply chain. Nestle has developed an ERP system based on SAP, which helps improve its business processes and achieve competitive advantage in the industry and significantly improves Nestle's supply chain management performance by increasing efficiency, reducing operational costs and improving product quality

Abstract

Quality products can be achieved by the company must always monitor and improve the quality of its products. Costs incurred in relation to efforts to improve product quality are called quality costs. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the cost of quality or the cost of quality to improve product quality. This research was conducted at the Humble Project, which is a company engaged in the clothing industry. The method used by the author is descriptive qualitative method. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. The data collection technique uses purposive sampling. The results of the study show that from the components taken, it can be concluded that the Humble Project has implemented quality costs but needs to maximize the Cost of Quality or Quality Costs in the business being carried out

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Taxpayer Understanding, Tax Service Quality and Tax Sanctions on Individual Taxpayer Compliance. The population in this study is individual taxpayers registered with KPP Pratama Cikarang Selatan. The determination of the number of samples in this study used the Slovin formula with a percentage error rate of 10%. with the number of samples used as many as 100 samples. The type of research applied to research is quantitative research through a descriptive approach. The data in this study uses primary data in the form of questionnaire distribution to individual taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Cikarang Selatan who have income both employees / employees and entrepreneurs using Google forms that will be processed using the SPPS Version 25 program. The analytical methods used in this study are data quality test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that Taxpayer Understanding, Tax Service Quality and Tax Sanctions simultaneously affect Individual Taxpayer Compliance. Viewed partially, Taxpayer Understanding and Tax Sanctions affect Individual Taxpayer Compliance. however, the Quality of Tax Services does not affect the Compliance of Individual Taxpayers. Thus, the better the understanding of taxpayers and tax sanctions will increase the compliance of individual taxpayers at the South Cikarang Pratama Tax Service Office, while the quality of tax services has not been able to fully improve the compliance of individual taxpayers

Abstract

This study aims to determine the mechanism for implementing school financial management at SMP Negeri 1 Bajeng, Gowa Regency. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The data management and data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of educational financial management at SMP Negeri 1 Bajeng, Gowa Regency can be carried out in a controlled and effective manner, especially in terms of financial allocation. Although in practice there are still some obstacles experienced by the school. The school education financial management system is implemented with reference to the preparation of the RKAM. The mechanism for implementing educational financial management at SMP Negeri 1 Bajeng includes financial planning, and auditing and financial accountability. With the creation of the RKAM that has been produced by the school during the annual work meeting, this is very helpful and supports the school in achieving the maximum success of each implementation of educational operational activities. The ability of human resources owned by SMP Negeri 1 Bajeng is a supporting factor for the school in overcoming obstacles that occur due to existing financial conditions with priority and unexpected financial expenditures/allocations

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine strategies to increase brand preference for authentic Rabbani products through SWOT analysis. In determining the marketing strategy it is necessary to know the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The design used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The subject of this research is the owner of Rabbani Jatinangor. The research instrument used was interviewed. The results showed that the analysis of strengths consisted of having many product variants, good product quality, and comfortable use, having many branches abroad, competitive prices offered, and good service quality, while weaknesses consisted of product designs that were easily imitated by competitors, several outlets had land narrow parking, optimization of the shopee marketplace for several outlets is still lacking, promotions only focus on direct marketing and personal selling, the only product that is in great demand is instant hijab. Then the opportunity consists of offers of cooperation with television programs, school students who are interested in the Rabbani student ambassador program, have entered foreign markets, relations with several celebrities as brand ambassadors, there are Muslim holidays, and the thread consists of increasingly competitive Muslim clothing. tight, many counterfeit products at low prices on the market, many competitors use online marketing, fashion trends change rapidly, and competitors open stores in nearby locations. Based on the results of the Rabbani SWOT matrix analysis, it is in the growth-oriented quadrant I (growth). Abstract

The development of Muslim fashion in Indonesia is currently experiencing significant changes. Rabbani is a fashion outlet that is known by its consumers as a provider of Muslim clothing. Rabbani is a garment company engaged in the Muslim fashion sector. This study aims to provide an overview regarding how to optimize the marketplace shopee in increasing sales volume at CV Rabbani Assysa, Jatinangor Branch. The data analysis technique used is SWOT analysis. This study uses a research method with a qualitative approach. With the researcher as the main instrument. In this study, data sources were taken from primary data and secondary data. Primary data sources were collected directly through in-depth interviews with the head of the CV Rabbani Assysa store, Jatinangor branch. In addition, secondary data will be collected through a literature review based on findings from previous studies such as journals, articles, and books. Data collection techniques used are interviews and literature studies. References consist of journals, articles, and books that are relevant to this research. The data analysis technique used is SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is used to analyze alternative marketing strategy factors that can be implemented by companies. The results of this study indicate that from the SWOT analysis that has been carried out, there is a strategy that can be proposed, namely increasing product marketing through online promotions, especially the marketplace shopee. By maximizing the use of marketplace shopee, sales will increase. In addition, by optimizing the marketplace, Shopee can also expand its market share. .

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance, analyze the effect of work stress on employee performance, and analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance. The object of this research is at Bank BRI Cabang Pattimura Semarang. The method in this study is a survey research method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees at Bank BRI Cabang Pattimura Semarang. The number of samples in this study were 80 respondents who were obtained using saturated sampling, namely the sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. Methods of data collection through questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS which includes validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using t test, R² test. The results showed that the independent variables, namely work discipline (X1), work stress (X2), work motivation (X3) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) partially or simultaneously (together). Based on the coefficient of determination of 0.565, which means that the variables of work discipline (X1), work stress (X2), and work motivation (X3) are simultaneously able to explain the employee performance variable (Y) of 56.5%. The remaining 43.5% of employee performance (Y) is explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how social needs and self-actualization needs affect employee performance through leadership style as an intervening variable at the Luwu Regency Social Service. This study uses the Smart PLS analysis tool is data processing software for Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The results concluded that the variables of social needs and self-actualization had a positive effect on the leadership style variable and the leadership style variable had a positive effect on employee performance. Social needs and self-actualization variables directly do not have a positive effect on employee performance variables. The results of hypothesis testing concluded that there was a positive effect of social needs variables on employee performance through leadership style as an intervening variable, while the self-actualization needs variable had a positive but not significant effect on employee performance through leadership style as an intervening variable

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Innovative Behavior, Individual Creativity, and Loyalty on Employee Performance at PT Tarindo. The benefit of this research is that this research can be used as input in developing and determining the right Human Resource Management strategy in order to get results that optimize employee performance in the company. The population of researchers is all employees of PT Tarindo with a total of 86 employees, with a total sample of 86 respondents of PT Tarindo using non probability sampling techniques; saturated sampling (census). The results of the analysis and discussion show that partially Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Innovative Behavior has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Individual Creativity has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, and Loyalty has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Tarindo
