Abstract

This study aims to identify the challenges faced by PT "X" in exporting pharmaceutical products. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with Export Specialists, Export Customers, and Export-Import Managers. The findings reveal that the main challenges include navigating international regulations, managing logistical complexities, adjusting products to meet buyer preferences, political and economic risks in destination countries, currency fluctuations, competitive pricing, and building robust distribution networks. Regulatory navigation involves adapting documents such as dossiers and stability requirements for Zone IVB. Logistical complexities pertain to shipping goods under specific conditions, such as cold chains, and external obstacles like lockdowns. Product adjustments involve changes in packaging design, the use of local languages, and compliance with shelf-life requirements. Political and economic risks include fluctuations in demand and payment issues from buyers. For pricing, challenges arise from unexpected costs and price comparisons with competitors. Distribution constraints stem from limited control over third-party-managed channels. PT "X" employs various mitigation strategies, including technology-based logistics management, intensive communication with partners, and careful selection of distribution partners. This study provides a concrete overview of the challenges faced by pharmaceutical companies in export activities and strategic measures to enhance competitiveness in international markets.

Abstract

Generation Z has a different way of working; an imbalance can reduce performance at work. Work-life balance is essential to maintain employee productivity, especially Generation Z employees. Employees who get job satisfaction will feel comfortable and productive and want to stay in the company. This study aims to determine the Effect of Work-Life Balance, Burnout, and Job Satisfaction on the Intention To Stay with Generation Z Employees in Surakarta City.   This study uses a quantitative approach using non-random sampling techniques, namely purposive sampling, where samples are taken based on specific criteria.   The data collection process used a questionnaire with Likert scale measurements and a sample of 96 respondents. Data analysis was carried out with the help of statistical software, namely SPSS version 25. The results showed that variable (X1) work-life balance significantly and positively affects variable (Y) intention to stay, variable (X2) burnout significantly and does not have a positive effect on variable (Y) intention to stay, and variable (X3) job satisfaction significantly and positively affects variable (Y) intention to stay.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to identify factors that influence employee psychological well-being through a systematic literature review approach. The purpose of this study is to systematically identify factors that influence employee psychological well-being based on the results of recent research. Data were obtained from 10 scientific articles published in 2021–2025 that were relevant and met the inclusion criteria. The results showed that psychological well-being was influenced by two groups of factors, namely individual factors and organizational factors. Individual factors include job satisfaction, positive psychological capital, burnout, job autonomy, job engagement, self-efficacy, and performance. Meanwhile, organizational factors include business performance, workplace bullying, and social support. These findings confirm that psychological well-being is the result of the interaction between personal characteristics and the work environment. Therefore, organizations need to create a work culture that supports and pays attention to the psychological aspects of their employees because it is important for an organization to pay attention to employee psychological well-being as part of a company performance improvement strategy so that the company's main goals and targets can be achieved properly.

Abstract

Abstract: This study intends to ascertain how PT Chandra Adi Dharma Raya's amenities and customer experience affect the intention to repurchase its transportation services. Information was gathered via a poll from 95 respondents who had previously taken the bus service to Simangambat District, North Padang Lawas, using a quantitative associative technique. The sample was chosen by the use of purposeful sampling. Multiple linear regression, conventional hypothesis testing, and validity and reliability testing were all employed in the data analysis process. The findings demonstrated that repurchase intention was significantly and favorably impacted, partially and concurrently, by facility quality and customer experience. The regression model obtained was Y = 3.123 + 0.304X₁ + 0.401X₂. The t-test results showed that facilities (t = 3.067, p = 0.003) and customer experience (t = 3.987, p = 0.000) each had a significant influence. The F-test results confirmed a simultaneous effect (F = 74.875, p < 0.05). 61.7% of the variance in repurchase intention was explained by the two independent variables, as indicated by the coefficient of determination (R2), which is 0.617. According to the survey, in the transportation services sector, improved services and greater customer satisfaction can boost client loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, product quality, and location on purchasing decisions at the Drumstairs Restaurant. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study were all customers who came to the Drumstairs Restaurant, with a total of 104 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, which is determining the sample based on certain criteria that are relevant to the research objectives. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression through the assistance of SPSS software version 26. The results of the study showed that brand image had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. However, product quality did not show a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, location was also found to have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, the brand image and location variables together had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while the product quality variable did not have a significant effect. These findings indicate that in the context of the Drumstairs Restaurant, aspects of brand image and ease of location access are more decisive in influencing consumer purchasing behavior than product quality. Therefore, restaurant management is advised to continue to strengthen brand image and choose strategic locations in order to improve customer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of price perception, service quality, and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions on Kopi Kenangan products. The approach used in this study is quantitative with a survey method, which was carried out in the period from February to April 2025. A total of 100 respondents filled out a questionnaire distributed using the Accidental Sampling technique as a data collection method. The data collected were analyzed using linear multiple regression to determine the relationship between these variables. The results of the study indicate that partially, service quality and product quality have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Conversely, price perception does not have a significant effect individually. However, simultaneously the three variables are proven to have a significant effect on purchasing decisions on Kopi Kenangan products. This finding indicates the importance of service and product quality in influencing purchasing decisions, while price factors tend not to be the main consideration for consumers. This study provides input for Kopi Kenangan management to focus more on improving product and service quality in order to increase sales.

Abstract

Abstract: The skincare industry in Indonesia has experienced significant growth in recent years. This development is marked by the emergence of various local brands that actively compete to capture the domestic market, one of which is Somethinc. This brand has successfully gained consumer attention through product innovation, digital marketing strategies, and brand image reinforcement. This study aims to analyze the extent to which product quality, social media, and brand image influence consumers' purchasing decisions. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method as the data collection tool. The sample consisted of 90 respondents selected through purposive sampling, with the criteria being consumers who had purchased Somethinc products through digital platforms. The data were analyzed using IBM SPSS version 25. The results show that product quality, social media, and brand image have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. These findings indicate that consumers tend to consider product quality, engagement through social media, and brand perception before making purchasing decisions for skincare products.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, the economic field has an increasing influence on trade activities. The existence of economic needs that tend to be the same throughout the world, a local business has the opportunity to be able to expand its market share to the global market. One of the strategies that can provide opportunities for businesses to increase their business in an increasingly competitive business world is the partnership strategy. This research will analyze the partnership strategy applied by the various chips business at PT Nadasuka Gunung Budheg in penetrating the global market. The research was conducted using descriptive qualitative research methods with the aim of analyzing the phenomena that occur in the field. The results showed that in penetrating the global market, PT Nadasuka Gunung Budheg implements a partnership strategy with a supply chain pattern through mutual exports. The strategy of building partnerships is done with commitment, choosing the right partner, mutual trust, communication, and discipline. In maintaining a sustainable partnership relationship, it is done by maintaining product quality, offering product variants, good service, and conducting regular evaluations. This research provides an overview of how to build a partnership strategy to maintain the competitive advantage of a business in both local and global markets.

Abstract

Increasingly tight business competition requires companies to focus more on maintaining customer loyalty as one of the most important assets in long-term business sustainability. One of the problems that often occurs is the low level of customer loyalty even though promotional strategies have been carried out actively and continuously. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Customer Engagement, Brand Trust, and Promotion on customer loyalty at Brand Executive. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents who are Brand Executive customers. Data analysis techniques used in this study include classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and partial tests (t-tests). The results of the study indicate that the three independent variables, namely Customer Engagement, Brand Trust, and Promotion, have a significant effect on customer loyalty. These findings indicate that customer involvement and trust in the brand are the main factors in building long-term loyalty. However, promotions that are carried out appropriately and relevantly also make a positive contribution to strengthening customer loyalty to Brand Executive.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, price, and promotion on purchasing decisions for cocktails at the Gran Melia Hotel. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 125 respondents who are hotel customers and have purchased cocktails. The sampling technique used is Accidental Sampling. The collected data were then processed using SPSS software version 26, with a multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of the study indicate that service quality, price, and promotion have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. This means that the better the quality of service, the more competitive the price, and the more effective the promotion carried out, the consumer's purchasing decision for cocktails will also increase. This finding has an important impact on the management of the Gran Melia Hotel in designing a more targeted marketing strategy. By considering the third variable, the hotel can increase customer satisfaction while encouraging increased cocktail sales. This study is expected to be a reference in making strategic decisions in the field of beverage marketing.
