Abstract

This study aims to identify the training needs of operational employees at PT Intra Presisi Indonesia through a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) approach that includes organizational analysis, task analysis, and individual analysis. The background of the study is based on the company's training conditions which are still reactive and not yet integrated with long-term human resource development strategies. Data collection was conducted through interviews with management and direct superiors, distribution of questionnaires to operational employees, and review of company documents. The results of the analysis indicate significant competency gaps in the Production, Quality Control, and Maintenance departments. In the Production department, competency gaps were primarily found in the operation of welding robots, die changes, and the application of the 5R principles. In the Quality Control department, the most prominent gaps were in the operation of the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), the application of QC 7 Tools, and root cause analysis. Meanwhile, in the Maintenance department, limited cross-system troubleshooting capabilities and the application of Root Cause Analysis were the main problems. Based on these findings, a training program design was prepared based on competency gap priorities as a basis for developing more targeted, effective, and sustainable training to improve the company's operational performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of income and inflation on household consumption expenditure in 34 provinces in Indonesia. The main issue raised is the fluctuation in household consumption, which does not always move in line with changes in income and inflation, even though these two variables are generally considered to play an important role in determining the level of community welfare. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) for the period 2016–2024. The method applied is a quantitative approach with panel data regression analysis to see the relationship between variables more comprehensively. The best model was determined through a series of model selection tests, namely the Chow, Hausman, and Lagrange Multiplier tests. Based on the results of these three tests, the Common Effect model was selected as the most appropriate model to describe the relationship between income, inflation, and household consumption. The analysis results show that income and inflation have no significant effect, either partially or simultaneously, on household consumption expenditure. In addition, the low coefficient of determination indicates that most of the variation in consumption is influenced by factors other than those included in this research model. These findings indicate the need for economic policies that focus more on increasing purchasing power and controlling prices in order to maintain the stability of household consumption in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of writing skills teaching methods in daily learning practices, identify and describe the methods used by teachers, and understand how teachers evaluate and provide feedback on the development of students' writing skills. The research approach used was qualitative with descriptive methods. The subjects were first-grade students of SD Negeri 4 Segeran and their class teachers as the main informants. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews and documentation, then analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing according to the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that first-grade teachers implemented various writing learning methods, such as demonstrations, guided practice, small group discussions, and the use of visual media. These methods were adapted to students' cognitive development, thus helping them develop ideas, construct simple sentences, and correct spelling errors. Evaluation was carried out by assessing the writing process and results, while feedback was provided directly, both verbally and in writing, to strengthen student motivation. The conclusion of this study confirms that the diversity of learning methods and teacher evaluation practices contribute positively to the writing skills of first-grade students. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for teachers in developing effective, adaptive, and enjoyable literacy learning strategies in elementary education.

Abstract

The rapid development of the digital banking industry, particularly the implementation of mobile banking as the primary banking channel, has transformed customers' daily financial transaction behavior. Almost all daily transactions, from bill payments and hotel or flight reservations to the purchase of goods, can be conducted through customers' mobile banking applications. On the other hand, social or philanthropic institutions face difficulties in raising funds for social programs, even through digital fundraising or crowdfunding systems. Currently, integration between digital fundraising through institutional websites and the Islamic social financial system, represented by mobile banking applications, remains limited, creating a significant gap between the rapid growth of mobile banking platforms and the slow pace of transactions through social institution fundraising applications. The study will examine how Mujamma, which is implemented as a digital donation infrastructure or platform provider, can be integrated with mobile banking ecosystems to implement a sharia-compliant donation scheme. By integrating such a scheme, the system will aim at reaching out millions of clients at ex post prohibitive costs, increasing the confidence of the user base and improving on the favorability of social program donations. At the same time, the model assumes the creation of the additional fee-based sources of revenues of the banking institution. Using a qualitative case study approach to examine the implementation at Bank Nano and MyTelkomsel, supported by interviews and analyses of PESTEL, STP, SWOT, and TOWS, the findings show that Mujamma's white-label, modular, and storytelling-based model provides an emotionally memorable donation experience for customers, thereby increasing donation transactions. However, the integration process with mobile banking requires intensive interaction and dependence on the Bank's execution, so this study recommends a selective growth strategy that focuses on automating integration from social institutions independently and selecting Banks that are ready with a digital integration system and have the need to make donations as one of the main features of their mobile banking. The characteristics of banks like this include Islamic banks with a relatively strong digital strategy.

Abstract

Gastritis is a common digestive disorder in adults with irregular lifestyles and eating patterns. This qualitative case study collected data through four traditional examination methods: observation (Wang), hearing and smell (Wen), interviews (Wen), and palpation (Qie), complemented by documentation. The participant, a 31-year-old male with heartburn, received six sessions of acupuncture therapy. Based on the examination results, a diagnosis of Deficient Spleen and Cold Stomach Syndrome was made. The evaluation showed positive progress, with a significant reduction in heartburn, accompanied by an improvement in appetite, and the elimination of bloating and nausea. This case study is expected to provide additional material to enrich the knowledge of acupuncture students. For future researchers, this report can serve as a reference for treating stomach pain with an acupuncture approach. For the wider community, these findings reinforce acupuncture as an effective and safe therapeutic modality for functional stomach disorders, in addition to available conventional treatment options.

Abstract

In law enforcement against criminal acts of assault, evidence plays a central role. One piece of evidence that is often key is the Visum et Repertum (VeR) or medical examination report. This article discusses the strategic position of VeR in the investigation process carried out by the Criminal Investigation Unit (Reskrim) of the Rokan Hilir Police, starting from its legal function as evidence to its role as a guide to uncovering the motives and perpetrators of crimes of assault. Legally, VeR has dual power as valid evidence according to Article 184 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP), namely as an expert statement from a doctor and as a letter made by a public official. This duality gives it significant legal weight. For investigators from the Rokan Hilir Criminal Investigation Unit, VeR is not just a list of injuries; it is an objective and scientific primary piece of evidence. Its functions include: (1) serving as a basis for qualifying the applicable articles, distinguishing between ordinary, serious, or fatal assault; (2) serving as a verification tool to test the consistency of the statements of witnesses, victims, and suspects; (3) provide clues (indications) regarding the modus operandi, tools used, and chronology of events, which are vital in the reconstruction of events.

Abstract

integration between scheduling (4D) and cost estimation (5D). The literature search focused on peer-reviewed articles and supporting academic sources published between 2019 and 2025, yielding a set of relevant studies. The analyzed data include project types, software used (Revit, Navisworks/Synchro, CostX), data exchange formats (IFC/CSV), and the relationship among the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Quantity Take-Off (QTO), and cost account code (COA). The synthesis shows that 5D BIM improves cost accuracy through model-linked QTO, accelerates estimation workflows, and shortens the time required to identify the impacts of design changes on both cost and schedule. The main obstacles to 5D BIM adoption include the loss of information attributes during cross-software data exchanges, inconsistencies in WBS/COA standards across project stakeholders, and limitations in user competency. Supporting factors for effective implementation include an open BIM approach, a Common Data Environment (CDE), standardized cost libraries, and structured training governance. The study also highlights replicable practices such as early WBS alignment for 4D–5D synchronization, rule-based QTO validation, and linking work progress to payment mechanisms. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of 5D BIM guidelines and educational curricula, particularly for small- to medium-scale contractors.

Abstract

The development of information technology has brought significant changes to modern crime patterns, which are increasingly committed through electronic media and leave digital traces. This situation demands adjustments to the criminal evidence system, particularly regarding electronic evidence. The Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP), as the main criminal procedure law in Indonesia, does not specifically regulate the existence of electronic evidence, thus creating a normative vacuum in investigative practice. However, Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions (UU ITE) is present as a lex specialis regulation that fully legitimizes electronic information and/or electronic documents as valid legal evidence and has the same evidentiary force as written evidence. This article aims to analyze the position of electronic evidence in the police investigation process through a normative juridical approach by examining the Criminal Procedure Code, the UU ITE, and law enforcement practices in the field. The results of the study indicate that electronic evidence plays a strategic role in uncovering crimes, especially digital-based crimes. However, its implementation still faces technical obstacles, data validity, limited human resources, and differences in interpretation among law enforcement agencies. Therefore, it is necessary to harmonize regulations, increase the capacity of investigators, and strengthen digital forensic infrastructure so that the use of electronic evidence can be more effective and accountable in the criminal evidence process.
