Abstract

Minimarket development today has increased dramatically, the increase was driven by consumer behavior which makes shopping as a necessity to meet their daily survival. This study aims to analyze (1) the marketing mix, market competition and quality of service for the mini choice for shopping. (2) the dominant influence of the marketing mix as a mini-shopping options. This research is quantitative descriptive study using observational approach. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observation, study documentation, and questionnaires. The population in this study are all consumers minimarket (Alfamidi, Indomart and k-circle) in South Sulawesi. The sampling method used is proportional stratified purposive sampling. In analyzing the data in this study used multiple linear regression analysis technical. The results showed that the variables of the marketing mix, market competition and quality of service simultaneously strong and positive impact on the choice of minimarket in South Sulawesi. These results prove the first hypothesis testing. Partial test, it was found that the marketing mix variables dominating influence minimarket choice, it is asserted that the second hypothesis can be accepted. All independent variables (the marketing mix, market competition, and quality of service) has an influence on the mini choice of 42.6%, while the remaining 57.4% is explained by causes (variables) other than this study.

Abstract

Cash management is an important aspect of the financial management of a company or financial entity. Effective cash management can ensure the continuity of company operations, avoid financial problems, and help achieve set financial goals. This research aims to design a cash management information system at the downstream Kusan sub-district office. This research uses research and development methods for accounting information systems. The results of this research found that the accounting information system created at the downstream Kusan sub-district office can assist in producing reports of cash receipts and disbursements effectively and efficiently by cash management accounting.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to determine the direct influence of career adaptability and perceived organizational support on employee performance. The population and sample in this study were 120 permanent employees of the Royal Prima Medan Hospital. This type of research is quantitative. Data was obtained from distributing questionnaires. Data analysis uses Smart Pls, where it is hoped that the results of this research will be able to predict employee performance. The research results show that career adaptability and perceived organizational support directly affect employee performance. Then, perceived organizational support is assessed as the most dominant variable in influencing employee performance.

Abstract

This research explains how investment in the capital market has developed, this article tries to outline several risks that have the potential to occur in investing in the capital market. Keywords; Risk, Investment, and Capital Markets Abstract The capital market is a place where companies seek funds to finance their business activities. Apart from that, the capital market also collects public funds directly by investing funds into healthy and well-managed companies. The main function of the capital market is as a means of capital formation and accumulation of funds for financing a company/issuer. The presence of capital market institutions in Indonesia adds to the list of alternatives for people who have excess funds and are interested in investing in their funds. This article tries to explain how investment in the capital market is developing, besides this, this article tries to explain some of the risks that have the potential to occur in investing in the capital market.

Abstract

Research objectives: To analyze and know the role of the government in regulating the government's moderate influence on price, facilities, and brand image towards interest in buying electric cars and electricity in the Mebidang Metropolitan City (Medan-Binjai-Deli Serdang). Population from study This is a candidate interested consumers buying car electricity at electricity in the Mebidang Metropolitan City (Medan-Binjai-Deli Serdang). Because the population amount is unknown, the researcher determines the sample size using the Lemeshow formula, which amounts to 384 respondents. Sample determination using purposive sampling, i.e., candidate consumer Already owns a car, income >= 10 million rupiah. Data was obtained with a questionnaire online via Google Forms. Hypotheses are tested using validity test methods, reliability tests, assumption tests classic, regression multiplex, and hypothesis testing with SPSS. Based on the results, Price research matters positively and significant to Purchase Interest, Facilities influential positively and significant to purchase intention, brand image is influential positive and significant to Purchase Intention, Brand Image are influential positive and significant to Purchase Interest, Regulation Government can moderate influence Brand Image against Purchase Interest, Regulation Government No can moderate influence Price to Purchase interest.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty and also aims to increase customer loyalty. This research used customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Iskandar Muda 1 in Medan City as respondents in filling out the questionnaire as many as 170 customers. The tests used in this research are data quality tests, classical assumption tests, influence tests and hypothesis tests. From the results of this research, it was found that the influence of service quality on customer loyalty is a significant influence where the significance value is 0.001 < 0.05 and tcount is greater than ttable (3.245 > 1.653), the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty also has a significant influence where the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05 and tcount is greater than the table (3.742 > 1.653) and simultaneously service quality and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty where the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05 and fcount is greater than ftable (23.982 > 3.05). Meanwhile, the R2 value of 22.3% of this research is influenced by service quality and customer satisfaction variables, while the remaining 77.7% is influenced by service quality and customer satisfaction variables. influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and leadership on the performance of private university lecturers in Sibolga City and Central Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra. This research uses a quantitative approach, with a quantitative method in the form of a survey. The researcher determined that the sample in the research was private university lecturers in Sibolga City and Central Tapanuli, North Sumatra Province, with a total of 172 people. The researcher took the entire population to be used as a sample of 120 people. . Data collection uses questionnaires, and data analysis uses multiple regression analysis. The research results show that organizational culture and leadership significantly affect the performance of lecturers at private universities in Sibolga City and Central Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra.

Abstract

This research aims to empirically prove the influence of financial literacy and financial technology on financial inclusion, the influence of financial literacy and financial technology on financial performance, the influence of financial inclusion on financial performance, and the influence of financial literacy and financial technology on financial performance through financial inclusion of SMEs in Sei Semayang Village, Deli Serdang Regency. The sample for this research was UKM Sei Semayang Village, Deli Serdang Regency which was selected using the purposive sampling method. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square. The research results show that financial literacy and financial technology have a positive and significant effect on financial inclusion, financial literacy, and financial technology have a positive and significant effect on financial performance, financial inclusion has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, and financial inclusion mediates the effect of financial literacy and financial technology on financial performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that influence the income of palm oil farmers. The sample used in this research was 87 oil palm farmers. The analysis used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The research results show that land area, capital and labor simultaneously have a significant effect on income with a significance value of 0.000<0.05. Partially, land area has a significant effect on income with a significance value of 0.000<0.05. Partially, capital has a significant effect on income with a significance value of 0.000<0.05. Partially, labor has a significant effect on income with a significance value of 0.003<0.05.

Abstract

Abstract. Organizational culture is very important for the progress of an organization or company. A good organizational culture is expected to be able to influence employee performance and organizational behavior. Maximum performance is also expected to have an impact on organizational behavior. This research was carried out at the Yogyakarta Cooperatives and SMEs Service. This research aims to find out whether the organizational culture in the Yogyakarta Cooperatives and SMEs Service has an influence on organizational performance and behavior. The research method used is quantitative, where data is collected through questionnaires with the sampling method used is saturated sampling, the sample used is all employees in the Yogyakarta Cooperatives and UKM Service, totaling 40 people. Apart from using a questionnaire, researchers also conducted interviews to gain more information about the Yogyakarta Cooperatives and SMEs Department. The data analysis used is path analysis. The results of this research provide the conclusion that the organizational culture used by the Yogyakarta Cooperatives and UKM Service is the "SATRIYA" culture, through existing culture and through tests that have been carried out it is concluded that there is an influence between organizational culture on organizational behavior, there is no influence between organizational culture on performance, there is an influence between organizational behavior on performance, and there is no influence between organizational culture through performance on organizational behavior.
