<![CDATA[One form of progress in the current financial sector is evidenced by the adaptation of Fintech, which stands for sharia P2PL Financial Technology. Financial institutions in carrying out their activities cannot be avoided what is called risk. That's why to gain profit and customer trust, financial institutions are required to have good risk management, especially fintech companies that offer convenience and efficiency in transactions, so they will be very vulnerable to various types of risks in the financing process that can affect the sustainability of the fintech itself. fintech companies, before channeling financing to potential recipients of funds, also need to be able to pay attention to various risks that may arise, both predictable and not, and also have techniques for mitigating risks from all possibilities that may occur in the future, so there is a need for strategic steps and ways to minimize existing risks. This type of research is empirical and uses a qualitative approach with secondary data source. From the explanation, it can be said that PT ALAMI Sharia has carried out Sharia fintech P2PL transactions that are following existing economic principles starting from the identification of potential recipients of funds, analysis carried out by PT ALAMI and risk mitigation carried out by PT ALAMI Syariah.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kesejahteraan guru PAUD terhadap etos kerja guru PAUD di desa Tegalrejo Gunung Kidul. Untuk memenuhi sumber daya manusia yang berkulitas, dibutuhkan etos kerja dari setiap sumber daya manusia yang terlibat dalam suatu organisasi termasuk dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan. Kesejahteraan merupakan suatu bentuk usaha yang digunakan oleh perusahaan dalam rangka meningkatkan semangat kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik sampling jenuh, dengan jumlah populasi dan sampel sebanyak 14 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linierdengan menggunakan program SPSS (Statiscal Product and Service Solution). Hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kesejahteraan guru PAUD berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap etos kerja guru PAUD dengan nilai signifikansi 0,005 < 0,05. Temuan dari penelitian ini yaitu pemimpin dalam suatu organisasi atau lembaga berperan besar dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai melalui kekuasaan yang dimiliki dengan memberikan kompensasi atau penghargaan terhadap pegawainya.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return On Equity (ROE), Free Cash Flow (FCF), dan Current Ratio (CR) terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan sektor teknologi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019 - 2021. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh perusahaan sektor teknologi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019 - 2021 yaitu 27 perusahaan perbankan. Model analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh variabel-variabel fundamental terhadap harga saham adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Return On Equity tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, variabel Free Cash Flow tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, Current Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, dan Return On Equity, Free Cash Flow dan Current Ratio secara bersama-sama tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham perusahaan di sektor teknologi yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia periode 2019-2021.]]>

<![CDATA[The relationship between the inflation rate and the unemployment rate affects a country's mix of fiscal and monetary policy decisions to achieve better economic conditions. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Medan City Government's policy regarding the threat of unemployment after the increase in inflation using data from 2017-2020. The data collection method used is library research method. In the results of the study, the number of unemployed from 2017 decreased by 9.46%, in 2019 it increased by 8.53 and in 2020 the increase reached 10.74%. In 2020, Indonesia was affected by the covid-19 pandemic which caused the country's economy to decline. This is one of the factors for the increasing number of unemployed and the inflation rate from 2017 has decreased until 2020. Inflation must be prevented immediately by means of policies from the government, namely by receiving and state budget expenditures to maintain currency stability with the aim of improving the welfare of the people in a country.]]>

<![CDATA[This study was compiled to find out the results of an analysis of the factors that influence the human development index in DKI Jakarta Province for the 2017-2021 period. The human development index explains how people can access development outcomes in terms of income, health, education, and so on. HDI is based on three basic dimensions which include: 1. Long and healthy life (a long and healthy life); 2. Knowledge; 3. Decent standard of living. The purpose of this study is to analyze the components of each dimension that underlies the human development index, such as the Morbidity factor which is an extension of the dimensions of longevity and healthy life, the Net Enrollment Rate (APM) factor which is an extension of the education dimension, and the open unemployment rate factor. which is an extension of the dimension of a decent standard of living. These three components are used as independent variables to analyze their influence on the human development index in the DKI Jakarta province for the 2017-2021 period. This study is also used to rank the components that have the most influence to those that have the least impact on the HDI for DKI Jakarta province for the 2017-2021 period. This study uses Eviews-10 with time series data sourced from the DKI Jakarta Central Statistics Agency (BPS) web for the period 2017-2021. The research method used is the VECM (Vector Error Correction Model) which functions as an approach to predict long-term and short-term relationships in one time series data to other time series data. The results of this study say that the TPT variable (open unemployment rate), Morbidity Rate, and Net Participation Rate (APM) only make a small contribution to the Human Development Index in districts/municipalities in the Province of Jakarta. In the analysis results of the f test and t partial test, only two variables namely TPT (open unemployment rate) and morbidity have an influence on HDI. Meanwhile, the APM variable (pure enrollment rate) has no effect on HDI.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of education level and population growth on economic growth in Indonesia for the 2017-2021 period. Economic growth is a process of changing economic conditions that occur in a country on an ongoing basis towards a condition that is considered better for a certain period of time. This research is a quantitative study, the data was processed using panel data analysis consisting of cross sectional data from six provinces and time series data for 2017-2021. The best regression model in this research data is the FEM (Fixed Effect Model) regression model. The results of this study show that simultaneously the variables of Education Level and Population Growth have no effect and are not significant on Economic Growth in Indonesia for the 2017-2021 period. And partially the variables of Education Level and Population Growth have no effect and are not significant on Economic Growth in Indonesia for the 2017-2021 period.]]>

<![CDATA[Poverty is a complex problem that is still difficult to solve in almost all regions of Indonesia. Poverty is a measure of negative social conditions arising from increasing poverty. West Java is one of the areas that has a relatively high poverty rate and is increasing every year. It uses a panel data model with an estimated fixed effect model for 9 cities from 2017 to 2021. The purpose of this research is to analyze how and how much unemployment and HDI affect the poverty in West Java province. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) which is processed. The results state that partially and simultaneously the unemployment variable and the human development index do not affect poverty.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the current and preferred organizational culture profile of PT Eddy Transport Raya based on the perceptions of all employees. The sampling method in this study is included in the type of saturated sample, where all the population numbers are samples. The total population in this study was 33 consisting of all employees of PT Eddy Transport Raya, so there were 33 people to be used as samples for research data collection. Primary data collection was carried out by distributing OCAI (Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument) questionnaires to all employees. The variable in this study is organizational culture with 4 indicators indicator or type of culture namely Clan, Adhocracy, Market and Hierarchy. The results of these 4 indicators provide an understanding of the organizational culture of the company. Thus it can help leaders in terms of communication and decision making within the company. In this study, employees have the perception that the current organizational culture of PT Eddy Transport Raya is more towards clan culture. In addition, employees have the desire to change and improve the organizational culture to become adhocracy.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of the unemployment rate and GRDP on poverty in Banten Province from 2017 to 2021 and identify areas with lagging economic growth and advanced economic growth. In this analysis, another goal to examine is the reason why an area in Banten Province has lagging economic growth. Also, this study aims to design a policy direction for increasing economic growth in Banten Province within a period of five years. This study uses the Panel Data method. Utilization of analytical tools in this study will be used to see and determine which areas have lagging economic growth and which areas have advanced economic growth in Banten Province. In addition, the analysis tools in this study will also provide an explanation of things that can or should be improved in order to increase economic growth in Banten Province.]]>
