The need to manage a good and coordinated relationship among employees is critical in human resource management. In order to achieve organizational goals, the relationships between individuals involved in the context must be well managed, especially if the context is broader and involves a union. This brief article will focus on the relationship within the union. The fundamental question here is, "How is the working relationship between the union and the company management?" This question's response elaborates on six main points. First, we'll talk about the nature of trade unions and the issues they face, including in Indonesia. Second, several factors contributing to the decline in union membership will be identified. Third, labor and trade union regulations will be explained. The fourth topic will be the stages of the union process. Fifth, the collective bargaining agreement will be discussed. The complaint procedure will be described in the sixth section.

This study aims to see the effect of the effectiveness of electronic attendance (finger print) on employee discipline, both in terms of attendance level, convenience and comfort in the attendance process and the application of electronic attendance (finger print) in making it easier for superiors to see employee discipline both in terms of attendance, as well as employee discipline. The results of the study show that the application of finger print attendance has increased employee work discipline, seen from the achievement of targets after the application of finger print attendance has been achieved, where it is known that there are still many employees who are disciplined at work such as arriving on time to the office. Adaptability, employees already understand the procedures regulations for using finger print attendance and being able to adjust from manual attendance to finger print attendance due to previous trials. Job satisfaction for employees is good because of additional employee income (TPP). While the responsibilities of the employees have progressed but not maximized, because there are still employees who leave the office after filling in absences for personal needs. has not increased, there are still many employees who come late to the office. This study discusses the effect of finger print absences on employee discipline. This research is motivated by the problem of the level of punctuality of employees when entering and leaving work, so that it becomes an interesting phenomenon to study. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques used in this study through interviews, observation, and documentation.

This study aims to determine the effect of Halal Label on Halal Awareness and its impact on Purchase Intention with the objective specifications are: 1) to determine the effect of halal label on halal awareness, 2) to determine the effect of halal label on purchase intention of Samyang noodles, and 3) to determine the effect of halal awareness on buying interest in Samyang noodles. This research is classified as a quantitative research with an associative approach. The research location is in the city of Mataram with a population that is not known with certainty because there are quite a lot of Muslim people who know about Samyang noodle products in the city of Mataram. So that the data collection method used in this research is a survey sample method with the sampling technique is non-probability sampling. Temporary, The hypotheses developed in this study are: 1) Halal label has a significant effect on purchase intention of Samyang noodles, 2) Halal label has a significant effect on Halal Awareness, and 3) Halal awareness has a significant effect on purchase intention on Samyang noodles. One of the supporters of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy in improving the economy, especially in the field of tourism destinations, namely the Hospitality Industry. The main objective of the hospitality industry is as a means of accommodation for temporary accommodation for guests who come from various places. In competing in the hotel industry, a strong management structure is needed, especially in the human resources (HR) department. The implementation method is carried out through the dedication and assistance method in the Human Resource Development (HRD) and Engineering Administration departments. The results obtained show that the role of the Department of Human Resource Development (HRD) and the Department of Engineering in the hotel industry is an effort to improve the performance and quality of the performance of its employees because they play an important role in the hospitality industry, which aims to increase the productivity of the company's work, because a company can to develop and progress, of course, not only due to capital factors and a strong business strategy, but also great human resources (HR) and also fixing facilities if something is damaged or has an error.

This study aims to determine the effect of career development, workload and incentives on employee loyalty. Data was collected using a questionnaire on employees of the Public and State Property Section, Directorate General of Islamic Community Guidance, Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia in Jakarta. The sampling technique is saturated with a total of 35 respondents. The analytical tool used is descriptive (primary data) by using a questionnaire assisted by a Likert scale and given to respondents. The analytical tool used is SPSS software version 25. The results of multiple linear analysis using multiple linear regression analysis method. Y = 2.382 + 0.202 (X1) + 0.452 (X2) + 0.151 (X3) + €, so that it can be partially concluded that Career Development does not have a significant effect on Employee Loyalty, Workload and Incentives have a significant effect on Employee Loyalty in General and Property Sections State, Directorate General of Islamic Community Guidance, Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia in Jakarta.

The emergency department is the front door in providing patient safety and health services. An emergency department certainly requires a fast and precise approach to patient safety. Fast and precise handling will increase patient satisfaction, patient satisfaction is a condition where the patient's needs, desires and expectations can be met through the products and services consumed. Therefore patient satisfaction is a measure of the quality of service felt by patients divided by the patient's needs, patient desires, and expectations of the patient himself. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review from a theoretical point of view various literatures. The method used is a theoretical study by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The result of this theoretical study is its function to review the factors that become patient satisfaction, so that it can assist the Hospital in making a better plan with a more logical, rational and systematic approach for each option that will be found by forming a plan. So that it can improve the image and trust of patients in choosing health care facilities. For the hospital it is very important and needs to be done optimally with these patient satisfaction factors to support the improvement of the hospital's status. So the agency in terms of tangible, reliable, assurance, and empathy to improve patient quality.

The study aims to identify and analyze factors that influence rice imports in North Sumatra. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. Secondary data is a source of research data obtained by researchers indirectly through intermediary media. Secondary data is generally evidence, records or historical reports that have been compiled in published archives and that have not been published. After the data is collected, the data analysis will be carried out using a computer device through the Eviews application program version 9. The analysis of the data was carried out to determine the extent to which the free variables (X1) Rice Production (X2) Rice Price, (X3) Rice Consumption and (Y) Rice Import were determined by using the regression model Error Correlation Model (ECM) to know the effects of the variables in the long and short term. The results of ECM analysis or the results of the short-term analysis of variables of production and rice prices have a negative and significant impact on rice imports, while the variable of rice consumption has a positive and non-significant impact on imports of rice in North Sumatra.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality (X1) and price (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y) at UD. Brontoseno Nganjuk. This type of quantitative research Data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. The sample selection used the accidental sampling method, the number of samples was 75 respondents at UD. Brontoseno Nganjuk. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. From the results carried out in the study, it showed that product quality (X1) and price (X2) variables on customer satisfaction (Y) at UD. Brontoseno NganjukThe research results obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 3.230 + 0.193X1 + 0.481X2 and the results of the t-test variable product quality have a partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a significant effect partially on customer satisfaction. The results of the F test obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that Product Quality and Price have a simultaneous and significant effect on UD Customer Satisfaction. Brontoseno Nganjuk.
