<![CDATA[This study aimed to analyze the effect of capital and production costs on the income of micro, small and medium enterprises at the city of Palangkaraya drinking water filling depot. This research will provide a clearer picture of the factors that affect the income of a drinking water-filling depot business. The quantitative approach to multiple regression analysis is a method of conducting research by focusing on the relationship between variables using quantitative data. From this study, capital and production costs significantly influence the income of micro and SME enterprises at drinking water filling depots in Palangkaraya City. Revenue increases when capital and production costs increase; income decreases when it decreases. Together, these two effects explain 60.3% of income inequality. Suggestions for future researchers are to expand the scope of their research by considering other factors that can affect the income of micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) drinking water stations, such as Business location, product quality, and marketing strategy.]]>

<![CDATA[Bakery store business analysis is an attempt to understand the factors that affect the performance of a bakery store in a competitive market. In this analysis, several key factors such as the external environment, the internal environment, as well as social and cultural factors need to be taken into account. In bakery store business analysis, several analysis methods can be used such as SWOT analysis, Five Forces analysis, and market analysis. These methods can help the bakery store identify existing opportunities and challenges and find the right business strategy to optimize the performance and growth of the bakery store. By conducting proper business analysis, the bakery store can optimize its performance and increase profits. In addition, business analysis can also help the bakery store to stay competitive in an increasingly competitive market and adapt to changes.]]>

The purpose of this study is to provide an overview or description of the development of organizational culture research in Indonesia. <![CDATA[The efforts of the Loru village government in order to improve food security and support the improvement of the family economy are by facilitating training for farmers. Loru village collaborated with PT. Nina Agro Jaya conducts Hydroponic Farming training for lettuce plants. The result of this training farmers will be faced with the marketing process. With all kinds of problems that will be faced in the marketing process. Another form of this activity is to describe the hydroponic lettuce marketing channel and to analyze the size of the margin and the efficiency level of hydroponic lettuce marketing. So that later lettuce farmers will have a better understanding of market conditions and be able to independently take certain actions in the marketing process. This activity was carried out in Loru Village, Sigi Biromaru District, Sigi Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan supaya menguji pengaruh self efficacy dan workplace spirituality pada kinerja pegawai melalui keterikatan pegawai sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis eksplanatori yang menjelaskan fakta/data-data yang diperoleh dengan metode survey menggunakan kuesioner secara langsung ke DP3AP2KB Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 101 pegawai, skala likert dipergunakan dalam studi ini. Metode analisis statistik mempergunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, menggunakan SPSS Versi 24. Penelitian menemukan bahwa (1) self efficacy memiliki pengaruh terkuat untuk me ingkatkan kinerja pegawai melalui keterikatan pegawai, (2) workplace spirituality berpengaruh pada kinerja pegawai melalui keterikatan pegawai, (3) self efficacy berpengaruh langsung pada kinerja pegawai, dan (4) workplace spirituality berpengaruh langsung pada kinerja pegawai.]]>

<![CDATA[This family business is very important for survival and influential in the country, the high unemployment rate that exists in this country makes family business one of the opportunities in creating jobs. Several studies on family businesses have noted the very significant role of family businesses in a country's economic growth. Gender roles in family companies, especially in Indonesia, are very important. In addition to gender, there are other indicators related to problems in a family business, from several articles that have been found including business strategy, communication and the role of a woman in a family business. From several articles reviewed, the majority of the research used a qualitative approach in discussing problems in family businesses. This is because in this theme detailed research is needed through interviews conducted with respondents who know and have a family business.]]>

<![CDATA[There are various kinds of business applications in this country, including one of them is a business in the family. Business management education in the family is very important to ensure the survival of each family member. This research is a systematic literature review (SLR) that discusses the success of business education and management in the family. Literature study research is a process or activity of collecting data from various literatures such as books and journals to compare the results of one research with another. There are 10 articles related to the success of business management education in the family, these 8 journals will be used in answering the next problem formulation. From several articles that have been reviewed, there are several determining factors for the success of business management education in the family including Market Assessment, Understanding Customer Satisfaction, Understanding Innovation Development, and Being Able to Find Appropriate Human Resources.]]>

Currently in Indonesia itself, entrepreneurship subjects are also one of the subjects that must be taken by high school students. This research is a systematic literature review (SLR) that discusses business education problems in high school students. Literature study research is a process or activity of collecting data from various literatures such as books and journals to compare the results of one research with another. There are 10 articles related to business education problems in high school students, these 7 journals will be used in answering the next problem formulation. <![CDATA[Research using this qualitative method has the aim of knowing the application of digitization of accounting in MSME bookkeeping in the Nginden Jangkungan Village, Surabaya, and increasing understanding of the importance of digitalization in MSMEs. The population used in this study were MSMEs in the Nginden Jangkungan Village, Surabaya, and the samples were taken using a random sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that there are still several MSMEs that have not implemented a digital accounting system due to the lack of information they obtain to implement the system. However, several MSMEs have successfully implemented this digital accounting system. The existence of application of digital accounting can improve the performance of MSMEs in the Nginden Jangkungan Village area, Surabaya. The use of this digital accounting system can simplify the process of recording and reporting finances, avoiding the risk of data loss.]]>
